Staff were friendly.

For 200,00 EUR a night we expect to stay in a very nice hotel, but everything is very old and there is no sign of renovation at all. Scratches on the floor, stains on the couch, leaking on the sink, etc. Gym is extremely badly maintained, with old and not working equipments, and the excuse I was give was that the the gym was from a 3rd-Party.. Room was not cleaned one day, even though the sign to clean was at the door. In general, the stay is not worth half the price it is charged. If the prices were different, then I would have different expectation and the rating was not going to be this bad, but when they charge 200,00 EUR a night, we have some standards.

The hotel is close to shops. I left something there when I checked out and they kept it for me.

Safe area with some places to go and get food around. Located by the main street within a walking distance to the business district of Sao Paulo. Spacious room, comfortable. Juicy breakfast.

Windows are not sound proof, so the noise from the main street can wake you up in the morning. WiFi instable - unusable for online meetings.

Breakfast was below average. Room is dated. Carpet needs to be replaced. The couch was awful. There is mold in the shower. There is no hearer in the room. The staff are very pleasant, no complaints about them. But the management needs to add English speakers staff. Or booking.com needs to be transparent that language is a big issue.
