Our family really enjoyed this villa! It is as beautiful as the pictures - we felt like we were at our own private resort. The staff (especially Pepe) were friendly and accommodating. The beach and club are walkable from the villa but we were glad we rented a golf cart in order to zip around more quickly. We also took a snorkeling excursion on one of our days which was fantastic. The only issues were minor: WiFi doesn’t extend over the entire property, and there isn’t a TV in the main living room; but otherwise, everything was great and we would absolutely love to return again.

Rarely is a property actually much better than the pictures, but this is one of those instances! The house is simply gorgeous, especially the outdoor space. The pool is wonderful, the landscaping and lighting is breathtaking, and the bedrooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. Dahiana did a marvelous job arranging a cook and other details. The house is just a few minutes' walk from the beach club and golf course, on a quiet cul-de-sac, with a very secluded feeling. It is impossible to describe how beautiful the property is at night--the outdoor lighting is spectacular. All of us want to come back!

J'écris rarement de commentaires sur les sites de vacances. Mais là, je me sens obligé de le faire... Nous avons eu l'occasion avec deux amis de venir prendre une petite semaine de vacances à Punta cana. Nous réservons une magnifique villa via le site et notre interlocutrice, Dahiana, nous répond rapidement pour nous donner les disponilibités des dates. Nous arrivons le 1er août. La personne en charge de la villa, Dahiana nous accueille... Un personnage! Une gentillesse, une joie de vivre, une efficacité, un dynamisme incroyable! Nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée à l'aéroport de Punta cana, l'avion avait du retard. Après 9 heures de vol, la seule chose que nous voulions était nous laver et manger un morceau. Dahiana avait anticipé et prévu... Elle avait fait des courses et demandé à Damaris, notre gentille cuisinière qui n'était prévue qu'à partir du lendemain de nous concocter un repas. Le mal était fait, nous étions déjà au paradis! Dahiana nous fait visiter la villa. Un lieu magnifique plein de charme style colonial. Les photos ne mentaient pas, la villa est vraiment incroyable. Propre, matériaux recherchés, design agréable, piscine au top et tranquilité... Cette semaine commence bien... elle commence très bien! Dahiana nous laisse nous reposer insistant bien que son téléphone est allumé 24/24 pour quoi ce soit. Travaillant moi-même à Paris dans les métiers de service, je sais que ce petit geste est un plus qui n'a pas de prix. Nous la contactons à plusieurs reprises pour effectuer avec elle des excursions. Rien à dire... Tout ce qu'elle touche approche la perfection! Tous les services proposés n'ont jamais fait défaut et n'ont jamais déçus! C'est très rare... (Une des raisons pourquoi j'écris ce commentaire également). A la fin nous la conctactions plus par amitié que par relation professionnelle. Toute cette semaine a été du plaisir à l'état pur. Quand vous avez une personne qui gère tout pour vous, il ne vous reste plus qu'à profiter. Elle fait partie de ces gens qui émettent de telles ondes positives à exercer leur métier que mille mercis ne seraient pas suffisant. Nous prenons congés d'elle, de Damaris notre incroyable cuisinière qui nous préparait nos oeufs, notre mangu et notre jus de fruits maison chaque matin et de notre magnifique villa avec une nostalgique que j'ai rarement connu dans ma vie... J'ai trouvé un lieu et des personnes qui m'ont touché et qui me feront revenir sans hésiter l'an prochain! Merci Dahiana.

This was the most amazing trip that I have had in a long time. Pictures do not do the property justice. This was a very spacious villa that easily accommodated 9 ladies. The service was excellent. Dahiana went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. She did this even while preparing for her wedding. We absolutely loved her! We also had a wonderful chef Damarias who made us breakfast and dinner everyday!! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice relaxing vacation. I just can't put into words how great this vacation was!

My family and I wanted to go to Punta Cana for our vacation this year. After looking around, we decided to stay at a villa Esmeralda in Tortuga Bay. The villa was even better in person than in the pictures. It was very spacious and roomy. Some of my sisters have children, so it was nice to have the extra space so we could all have our own rooms. The shuttle service that was offered was helpful. Also we took the same service to visit other areas such as Altos de Chavon about 40 minutes far (totally worth visiting). The kids really enjoyed the zip lining in the complex Cap Cana which was about 15 minutes far. It was great to spend time together as a family in such a beautiful villa. The pool was also a nice feature. While the kids were taking naps, some of us adults would go down to tan by the pool. I was happy that it was a feature of the villa. We had a blast and would like to stay here again when we take our family trip next year.

We also took a Catamaran and Saona Island VIP excursion it was amazing! .The beach is also nearby (we rented a golf cart) and the best part about it, is that we got to have a private area. We enjoyed playing some beach volleyball and golf, while gathering around to eat. The restaurant La Yola, made the best pina colada ever! Overall the trip went as planned and I would recommend staying at this villa. Thanks Dahiana for being a excellent host!

We were picked up from the airport and wisked away to the villa only 5 minutes away. Dahiana is very sweet, and was there to greet us at the property. The Villa is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac and there are no properties or neighbors behind you. This makes it a very secluded location. There are about 5 other properties on the street and none of them are as secluded and private as this one. The house is simply amazing, and has everything we needed. We paid a little extra and had meals prepared for us daily so my wife didn't have to cook (we're on vacation right). You cannot see the ocean from the house, but when you walk out the front door, its about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The ocean here is very calm and the kids loved it. Right on the beach is also a big swimming pool that the wife and I preferred while the kids played on the sand. There is also a bar and restaurant right on the beach if you want a quick snack, meal, or drink. Overall it was a great experience and we had a wonderful time. Thanks for everything Dahiana. We'll be back :)
