The taps were not working. There was no water to flush and even after yelling on them, they were helpless

Location

1. Inspite of having done the booking on 12.3 , recd calls and messages asking to pay the booking amount. So paid again on 25th. Recd 2 confirmations on 27th - which I thought would be adjusted when paying the full amount but not done. 2. Pillow and bed covers, towels torn and dirty. 3. Food served without and spoon, fork or tissue paper. 4. Breakfast charged but not even a cup of tea served. These complaints can go on and on. I'm only wondering that after using Booking.com for hotels in Europe, how such a hotel can be listed by you. This is the last time I'm using your portal to book any hotel.

Liked the location of the hotel behaviour of the staff they were friendly even the owner was good
