The property needed additional bath towels only two were available for a family of four. Extra sheets and pillows would have been great. Kitchen towels would have been nice as well as a dish rack to let dry dishes. Some beach chairs would have been useful. Proximity to beach and restaurants was a bonus. The pool was not so great since there was no shade. The laundry room only had two washers and dryers for the entire building. The view was spectacular! Overall we had a good time.

The place was amazing! Only steps from the Marina. Completely secured with 24 hour security guards who were very friendly. Communication between the host was excellent. All the questions that I had were answered in minutes. Laundry facilities were right on the property which made traveling home nice with nothing being dirty when we came back. My only suggestion would be washcloths as we had to go and purchase some which wasn't a big deal. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay longer! I will definitely come back here again for vacation!

The property is in a good location with in walkable distance to restaurants and water activities. The checking was easy with clear communications from the host . The negatives about this property is its a construction site. There is construction workers next to the property and under the property. You hear them drilling right under you . They start working before the sun is out and that’s what you wake up to . We didn’t have hot water today so I guess no shower for us and the door doesn’t have a handle from the inside so if I was asleep my husband had to clocked me in from the outside or the door would stay open .

Property good surrounding strong smell

Upon arriving to our reservation, there was no information provided on how to check-in. We ended up needing to drive to a local restaurant and pick up the keys, adding more time to our journey to the property. We were told ahead of time there were no towels, but there was also a lack of dishes for use. So, we had to go to a gas station and buy utensils, plates, and cups. The location was nice, but the stay was stained by the check-in process and the lack of items.

We were very disappointed in how poorly the place was prepared to stay !! We had to find the place where keys were handed to us without any communication about the checkout exact time! On checkout day, seeing what the website said that checkout time was at 3pm, he called at noon saying that we needed to leave in an hour otherwise he would charge more money!!! We left the room with no mess or garbage!!! It was all neat !!! The owner demanded extra money for cleaning ladies as a penalty for staying only an hour and a half extra!!!! He was rude!! Not professional and I would never repeat this bad experience! He treated us as if we were tenants that were six months behind in paying the rent. Not like travelers who payed a lot upfront !!!! This man is a thief!! Do not deal with him!! My experience in other places in Puerto Rico was a great experience!! The person above should not be allowed to advertise on vrbo in my opinion!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this studio! The location is ideal for all. It is but a short walk to amazing local cuisine, kayaking activities and water taxis that transfer you over to offshore islands, visible from the studio deck! Our favorite eatery was at Cafe Playero, which so happened to be owned by the studio owner! This was definitely a pleasant surprise. The studio is as pictured. It comfortably accommodated my family of 6. I did have to go out and purchase extra bath towels and a hair dryer, but not a big deal, you can never have too many towels and now I have a travel hair dryer! The kitchen was fully stocked with basic amenities. We definitely needed a bigger coffee pot, but again, not a big deal. Wi-Fi access was useful, there is barely any service at the coast, so that was awesome and the TV was a plus. We weren’t able to use the pool because of the funky hours and it was closed on our last day but the beach days made up for it! We look forward to staying here again! Thank you to our host for allowing us to stay at your studio. We had a wonderful mini vacation!

Apartment was as advertised, and very clean and lovely. The location was great for food and not far from sightseeing and shopping options. Would stay again!

I lived in Puerto Rico and I can assure you this is an excellent option if you are looking for something on the East side of the island. From the complex you will be walking distance to numerous restaurants, food kiosks, etc. Also, is a short distance if you are planning a trip (boat/ catamaran) to Icacos, Palomino, etc. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, and has a fantastic view to the ocean.

Great small and cozy two bed apartment located next to the El conquistador resort and Las Croabas. Easy and secure parking. We did the bio bay tour which is a short walk from the apartment building. There are many great restaurants near by. The owner Johnny was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages and calls. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit PR.

We Loved the apartment ! The location and the view were perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is that you bring your own beach towels. The beach around the apartment is awesome ! We would definitely love to stay at the apartment again when we return to PR.

After we had the long journey finally managed, we entered a modern furnished and well-kept apartment with all the utensils you need. The decor in the Caribbean flair puts us immediately in holiday mood. A beautifully designed bathroom, a kitchen with complete equipment and a spacious living and sleeping area. The wonderful view from the balcony makes the entire impression complete. Restaurants with varied food and drinks can be reached on foot. For the purchase of food and other goods is a car necessary. In the surrounding area you can find beautiful beaches, the El Yunque national forest of the rainforest and the ferry port to the islands Culebra and Vieques. On the two islands you can visit another dream beaches during a day trip. For questions and recommendations for the stay Johnny Maldonado gladly available and was available for us at any time. Thanks to Johnny for the nice time. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would like to stay in this apartment again. Restaurants mit vielseitigen Speise und Getränkeangeboten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Für den Einkauf von Lebensmitteln und anderen Waren ist ein Auto notwendig. In der näheren Umgebung findet man schöne Strände, den El Yunque Nationalpark Regenwald und den Fährhafen nach den Inseln Culebra und Vieques. Auf den beiden Inseln kann man bei einem Tagesausflug weitere Traumstrände besuchen. I stayed at this beautiful apartment for a week and it was a great choice! Once we arrived we were able to go inside to the room thanks to the easy instructions Johnny sent to us and it is a beautiful apartment. Very clean and modern. We could list a hundred reasons to stay here but the wonderful balcony and the access to near-by beaches are why we plan to return. You could not get a more responsive owner, or kinder people. Nothing lacked here and the access to everything we wanted to do was perfect! Make sure to see the morning sunrise from the balcony. A wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here January 26-January 29, 2016. 5 Stars is not an exaggeration! Wasn't familiar with driving on the island but Johnny was great with directions and even stayed on the phone with us to guide us the last few miles until arriving at his home. The place was spotless and the view....AMAZING! The location is close to everything and we were on the move every day. Johnny was very attentive and whatever we needed he was only a phone call away. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the condo. We felt very safe and everyone was friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. We were very happy with our experience! Johnny's studio is spacious and clean, and the waterfront view from the deck was spectacular overlooking the lawn and the water. There was ample room for the 3 of us to stretch out and have our own space. The unit was immaculate and the neighbors - when we saw them - were quiet and friendly. The location was right next to the gated waterfront section of the El Conquistador hotel which has strict security such that technically we were not allowed to go there, but by leaving our complex through the exit closest to the open gate we could often walk through unnoticed. We enjoyed daily coffee and muffins at their coffee shop, and their open air restaurant and bar overlooking the marina had wonderful food. We took a great day trip on the Tobias boat to Culebra and would highly recommend it. We'd definitely go back here again.

Johnny actually met us at a beach in San Juan that we were hanging out at to give us the keys. The condo itself is clean, beautiful and well equipped. The pool is clean and accessible until 10PM I believe. The town with restaurants/bars is within walking distance (note - things do close early, or don't open at all, on weekdays). The ferry terminal was a short drive away. The hill to get to the condo was a bit scary on one side, but we made it during our various trips (also, I'm from Florida where it's extremely flat, so take that comment for what you want). This is a nice, relaxing vacation spot and definitely a good price! Thanks, Johnny!

Johnny was great. Our only hitch was not being able to get into the unit until evening. But on the flip side, if we were the ones checking out late we would have loved this late checkout thing he has going. The place is cute and clean and the patio is perfect. Security guards are so nice and came to the room to tell me I'd left my lights on in the car. No good restaurants in the area but the BEST chicken pinchos of my life are at the pink shack beside Ocean View Restaurant. Ocean View was overpriced, slow, and gross but the pink shack was awesome and cheap, run by the nicest old ladies. Great customer service Johnny. We hope to see you again!

I had a great experience, place was fully equipped, clean, nice, spacious....private location and pool was nice. It is walking distance from local restaurants and beach. Overall great experience, owner was nice and understanding. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was a real pleasure. Close to many of the interesting sites in Perto Rico North East, good beaches, the rain forrest and Culebra. Owner was helpful and answered very quicly to our request for renting the apartment. No doubt, if we go back to Puerto Rico for an other vacation we would rent here again.
