Located near Powder Ridge and only minutes from Big Sky Mountain Village, this exceptional ski-in/ski-out mountain home is an ideal base for all your Big Sky and Yellowstone adventures.
On entry, it immediately feels like home. From the soaring vaulted ceilings with exceptional views to the distressed wood features and pickled wood flooring, the great room is simply stunning with a mix of modern and mountain rustic interiors and décor. A central stone wood-burning fireplace sets the tone for many Big Sky memories and no detail has been overlooked in the gourmet kitchen, a modern blend of natural wood and granite.
Every meal has a view at Moosewood Meadows, whether you are indoors or out. The dining area leads out to an undercover wrap-around deck with space for the whole crew to BBQ. Wildlife viewing is first class and even better from the seclusion of the hot tub. While soaking those weary ski bones you may just catch a glimpse of a friendly fox or resident moose, or perhaps the occasional bear.

Great house - well appointed, great location & the kitchen has everything needed. We would absolutely return if our travels bring us back to big sky.

Accurate description. Wonderful experience. Hot tub and fireplace were highlights of the property. Great accommodations of the things you need to do everyday tasks of cooking and cleaning. We would love to stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful place--pictures cannot do it justice. Spacious and comfortable. Amenities were so plentiful. Lots of supplies. Loved to relax in hot tub with beautiful forest view. Had a fire with stocked firewood every day! It was a fabulous trip. Would stay here again for sure!

Had a wonderful time with family. Good location with proximity to the main slope base. Unfortunately couldn’t ski in or out due to early season snow conditions. With enough snow will be the perfect spot to stay with family or friends.

Plenty of space for our 6! Arrival and departure were simple. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was perfect for us. Hot tub was hot and clean. Deck was wonderful for our group. Would of liked a few more chairs on the deck but didn't notice extra chairs in the garage until we departed. Thanks for a terrific experience!

Memorable Mother/Daughter Weekend
We stayed here for an annual mother/daughter weekend with my adult cousins and my aunts. We had ample room and we all oohed and awed when we walked into the house. It’s beautiful! We stayed here in June and the weather was picturesque, lush and green. One morning we even saw a moose on the trail along the creek! The kitchen was full stocked and provided everything we needed to make our meals. The hot tub was in the shop, which was unfortunate but the owners made it right for us and let us borrow the tub in the unit next door. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay!
The place had everything we needed! We loved our time there. Just be prepared, the path to ski in/out can be challenging to find. We ended up walking a block to ski out and could ski to four houses away. With snowboarders, it was pretty flat to get to the lift.

Great week!
We loved the house. Easy to Ski-into. Harder to ski-out due to hill to lift area, but definitely manageable. Water in garage from driveway ice melt was unfortunate due to time of year, but unavoidable. Very comfortable for all eight (8) of us.

Great Vacation
The location was awesome and the experience was hassle-free.

Family vacation in Big Sky
Our four children from Washington, Iowa, Connecticut and Pennsylvania joined us for 7 glorious days at MooseMeadows A. We loved everything about the house, the area and the hiking. None of us wanted to leave. The master bedroom was an oasis for my husband and I and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very accommodating for our kids and their families. The kitchen was very well stocked for our eat in meals. The fireplace and hot tub were a refuge in the chilly summer evenings after achy legs from hiking. The book you provided with things to do was so helpful. We loved everything about our stay in Moose Meadows and Big Sky! Loved how the resort was a short walk away. We will highly recommend this house to all our friends venturing to Montana and would love to return! Thank you so much for for a wonderful vacation!

Great house amazing views private ski in was great ski out 5 minute walk. couple small things need to be fixed or repaired but nothing that would ever keep us from renting this property again. great place

The perfect house, everything was amazing! But not ski out
The house was absolutely perfect! My only comment is that it stated it was ski out, but we had drive or walk to take a shuttle to the mountain base. We were able to take the runs almost directly back to the house

Nice large vacation rental, good location
A fine vacation rental that sleeps up to 10. Hot tub in good shape.

We enjoyed this property! The master suite was amazing and the immense windows in the living room were beautiful though they did cause the loft sleeper to wake extra early since there are no window treatments. On the upside he decided to sit in the hot tub in the early morning hours and saw a moose walking by the creek! We left the garage door open when we went into town and told those that stayed behind to shut it for us. They didn't get around to closing it immediately and when they went out to do so a fox was in the garage! Lucky for us it wasn't a bear so remember to close the garage door immediately upon departure anywhere! The wireless key entry system was super helpful since we had a late arrival our first night but staff showed up the next day to ask if we had any questions or needed anything so that was great. My sister did say she had cold showers the entire weekend and my brother in law had one cold shower though he said it felt nice. We also had a few lights bulbs that were out but nothing major to complain about. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, the only problem we had was that it went by way too fast!

We had a good time. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, adults enjoyed it after a day of hiking. Kitchen was well equipped. When we needed a couple of light bulbs they were there the next morning. We made a tripped to Yellowstone on a long day trip/

The lodging was excellent, very comfortable and spacious. Big Sky Rental staff were on site within 30 minutes of our arrival to go over the details and answer any questions. Maintenance staff was very responsive when we requested them. Our group would definitely rent this facility when we return.

The house was everything promised and more! The management company was awesome to work with and provided all needed information prior to our arrival and called upon our arrival to make sure everything was as expected. They would have stop over, but we arrived late and they offered to come over in the morning, but we didn't feel we needed them to. Entering the home on our arrival, music was playing softly and lighting was dimmed and welcoming. The location was great for skiing in, right to the garage, a bit of hike to ski out but nothing to bad. We prepared meals and found the kitchen well stocked with needed cookware and supplies. We all had plenty of room to spread out in the house. The view of Lone Peak from the master bedroom was a perk! The hot tub was relaxing after a day on the slopes.
We have stayed in a variety of properties in Big Sky over the years and we all agree this is our favorite. It is well maintained and homey. We look forward to returning to this property in the future.

5 stars says it all! Everything was spot on and delivered as stated! Our man-cation of 7 were very comfortable ( this house could fit 10 using couches) and the snow boarders didn't even whine about the 1/2 block walk to Downhill!! Ski in to the door!! Thanks Kirsten and crew!

This was an extraordinary place to stay!! We loved the space: it was meticulously kept and had everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful and functional, the beds were super comfy with great linens as well. We especially loved the variety of activities so close by: including a small lake with kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and peddle boats for one low fee!! This was one of the BEST places we've ever stayed. I've recommended this to everyone I know!

Excellent place to stay. The house is nestled in an area that isn't as busy as some of the other areas which is something we liked, but yet was within easy walking distance to the base lodge. We had 6 of us staying at the house and every one of us commented on how clean the house was kept and it had all of the essentials stocked as well. I could go on and on, but my proof is the fact that I'll be booking an even longer stay next year!!

This condo is really beautiful! We stayed here with a group of friends and it made for a great trip! It is so elegant, yet comfortable and spacious. It is the perfect place to relax when you are not enjoying the outdoors! It is also totally stocked – bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen (lots of cooking basics and even condiments).
This place is truly ski-in/ski-out. There is a very short walk to the lift (which we did in our ski boots and was no problem), then you ski right into the garage! We will definitely come back to this condo in the winter since we love to ski, but are considering coming back in the summer as well since there is zip-lining, hiking, 4-wheeling, etc. This condo is perfect!

My family stayed at this luxury condo throughout. The interior and furnishings are just fabulous. However, what I liked best was the practical features. There is a two car attached garage, making coming and going very convenient. In the garage there is a long rack for hanging all the skis. Inside there is a mud room with washer and dryer, with hooks and a bench, for all the ski boots, gloves, goggles, and gear. There is a beautiful entryway, and a long patio/porch. It is simply the most practical condo we have ever stayed in, and made everything very comfortable. Previous condos without these features have had skis, boots, poles, gloves, jackets, all over the living room, always messy. This condo was the best, both practical and very beautiful.
