Location perfect for the Arena and Brindley Place for food and drinks. The room was a good size and bed was surprisingly comfy. The staff were all super friendly too.
Nothing really

Las instalaciones muy buenas y cómodas. El personal muy amable y simpático. Ubicación tranquila y cerca del centro.

Location was good - within walking distance of city centre. Enjoyed exploring part of the Jewellery Quarter and learning about its history. Appreciated being able to have a meal at The Button Factory next door, especially as I arrived late Sunday afternoon and needed to find somewhere to eat. I was travelling solo but was offered a free room upgrade so stayed in a spacious room.
A minor issue - found the room was very warm on arrival but managed to turn down one of radiators.

A spotlessly clean and warm comfortable hotel adjoined to a great pub/bar and dining rooms. An ideal place for a one or two night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, the building itself is beautiful with lots of character. Our room was huge with a lovely high ceiling and beautifully decorated. The extra touches such toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and the continental breakfast were all very welcome. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. A really comfortable and pleasant stay.
The curtains in the room could do with an update to match the rest of the decor.

Location ideal for a night out at the Jam house. Easy check in and parking available nearby.
Good quality accommodation and comfortable too.
Up quite a few stairs and missed that on the details of the property

The staff gave me a suite on the ground floor as I am unable to climb too many stairs - I had asked for a 1st or ground floor room via Booking .com but the message didn't get through
Helpful staff
Easy check in next door at The Button Factory - great food there

One of the best places in Birmingham to stay. Stunning building, great rooms, great service. Beautiful location.

The property was clean, staff so friendly and I loved my room. It felt so soothing. I have an uncanny love for vintage and my room(suite) was the icing and the whip cream on the cake for me. I will definitely stay there again
I am able sleep in any condition but for some people who can’t, it would be helpful to know that there might be a little discomfort due to noise from people sitting out in the evening into the night for the rooms by the road.

The staff were friendly and great and the rooms are pretty nice, but unfortunately for us, it was all marred by the craziness going on with the noise.
There are plus sides to this hotel, but please, please only stay here if you are happy to be in the centre of a party and don't want any sleep.
The Thursday night was great, but the Friday night turned into a full on rave with massive bass speakers right below our room.
We asked to be moved, but the noise still prevented is from sleeping until 2am. When we spoke to the bar about it, they said music would be turned down at 10 and stop at 12. It didn't....it went on at the same volume until 2am.
We had to be up to drive home at 7am the next day and had had barely any sleep. It was pretty unbelievable....

Lovely place to stay, comfortable and spacious rooms, great continental breakfast and added bonus of a few snacks in the communal area. The property has a lot of character and charm.
The location in the Jewellery Quarter is lovely but there's not many food options late at night. Staff were helpful in recommending delivery options and wouldn't put me off staying again - just useful to know.

Location & convenience of restaurant
Staff were in flexible about check in . The room was noisy due to next to terrace

Stylish, individual, comfortable place with lovely, helpful staff who care about your stay.

staff were really welcoming, the room was lovely, and I had the best bath in the lovely bathroom, which as a welcome end to an otherwise stressful day.
probably the fridge under the only desk space ( I had some work to complete, so had to move the fridge to work. however, I loved having the fridge, but maybe it could have been placed somewhere else?

the location, the cleanness
the room is too small. No place to put luggage.

Stylish, super comfortable, excellent service. Stand-out small things that add up to a lovely stay and make such a difference - great bedding, bath salts, real milk in your fridge. Love it.
Nothing. I’d recommend it every time.

Decor, location, comfort.
Check in was a bit delayed as I had to wait for the bar staff to sort.

Great location for my purposes. It’s got character and is nicely decorated and comfortable. Very friendly staff.
It has a pub downstairs, some people may be put off. I had a room at the back and there is excellent soundproofing, so I must confess I didn’t hear a thing.

This is a beautifully presented, comfortable place to stay. It is impeccably decorated and full of character. They have thought of everything a guest could need and the room was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to stay.
This is not a negative but something to be aware of: the restaurant next door is noisy but the staff were very upfront about this prior to our arrival so it was not a surprise. It was nice to see people having a good time and the restaurant has good food and a lively atmosphere.

Lauren was super helpful and really friendly on the front desk. I had a room upgrade for the first night to a double room. Fresh milk provided for the tea/coffee in the room. Clean rooms. Even though the weather was really hot, both of the rooms I stayed in had windows that could be opened and fans in the room. A room cooler was also on offer but not needed. It was really quiet and I slept very well! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
That I couldn't stay for longer! 😃

Loved this little hotel , absolutely spotless and the staff were amazing, the bar next door served fabulous food and a lovely chilled atmosphere, beautiful sash windows that open and easy walk into the centre about 10 minutes , no negatives would definitely stay here again it’s a little gem .

Very accommodating staff.
Room needed a fresh lick of paint, particularly the ceiling.

Good location, in the centre of the Jewellery Quarter. I booked this property for a visiting relative (I live nearby) so it was ideal. The Button Factory bar/restaurant is next door and has a nice roof terrace. The room was large with high ceilings. The en suite bathroom had a nice rain shower. There are plenty of bars, cafes and a convenience store nearby. Jewellery Quarter also has a train station on Vyse Street which is a 5 minute walk down the road. The city centre is a 15 minute walk and a pleasant walk via St Pauls Square.
Everything seemed ok. Not sure if there is a lift to the 1st and 2nd floors. I’d check with the property beforehand if stairs present a difficulty.

Was walkable 15 minutes to utlilata arena, so perfect. Friendly welcome even though we were early to check in, owner checked room at it was ready. Excellent interior decoration all very clean and welcoming, lovely bedding and bath towels. Room at front however very quiet.

Complementary Museli/milk/bottled water
Nice decoration and lovely bathroom & shower
Quiet (although staying during the week)
It was a little warm in the room, even with fans as the windows don’t open fully.

the complementary refreshments, including bottled water, and the biscuits and musli with fresh milk (rather than those horrible little pots). was a nice touch.
