Host and the whole family greeted us upon arrival. They were very warm, hospitable and accommodating. Apartment was very spacious and the basic things we need were available.

A well decorated, spacious apartment in a convenient location with nearby restaurants and shops. A convenient 20 minute walk to St Peters and just a bit further to the Vatican and other tourist sites. The apartment was safe and well maintained. We enjoyed meeting the owners and our three days in Rome.
I found the mattresses to be like old sponges, making for a very uncomfortable sleep after long days of sightseeing. An upgrade would reinforce what was a positive experience.

Light, bright and spacious with coffee shop at street level and grocery store two blocks away. Alessandra was personable, organized and extremely helpful. She responded immediately to help in any way. Can't say enough about this location and Alessandra!

liked the location
only one key was provided for a group of 7 from 3 families. if person leaving the house takes the key then power is cutoff for the entire house. ridiculous setup.

Hosts were rude and annoying.

The fact of having ony one key for 7 persons was not so easy to manage. We recommend to make available more than one key. It's a big department so it's good for groups but with only one key, it' difficult

Very Helpful hosts. Helped arrange taxi from airport and to train station. Also helped with directions and bus info. Grocery was close. Easy walk to Vatican City. Beautiful apartment, perfect for our family of 6.
The apartment was really warm as the air conditioning shut off when we left apartment. Needs a shower curtain in the one bathroom.

Our host met us at the apartment and provided a quick tour and explanation of everything. Our host helped coordinate private transportation from the airport, a private trip to Pompeii, and a cooking class provided at the apartment. She went above & beyond our expectations. We were provided information about public transportation & there are bus stops very close. Plus, there is a grocery store across the street. I would highly recommend this apartment.
Only a couple of downsides (very minor) - the street outside could be loud with ambulances at various times. The AC units drained into containers on the balcony that had to be drained (minor inconvenience).

I loved the fact that it was large and clean. Everything was available at street level. Groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and busses. Fabricio, a fine fellow in the coffee shop below, will call for a taxi too. By the way, he serves a fine dinner. The host was helpful and gracious. Great place!
Can't think of anything.
