The feeling of visiting friends instead of staying at a hotel. We felt like we had a private Chef, bartender, Butler and stuff! The room was comfortable and so were the bed and pillows.
If I can find something it is that the wine we ordered for the dinner wasn't chill from the beginning but we had to wait to chill in the ice.

Amazing place! Casa punta coco felt like the perfect dream home. Super nice and attentive staff. First class chef. We were lucky and got an upgrade to the Manglar room and was beautiful and tasteful decoration.
Comfortable toilet with a nice shower, good AC, we had beautiful views from the room.
During checking they received us with a small bite and signature cocktail were fabulous.
The only thing we felt uncomfortable was the mosquitos in the outside area during evening time.
The hotel it’s located in punta coco a bit far from the city center around 30min walking which is not bad either but if you are looking something centric maybe an issue. Also walking around during evening it’s not easy because the streets in the island are in bad condition with holes and mud (raining) you need a taxi.

Very nice hotel - room are very nice and well designed and the view from pool is amazing. Best bet if you want to avoid crowded and noisy hotels.
Staff is kind and helpful.
The breakfast is not including some basics stuff (orange juice for exemple would be an extra, bacon with you eggs as well….) and all extras are a bit overpriced. As well the quantity of the included breakfast is very light, if you need more calories than a fitgirl be ready for some extras

I liked the location and the cleanliness. Ana was exceptional! She deserves a raise!
The food tasted good, but was very limited. Same menu every day. I also did not like the fact that there wasn't any hot water to bathe.

fantastic location, modern, very contemporary and great facilities, very boutique and beautiful with almost a private chef
the location, staff, food and facilities made this place a small perfect paradise

It was quiet and secluded. The property was very well kept and had places to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean.
The beach area was small and had to walk to other area to enjoy the water.

amazing room view, staff was super nice, food was awesome
unfortunately there was a construction right beside the property and the noise was disturbing, there was no blackout in the room, just regular curtains, we were not able to use the bathtub and the shower pressure was poor

the structure is really nice and quite, everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. the stuff is kind, the rooms are great with amazing bed and shower. the swimming pool is an heavenly place !
missing some attention to details that could make the journey even better. the structure is full of algae (and we were not in that moment of the year !). the enormous amount of algae prevent to directly reach the beach. there is a dock passive above them but still, the smell is not always good. we were obliged to go to the beach close to the structure. despite the stuff is really really kind , the service is generally too slow for really easy order (the last day it took us 1h30 to get some pancakes for breakfast and we were only three clients)

Good bed and sheets
Beach area full of sargaço and without care from the hotel (all other hotels clean their space for client use).
Shower out of order with very little water pressure and quantity. Staff unable to solve the issue.
Small room
Location far away for the center

This hotel is really recommendable! For couples who want to enjoy and relax it's a perfect escape. From the center it's about a 20 minutes walk along the beach.
The room was great with a stunning view, the staff is fantastic, thank you Sonja and all the other's!!! The chef's are absolutely great, they cook with passion and love and you can taste this!
The shower needs a bit of practice with warm and cold water 😁 and the pressure of the water could be more.

no storage in the room, very poor wifi service, bathrooms lacks of equipment of comfort

Design, beach and attention to every single detail. Very unique!
More variety of food would be appreciated.

We like the place, the stuff where really warm to us, every thing we needed they helped us. I will highly recommend on this hotel!
They are making every day a sunset together with some wine and snakes.
We had a good time there.
The vastness of the water in the shower was a bit low.
And the size of the room, it was a bit small.

the location on the beach was lovely with a nice walk into the town.
nice option to have a private meal on the beach watching sunset which we loved.
very expensive and not good value for money.
our room was quite old and shabby. shower didn’t work properly, the shower gel had run out, stains on the bedding.
quite loud at night in bed so wasn’t quite as peaceful as we’d hoped.
there weren’t blinds on all the windows so very light in the mornings. bring an eye mask.

The huge room, with divisions. All staff, including the cooks. The location, the layout of grounds, the sea. 2 balconies! The food (expensive, but fancy and good, brought to our room). Excellent service. Nice little pool. Lemonade.
The coffee was not good. (Otherwise, the meals and drinks were fantastic). Pillows not as good, but minor detail.

Staying at this property was always going to be a risk due to the huge variation of reviews. Myself and my partner stayed for 3 nights and will try to give an accurate portrayal for anyone considering booking. What I liked about this property was that it was quiet and comfortable. The morning fruit platter
was lovely. The drinks were good and not too expensive. I found the house to be clean.
I want to stress; nothing about this stay was particularly bad however the price of the property does not match what you receive as a guest. It is more of a guest house vibe than a hotel. The food is prepared by an apprentice chef it is lovely, if a little fussy. The included breakfast options were limited. We were
the only guests in the house for the first two nights of our stay and despite requesting a specific room on booking we were put in the smallest room. We were
told all of the rooms were filled and then arrived to an empty house. The house is located outside of the centre of Holbox, approx a 25 minute walk however due to lack of lights and roads you cannot walk and must take a taxi golf cart each way, we didn’t really mind this. If you have been to tulum, Holbox is a lot cheaper! As mentioned in other reviews the house is a little dated.

The staff were very attentive and kind. The facilities are very comfortable and with good taste. The cheffs are excellent.
It is very expensive. The room lacked basic furniture, such as a table or stool to place the suitcase, chairs to sit and so on. There is no beach but a pile of rocks that blocks your access to the sea.

it was a nice house
it was a house, not ready for guests. not very clean. staff forgets towels one day, one day forgets to clean the bathroom, another day forgets the water… same exact breakfast everyday for 6 days. nothing from the menu was available and it was extremely overpriced for what it was. in this sense, they are charging a value that is not what they offer.
Also, imposible to sleep with music blasting from 8 am till 12 pm. no shades or anything and rooms have very little privacy.

the architecture itself, it is like your own house, very relaxed
it only have a small space of beach

This place is excellent. The rooms are so nice. Victor the staff manager is the man! He made my stay so much better. It's a away from stores but no worried because they have alcohol on hand. The infinity pool is the best part!
I loved everything about this place. Perfect private location for a couple. BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY. YOU WILL GET EATEN ALIVE.

Located in a nice secluded area of the island .
Getting back and forth to town is a slight hassle but you will manage .
Mosquitoes Mosquitoes Mosquitoes!!!!!

We stayed in the sea view room which is part of the main house. It has a walkout onto the pool deck with a view over the infinity pool and mangrove to the ocean and a west facing view of the epic sunsets. Late at night when the pool deck lights are out, you can see every star in the sky…
Down the steps, under the mangrove canopy is a white sand beach perfect for escaping the mid day sun, having lunch, relaxing on a swing bed or hammock. Easy access to the ocean is steps away.
The staff is amazing: relaxed yet attentive, fun and professional, there when you needed them but never intrusive. On our last night, we were honored to have a dinner created by chef Edwardo. An amazing stroll through locally infused culinary heaven. Edwardo, thank you again for the lovely evening.
Everything was amazing.

Really lovely location and beautiful hotel peaceful and very relaxing
The music that seemed to play in both of the houses till quite late - I think it was centralised so you had to go and ask them to turn it off I think it’s lot really necessary to have constant music in the second property when people didn’t really use the common areas and it was just a bit annoying if you could hear it in your room at night
Also the food was nice but I think the random croissant shaped brioche that they made for breakfast were strange quite often not cooked properly think the breakfast fruit place and eggs to order were nice but sometimes too fussy and not enough substance also I think for the price you are paying more food should be included and you shouldn’t have to pay extra for juice etc seems a bit pointless just to try and make more money

beautiful facilities, friendly staff, quiet and perfect for relaxing.
