Excellent location for Edgbaston Village
No facilities. No restaurant, bar or lounge. This really is a definition "Room Only"

The property itself is beautiful, wonderful location. impressive room size and we loved the huge bath in the room it was a really gorgeous addition. Theres some light damage in the rooms on carpets and walls but we felt considering how wonderful the room looked when we arrived, they’d made such an effort with rose petals etc we were genuinely over the moon and these minor details didn’t matter.
Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, the staff were AMAZING. But we would probably choose to have breakfast elsewhere if we stayed again. However we would most definitely go back to the high field for drinks as they have a fantastic selection. The food just wasn’t it for us personally, lunch and dinner may well be much better however and those menus looked lovely :)

Well located. Easy to check in. Good car Park. Very clean and near to good pubs and restaurants.
Bedroom was far too hot. Had window open until it became too busy with traffic and had to close. Heating needs to be lowered a few degrees.

The rooms was amazing and spacious with a feel of real luxury. The decor was very well done with an art deco feel with modern touches such as the very large TV on the wall. Parking was great and the experience was better than i expected. I have travelled alot and this was one of the best hotel rooms i have ever stayed in. Recommend totally.

nice beds. the WiFi was really bad which was disappointing from a work perspective.

Beautiful house, great location and good to have private parking.
I think the room we booked said something along the lines of a “King Deluxe Room”. Our room was rather small and up in the eaves of the building, so don’t know if we were put in the wrong room maybe?

Decor was nice
No sign for hotel. Couldn’t park for ages. Access to car park very narrow.
Only one member of staff and was her 1st day.
Advert said breakfast included. But they didn’t have kitchen. Was told to go to a pub for breakfast

Excellent decor - stylish Art Deco interiors, great bathroom with monsoon shower and heated floor, really comfy mattress and pillows, rolltop bath in the bedroom. Excellent location on a very quiet road near the Edgbaston Village tram stop, which was really handy for getting into the city centre quickly with no fuss. Some really nice restaurants nearby as well.
The only thing that lets this very stylish hotel down is the very poor internal soundproofing in the building. We were on the ground floor and could hear people moving around in the room upstairs all night. We could hear people talking/watching telly in their rooms, and if they were talking to each other in the corridor we could clearly hear every word of their conversation.

interior decor, bath, shower and space
1. Had to wait outside in the freezing cold upon arrival as no one there to receive when trying to check in.
2. Washing machine going all through the right which disturbed our sleep.
3. Despite leaving our room by 10am they didn’t clean it empty the bins

Everything was really nice, the photos ate exactly what i was given. Room was clean and tidy and smelled really good and the staff even went out there way to make the room well prepped. The bath is nice and there is also a shower and toilet which are both spotless. The Room itself is very nicely climate controlled and the staff were friendly. Only downside is wifi was playing up on my laptop and the tv didnt let me connect to wifi so no youtube or anything which is the only reason its a slight let down. 9/10😮💨 also parking is great.
The TV and the wifi were a bit poor.

location and room
confusing to park and check out but overall nice
I
was disappointed that it was a marriage that’ the room could be been made more romantic for the couple

The location is great. Close to local amenities and the City centre but in a nice quiet area. The rooms are great and the under floor heating was amazing. It has become our go to accommodation when we are visiting the city.
Sheets were not the best on this trip and it would be useful to have instructions on using the Air con.
4.3
No sign outside the hotel! I drove past the hotel a few times before I realised where it was.
