Near center, near public transport, near river. Safe place to stay.
We could not find the key box, when I called the owner, no response. Fortunately neighbor helped us. I kept receiving lots of emails regarding extra 100 pound payment for possible damage. I did not pay it. In front of fire place in bedroom really silly desk on the floor so we kept hitting our feet, painful. Lack of lights, really dark inside.

Large modern apartment, separate bedroom and modern bathroom. Good area with excellent connections to the city centre & others areas of Bristol
Key lock box is difficult to find in the dark!
Not much crockery, only 1 dinner plate. Apartment was very cold, although heating was supposed to come on automatically, it didn't. Bathroom was very cold underfloor heating & towel rail didn't work despite supposedly being on a timer morning & evening .
Bathroom is a bit of a squeeze, toilet is squashed in next to the shower

Nice location, very practical setup with bedroom and kitchen / living room area. Check in process was very easy. I overlooked that there was a washing machine and was grateful to have it! Overall it was a pleasant stay.
It’s an older building, so the upstairs neighbors could be clearly heard walking around and sometimes talking. The mattress was also a bit lumpy and could use an upgrade.

The location, great square, gorgeous architecture of the building it’s housed in.
For the price point it was not elegant nor particularly comfortable. The bed requires a new mattress, the shower head needs descaling, the TV didn’t work (Netflix and Amazon required log in details, a minor point as we weren’t there to watch TV but wanted something late on Saturday night), the agent/owner should spend a night there to test it for themselves. A second slim bedside table would be good, with an extension cable to plug items in. The communal areas are reminiscent of student accommodation.

Value for money for the space and facilities was outstanding. It is a really quiet area yet convenient access by bus to the city which is a very short journey and a very short distance to the docks on foot.
Everything was extremely clean in the appartment and it had everything you could possibly need as regard to kitchen appliances and utensils.
Whenever I needed to get in touch with staff they were always very prompt in replying to messages and were also extremely courteous and professional.
As long as I can schedule dates that are not already booked, I will definitely be returning here!

nice kitchen, comfortable bed, attractive location
some maintenance issues brought to the attention of the host

I love the location and the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with equipment and condiments. There is a folder telling you how to use the induction hob, which I found very useful. There is a Spar shop very close by and it's easy to get to Clifton Village, Park Street and the central Bristol University campus. There are great walks up to Clifton Suspension Bridge and you can walk in to town to Broadmead, along the river and to Temple Meads.
I really liked it all. The only thing I noticed that could annoy someone is the house is very old and you hear a lot of creaking and sometimes the neighbours moving it about. But that could happen anywhere!

location and facilities
Hobb was difficult to operate.
0.5 / 5.0
Dirty bathroom with horriable smell and very small shower cubicle
Very uncomfotable bed and pillows, loud creeking when moving
Stained duvet, no bedside table, no mirrow in bedroom
Upstairs neighbours very noisey early hours comings and goings
Sofa very uncomfortable and smells
The whole place it quiet dated and tired

Amazingly clean.
The bed mattress and pillows need upgrading. Got a back ache and couldn’t sleep and I am not prone to sleeping issues.

Great location great facilities, amazing price.
Only disappointment was the early checkout time but otherwise a great stay. One other notice is that the kettle was leaking when boiling and pouring.
