Avoid do not book run down house

Absolutely DISGUSTING READ ALL REVIEWS NOT hOTEL Avoid

Had cancel 2 weeks prior due to health still waiting on refund to be told no you carnt absolute disgusting No customer service Only Mobie number A friend had gone and could not stay in run down place Fit for rats only Dirty bedding A house turned into rooms that not secure on rum down area Cars not safe She could not stay as was that bad

We could not stay at your hotel at all through no fault of our own. See our email.

I sent you an email fully explaining the situation you put us in. We could not even enter the hotel because no one answered the door after we had knocked and rang the bell many times, We received your email containing the entry code 4 hours after we had left home here in Kent. We were not told to bring our laptop with us to find out the entry code. We phoned you but there was no one to answer the phone so we had to spend the night somewhere else. This situation was unacceptable and we wish to have our money returned to us. See our email sent to you today 22/09/2024.

We needed to be able to speak to someone live on the phone to explain to us what we could do to enter the hotel. We phoned you twice but there was no live answer. Just a recorded message which was useless.

Room 2 needs some improvements.

Free breakfast was great. Cheap and cheerful Good location for where we needed to be.

Room 2. Bed very uncomfortable. TV in the wrong place, can't see it lying in bed. Needs bigger cups for a cup of tea. Needed extra pillows and towels. Parking on a very busy main road. No staff available unless you phoned them.

You could hear everything... and I mean everything happening in the adjacent and upstairs rooms

Excellent value. Excellent service. Cleaned and nice.

It was very near to the hospital. Easy to find. Easy check in. Breakfast really exceeded my expectations. With a variety of choice.

I didn't find anything to complain about.

Not available to help in emergency

The big TV and breakfast was tasty.

The staff were not available, I had an emergency and I rang the number they provided to no answer. They got back to me the next morning when it was too late and tried to charge me extra. Room was bog standard, little decoration and furniture, broken blinds, no lamp or extra pillows so bed was uncomfy.

It was clean. The towels had a few stains on them but bathroom was nice.

The room is an actual BOX. it is so small your suitcase wouldn't fit. I was put in the top room which had a lot of stairs. This made it extremely difficult to get upstairs with my things as my bags hit of the walls. There was a TV with no remote so we was unable to watch any TV all day. Also the walls were so thin we could hear the neighbours doing what adults do. I couldn't sleep all night.

Cheap and accessible but needs more work or the cleanliness.

It's cheap with breakfast included. Near the Birmingham hospital.

Floor wasn't clean. No mattress or pillow protection. No coat hanger in the wardrobe. A glass would be welcome to be able to drink during the stay. Some holes drilled in the window made the sound of the street pretty loud (first room on the ground floor)

Cheap and cheerful. Would book again.

Appreciated that the room was warm in a very cold spell.

Struggled a bit to see in the dark the code on the key box. The shiny buttons didn't help.

Absolute bull$hit

NOTHING

They double book the room and whoever checks in first gets in & then they ignore you. The room is cold, noisy because of the main road and others staying in the house & cleaner will be banging doors so you can’t even get a good rest. Refund my damn money!

Very convenient location, Netflix on telly, lovely modern bathroom, basic breakfast included.

The bed was a 3/4 bed which means it's quite cosy for two! Should probably be advertised this way. Staff at breakfast were efficient but not friendly.

quiet area, very clean room and ensuite.

Small room but very clean and contained everything necessary for an overnight stay (inc soaps, shampoos etc). Inclusive morning breakfast. Nice clean dining area, self service cooked breakfast, toast or cereal. I have already recommended the property to another frequent visitor to the area and will certainly use the hotel on my next trip.

Amazing value for money

Excellent value for money - clean - easy access - lovely staff

Kettle & tea/coffee access would be amazing, happy to pay £5 more for that.

Refurbished and good location

Very clean and renovated. Good location. Free breakfast in morning.

Only thing was the fact there was no kettle or tea making facilities. First place I have ever stayed with no kettle

A fine stay, not best value for money. Facilities dissapointing.

The property was clean and they did offer a free breakfast which is basic but pleasant.

Breakfast was only served between 8-9, so if you need to leave for work it’s not really an option. Poor communication from staff, it’s a self check in accommodation with a key safe to get into your room. Many customers didn’t receive their key code in time. Room clean but very basic. No kettle provided in the room which was the first thing I looked for and with no reception this wasn’t something I could query.

Hotel birmingham

I liked it that I randomly booked late evening and the key lock outside door so I could get in and rest my head after a long day at the hospital. The breakfast was lovely you could eat what you liked I had the gastric sleeve in March so couldn't eat much but scrambled egg was perfection. Clean room bathroom supplies too and towels very good.

Only I could here emergency services but apart from that it was bearable I slept very well.
