Beautiful room, great location.
Called a couple of times to have a crib and they didn’t install it.

We have a discrepancy with our final bill! Although we added an extra day to the booking, we expected taxes etc not to be included in final payment. I would like to speak with someone at booking.com

Gorgeous property and in the most perfect location to explore Downtown Charleston Historic District & French Quarter. Amazing staff that went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!!
I can’t think of one thing. Everything was perfect.

Valet parking personnel and location. The room and restaurant were excellent.
No room cleaning for the entire stay. Requested a refrigerator and refrigerator was molded and smells. Did not replace.

very cosy, staff are excellent, location is premium.
only one restaurant and they don’t seem to care if your a guest in the hotel, they can’t accommodate you unless you book in advance.

Fantastic location! Very helpful staff!
Loved the refreshments and newspapers in the sitting room. That is lovely.
The pulllout sofa bed was awful. Felt broken. It must be replaced!
Restaurant was very pricey.
Would have been nice if complimentary breakfast came with the room as it is an expensive hotel.

Planters Inn is absolutely beautiful. It is a hidden treasure in the middle of Charleston. My daughter’s rehearsal dinner and after party were here and it could not have been more wonderful.

very Convenient location. easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. the staff were very welcoming. the restaurant deserves its 5 star rating wonderful.
we had a first floor room and found a homeless man in the hallway. security quickly got him out but he shouldn’t have been able to get to the guest rooms.

Location was fantastic
The rooms were dated, service wasn’t five star

The price was much higher than necessary for the suite offered. the Penisula Grille was good but not exceptional. We were able to find much better restaurants nearby.
6.0
Good location, but a date property. They rest on their laurels. The "southern charm" shtick only get you so far. I will not return to this location. Property needs updating, which can be done without compromising its historic look and feel.
Housekeeping was dreadful. No fresh towels. My father's room was not cleaned one day during his stay. This is not a business hotel, but it is the 21st century. More power an USB connections are necessary. Warning -- this property is very loud if your room faces Market Street. Windows and walls are paper thin. Don't expect to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, but bland and unimaginative.

Staff over the top . Breakfast staffing dire
