Bien avec nuances

Logement conforme.. Litterie confortable, meubles personnalisés, équipement correct. Le n°4 est un appartement agréable !

L'immeuble est bien en revanche l'environnement est plutôt sale et un peu bruyant en journée. La communication avec le concierge serait à parfaire.

La gentilezza e la reattività del proprietario, Ignazio. L'appartamento molto pulito e la sua posizione centralissima. Ottima biancheria e molto fornito il bagno. Molto bello anche il design e la cura dei dettagli. Lavanderia ad uso esclusivo degli appartamenti ed ascensore interno.

Really really wonderful.

Location is the best of the best. Right at the center yet very quiet. The apartment is really large and comfortable and the kitchen allows you to cook some meals if you had too many arancina. There is laundry, great AC (even though the place is so insulated you come back to a cool place without leaving the AC on) Ignazio the host was extremely friendly and accommodating. He came early to meet us and even let us stay until later on the last day because flight was late (and no one booked). We had friends staying elsewhere that were very jealous when they saw our apartment.

Really nice place in Palermo Old Town

Great place to stay in the heart of Palermo old town. 5-10 minutes walk from everyhting we wanted to see. Really helfpul and friendly host, Ignazio, who offered great recommendations in the area. Tutto magnifico!

Great apartment in a fantastic central location

Very nice apartment in an excellent location, walking distance to historic sights & restaurants. Helpful, friendly and efficient host. Apartment was very clean & cosy, with a little balcony which was nice. Minimally but well furnished. Comfortable bed and good air con.

Kitchenette could be a little better equipped - coffee maker & toaster would have been useful. A large mirror in the living room would also be useful - the only mirror was in the bathroom. More pillows too would be good! If you're staying here, take ear plugs - the local kids play outside at night till very late!

We had a lovely .relax ing holiday and the weather was fabulous.

It was very clean,compact and full filled our needs. I would recommend the apartment as it was convenient to train , town central etc. Our host was fantastic and most attentive and very helpful. He gave us lots of help with places of interest and where to eat. He was excellent.

We definitely recommend Gascony apartments for a great stay in Palermo!

Outstanding service!! The host Ignazio was very attentive and helpful, making our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and driving care :) We loved the charming balconies with darkening doors, the spacious bathroom and the comfortable bed. Also the cleanliness is worth mentioning. Furthermore guests are able to use a washing machine and ironing supplies. Great location! Close to local amenities and just a few steps away from all the great sights in Palermo. Gitty & Annebel

Really wonderful! A great find!

It is easy to get everywhere from here. The bus 101 (5 mins) is on Via Roma just down the end of Via Bologna. The central train and bus terminals easy 7 mins. Then you have all the great sites in easy walking distance. Via Maqueda, Ballarò, Teatro Massimo… It is a large apartment with little balcony with table and chairs. Tiny kitchen great for quick breakfast, coffee, cut up some fruit etc but not for cooking. There is a microwave if you need. Bathroom is big. Comfortable bed, big bath towels, aircon and heating. There is also a lift. The apartment is located within earshot and eyeshot of local residents so you’ll hear the kids play, smell their food (delicious!), see their washing. It’s all part of the experience. As a single female traveller I felt safe - just take normal safety precautions. Ignazio was bery helpful with recommendations and city guidance.

For me it didn’t worry me but if you don’t want to hear kids you may need to look somewhere else.

Tolle kleine Stadtwohnung über den Dächern von Palermo.

Sehr zentrale Lage.

Die Wohnung ist direkt unterm Dach und heizt sich bei heissem Wetter schnell auch. Die Klimaanlage war hierfür zu schwach. Wir gehen aber davon aus, dass das behoben wird.

Außergewöhnlich

Perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum, großzügiges Appartment, sehr sauber, top ausgestattet, Supermärkte um die Ecke, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Hafen.

Wer dieses Appartment bucht, sollte sich über die Parkplatzsituation im Klaren sein. Keine Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft.

Een dikke tien!

Gezellig dakappartement. Sfeervol Ingericht met vintage meubeltjes. Klein keukentje maar voldoende voor vakantieappartement. Prachtig terras! Het terras is ook de reden waarvoor we dit appartement kozen. In het echt nog mooier en gezelliger dan op de foto. Zeer netjes. Locatie ideaal dichtbij winkelstraat en verkeersvrije straat met restaurantjes en winkeltjes en vele bezienswaardigheden zoals theater Massimo. Op wandelafstand van station. Als ik terug naar Palermo ga dan kies ik zeker terug voor dit appartement.

Excellent location and very comfortable.

This apartment was well situated in a side street off the main tourist area and within easy access to the station. There were all the mod cons and access to washing machine. The owner was very helpful and provided advice on local restaurants etc.

Lovely apartment great location.

Perfect apartment conveniently located between Palermo Centrale and the historic centre. Very comfortable, spacious apartment with cute terrace. Lift access. Wonderful host. Would certainly stay here again

The kitchen is too small to be really useable for cooking but perfect for most travellers who just want to perhaps prepare simple dishes or make espresso.

Right 8n the middle of everything.

Everything clean , pleasant, and functional Even an elevator! Friendly and helpful owner/manager, who gave us excellent eating tips. Note that this is a very old neighborhood-- actually the old Jewish ghetto -- and you may bask, as we did, in the historic "vibe."

We loved the ancient neighborhood, so near the most important sights. Some people might be a little put off by the somewhat run down aspect of the setting.

Wonderful apartment with elegant terrace

Beautiful modern apartment with elegant terrace. Decorated in industrial-style furniture that was well refurbished. Great bathroom and shower. Very tiny kitchen that was adequate for breakfast at home.

The pillows on the bed are too thin.

Very relaxing apartment in a great part of Palermo. Close to everything!

Great location, a hundred metres from Via Maqueda which is where all the action in terms of Food and Bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with a Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom and separate Kitchen. Just has a very relaxed feel about it. Has an Elevator which is great for Luggage and there is a Laundry on the Ground Floor for guests to use with a Washing Machine and Ironing Board. Also a 5 minute walk to the Central Railway Station.

parfaitement accueilli par Ignazio, très agréable et pas avare de renseignements. l'emplacement est idéal, dans une rue populaire et très calme. à un pas de via Maqueda (segment calme). très central, à quelques pas de tout (marchés, tous commerces, transports en commun, centre historique, axes piétons etc : la solution pour visiter tout Palerme. l'appartement (dernier étage, ascenseur) possède une superbe et grande terrasse, sans vis à vis. un régal. l'appartement est spacieux, bien tenu et décoré. je le conseille déjà, et nous y reviendrons.

la cuisine est petite et modestement équipée. suffisant pour le petit-déjeuner. la verrière au dernier étage de l'escalier est probablement source de grande chaleur l'été. difficile de trouver de vrais points négatifs !

Smartly designed, comfortable flat, ideally located in central Palermo.

I travel quite a bit and have stayed in a LOT of places in different cities/lands: hotels, AirBnBs, resorts, rental flats, etc. I rarely find a place that gets top marks on all criteria. The Viocolo Guascone is the rare exception. It's a simple flat but extremely well-designed and super comfortable. Good-sized rooms with A/C units in the living room and bedroom. Walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Modern bathroom. Small but decent kitchen; given the great food options all around, the kitchen isn't really a priority. The location is fantastic; quiet alley within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions, very hip & lively Kalsa district, and bus/train station.

Perfect base for a four day stay in central Palermo.

Exceptional

We were lucky enough to be able to checkin earlier so we could drop the car back to the airport. A great apartment located on the 4th floor big lounge and bedroom and a large rooftop patio. The kitchen is very small with 2 burner stove top but no oven but a microwave oven. Small fridge but adequate for short stays. Great communication. The location is good only about 10min walk from central station and easy access to the main tourist attractions in Palermo. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area.

Great experience, highly recommended!

Great location. Apartment has 2 air conditioners and was large enough, we stayed there for a week and never felt small. Very clean. Kitchen has all the necesary equipments. There is a small closet room for clothes, which is great. Bathroom is large and renovated. Despite everything nice about the apartment, the host Piero is the highlight of our stay. He is the best host I ever, super helpful and friendly.

Beautiful apartment, amazing view.

I’ve been to Italy a couple of times and this is on the list of the top places that I have stayed. Everything is nearby and the terrace view is amazing. The heat calms down in the evening and morning so I loved sitting out there drinking coffee or wine. The host Ignacio was very helpful and professional.
