Brian Head is a small ski resort community located in the heart of southern Utah’s national parks and monuments. Located at 9,500 feet, Brian Head is the second highest ski resort town in North America. In the summer and fall the temps hover in the mid 70’s making it a perfect destination to escape the heat of the valley below. During that time, Brian Head offers Utah’s premier mountain bike park with chairlift and shuttle service that whisks you to the top of Brian Head Peak. Over 200 miles of downhill mountain bike trails await and you can rip down incredible roller coaster cruisers and some popping vertical descents. If mountain biking is not your scene, the weekend chairlift service is also available to hikers and sightseers in search of Utah’s famous red-rock vistas.
In the winter, Brian Head is a great ski and boarding destination. Brian Head Resort has been rated one of America’s best ski values because there are virtually no lift lines, the slopes are un-crowded, and daily lift passes are less than $50! Brian Head’s winter adventures also include snowtubing, snowmobile tours, cross country skiing and a full service day spas.
Brian Head is a festive community with several fun and unique events held throughout the year including: Fireworks and torchlight parades during the winter holidays, holiday bonfires, live summer concerts, Thunder on the Mountain motorcycle rally, Oktoberfest, Red Rock Relay and an Old Fashioned Fourth of July celebration. Very clean and well equipped to handle a full active family. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Rooms were all very clean and comfortable. Close to trails, fishing, and shops in Brianhead. Downstairs was a little colder than the rest of the house but the provided space heaters easily made it comfortable. Great communication, instructions, and guide to the area. Will definitely be staying here again.

This place was so great. My kids walked to the pond several time per day to go fishing. Easy access to the lifts for mountain biking. We brought a couple four wheelers and there was plenty of room for them at the property. The house was clean and really nice. We used the outdoor fire pit several times and it was perfect for the cool nights. Definitely recommend. Will be staying here again.

This was the most beautiful home located perfectly close to the lifts. It decided to snow making it even more magical. Brett kept us informed of the conditions and even offered us many helpful extras. The house was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could ever want. We all had a great family trip and would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!!

The cabin is very well kept and clean. Our two families had the best time. Giants steps chair lifts by Georges Ski shop were walking distance. We have been coming to Brian Head for over 15 years and this cabin was by far our favorite.

Our host Brett was very accommodating particularly when it was apparent that the winter storm moving thru would affect our travel day. Brett was always responsive to any inquiries and pleasant to work with. The home was as expected, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked which made preparing meals in-house easy and enjoyable. A couple of the ski lifts were within walking distance and we all look forward to returning again!!

This home is clean, and decorated in a homey, comfortable way. It was well-stocked with necessities. Our two families of four people each (four adults and four teens, total) had plenty of room. It is in a great location, where you can walk to and from the base of lift 8. Sledding hills are at the end of the street and (maybe) behind the home. Fast internet. The hosts are friendly and responsive. Clear instructions are thoughtfully placed throughout the home. Loved the deck, grill, and fire pit. We’ve stayed in several different locations in the resort area and this home was a favorite! We hope to return next winter!

The location was perfect! You can literally walk right to Georg’s to rent ski equipment. Although we didn’t use it, there was even a shuttle that dropped off and picked up right in front of the house that takes you to/from Navajo. House had plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 children. Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, crock pot, regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), and a gas grill right outside the kitchen and connected to the house. Big pantry for your food, a game closet, electric fireplace with blower kept house plenty warm. Queen with twin bunk beds and the tv room with fold out couch with one bathroom on first floor (bathtub). Upstairs was living room, kitchen, 2-bedrooms (one king and one queen) and 1 walk-in shower. Wrap around deck led to a perfect little swirly snow sledding path that my 8-yr old son loved so much! Our family spent Christmas here and we kept saying how much it felt like home.

We’ve stayed two times in this beautiful home. The owners have thought of everything you’d ever need to have a fantastic vacation. The close proximity to the lifts, easy access to the shuttle and the quaintness of the sweet town make it one of the best places to spend with your family and friends. We can’t wait for next year.

Loved it!
We loved the cabin! It was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The decor was really nice and the whole place was very comfortable. The cabin backed up to beautiful woods with an awesome fire pit. I also loved the fact that the check out “to do list” was very short. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome!
Super cozy cabin with a rad kitchen that actually has everything that you might need! That's a first for me. Nice Weber grill that's actually connected to the house so no running out of propane, which has happened to me more than once. Just being in the cabin, you can tell that the owners really love the place and it's not just a money grab rental. It has a good vibe.

Great family ski trip. The house was exactly as pictured. We appreciated the little details of providing paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Great mud room for taking on and off ski gear.

Cozy cabin, perfect for our girls group of five.
The cabin was as described. We were very pleased with everything. It was clean & comfy; well-stocked with everything we needed. The owners graciously pre-heated it for us in advance of our arrival. The garage space was a tight fit for my SUV. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean property
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is well maintained and clean. Our family of four enjoyed the beautiful space and the kids loved the cozy basement room. There is a great firepit out back with a beautiful view of the forest. The property is close to 2 condo developments, but we hardly saw anyone else and the neighborhood is quiet. All the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The house is close to the general store, the lifts, and Cedar Breaks. It was a great stay!

Amazing Cabin
We are always very pleased with this cabin. It was built very well with a ton of attention to detail, contractor who has built several homes opinion. From a skiers/snowboarders perspective they have thought of all the important details, hooks, mud room, ski racks etc. Great location and owner is very helpful with any questions or needs.

Cabin rebuild
Our family cabin was one of the casualties of the Brian Head fire in 2017. We needed a place for our family to stay during the week we had planned to begin rebuilding it. This place was perfect. Very clean! Everything nice and new. Gave us a nice place to return to after a long, exhausting day of building. Brett was great to work with and very responsive. It was very appreciated.
