The location is excellent. The cottage is cosy and well appointed. We were visiting the RSC and the cottage was walking distance to the town and theatre. Great information and kept up to date by the host. Brilliant to have the parking permit. Thank you
Due to the weather the front door was swollen and difficult to close and open. Sure this will be dealt with.

Nothing.
Let Down Badly by being dirty and not cleaned the kitchen was very unhygienic.
Unsafe for kids, faulty door lock to stairs, cables everywhere.
The owner pretends to be the manager, and says owner will get back to you, he will not get back to you as its owner you are chatting with - its comical and insulting really........ He treats his customers like his property unfortunately
Very poor accommodation due to mainly the lack of hygiene and make sure you dig deep into reviews as not what it seems reviews on Booking.com
Spoke to local travel agent as work I work close by, who said I am not the first to say this and were concerned, they are taking further action by locally informing relevant personal.
Shame as i was looing for somewhere for 5 nights per week - now found somewhere much more real and honest.

The cottage was very nice, clean and cosy.
Location fantastic and there is a little park next for your dog.
Paul was very professional and friendly. I sent few texts to him regarding the place and he texted me back straight away.
Very nice experience in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Location of the property, easy book in arrangements, free parking there are a lot of plus points to this property it just needs some TLC
Level of noise from the constant traffic
The property looks like when first renovated it was to a high standard, it's a shame it hasn't been kept to this, the outside areas are very dirty, shabby and unkept, part of the garden is blocked off by a fence which is extremely overgrown, which is a shame as it would be an asset to the house.

The property had a spacious living area, and a good kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Location is very good.
There were no little toiletries provided (soap, shampoo). There was a bottle for hand soap but it was almost empty. We had one soap capsule per day for the dishwasher - why not provide another one or two just in case they are needed? There was no information on how to turn on the heating system. Some local information about things to see, places to eat. Would have really appreciated information on which bus (#15 or #18) to take to Warwick Castle and where to catch it (outside the NatWest). These are indicative suggestions. The house itself is great. Just a little more consideration of the little things a visitor needs, and a little more generous around things like soap, etc., and the experience would by enhanced just that much more. It was still a very positive experience, and I would stay there again.

I loved the homely ambience as soon as I stepped in; it was very welcoming and everything was clean. I loved the design, the theme and the decorations in every room in the house. The beds were made and were very comfortable;

Perfect location for exploring Stratford. Lovely and spacious. Parking permit provided.
I would happily stay there again.
Great communication and directions.
Reported a few maintenance issues - very stiff lock and key, front door swollen had to shoulder ourselves in, broken toilet seat, downstairs TV not working properly, couldn't access the central heating control - was pin protected and no pin given. Heating only came on one morning.

It is in an excellent, central location.
The cottage was a great space for the four of us, it is bigger than it looks in the photos. nicely decorated and lots of character. Great bath and shower!
Nothing!

The location was superb! The host could not have been more helpful and friendly. We had a couple of small issues and he sorted them immediately for us. Such a kind man!
Although we had a parking permit, everywhere was so busy that sadly we were unable to find a spot close enough to the house for my mum and sister who both have mobility issues. We chose instead to use the nearby car park for the duration of the stay. It was super convenient and very reasonable indeed. This would certainly not have been an issue otherwise. I would not hesitate to rebook this delightful little house!

It was 5 mins from
Town centre. All you needed was there in the property - although a permit can always find a space not far off at all
Front bedroom on main road but that cannot be helped - just be aware it's noisy from early on - I was there for work so up and. Out any way

stunning wet room bathroom
squeaky metal bed and downstairs cloakroom would be good addition

Good location, good bathroom. Really nice thought to provide a bag of ice.
You can lock people upstairs! Difficult positioning of tvs makes it hard for everyone to watch. You need a new toilet paper holder - the current one drops the roll very easily and when it doesn’t the paper is shredded against the brick.

Great location. Nice kitchen & good sized bedrooms & bathroom.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from town centre and rail station. Bathroom lovely and very comfy beds also and plenty of open plan living space. WiFi was good also and a free parking permit was also very appreciated.
Lots of noise on an evening/night from.the main road and car park immediately infront of and behind the property but that's a consolation of been close to the city centre.
After a storm one night the tv signal was lost and never returned but fortunately as I said previous, the WiFi was good and we did have a tablet to watch TV on.
The house if given a deep clean from top to bottom would have received a higher mark but window blinds were dusty, rug in the lounge needed a good vacuum and we did have a few spiders in as both front and back door even when closed/locked still left gaps that you could see daylight through.
Parking permit was great to have but I did have to contact the owner to find out where it allowed us to park as this wasn't made available to me until I received an email the day after we checked in so a little late. Perhaps include this info with the actual permit to make it easier for future guests.

Ideal location. Close to attractions, shops, bars and restaurants.
Clean bed linen and fresh towels.
Comfy lounge area. Plenty of crockery and utensils in kitchen.
On a busy main road and very noisey in terms of traffic from very early morning to late at night.
Property in need of TLC and not particularly clean. Dirty cups, glasses in cupbords. Baking trays in oven with the remains of the previous guests pizza.
Lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Strong smell of gas in kitchen.
No handle on the door from stairs to lounge area meaning you cant open it from the stairs side.
Kitchen floor and bin dirty.
Crumbling plaster and cobwebs inside built in cubiards in bedrooms.
Bathroom smelt of damp and stale urine.
Tiny yard area not partcularly plesant to sit in.

the location was great.
the house was not clean at all, it felt very grubby and needs to be deep cleaned. there was an awful smell of stale dirt, perhaps from the cooker or floors.
the bathroom was not clean and also smelt damp, maybe from the tiles if the shower if not draining properly?
there were cobwebs on the windows and all around the light fittings.
the doors also felt unsecured.
such a shame as the property has a lot of potential, especially with a great location.

The location was perfect. Ideal for the christmas market. A nice touch was the mini christmas tree made it really festive.
It was cold sometimes as think heating was on a timer and there was a gap at the bottom of the front door so really draughty .Bathroom smelt really damp and there were holes in the bathroom door. Being on the main road its really noisy. Its an original cottage which has been updated but just needs some TLC.
