This beautiful home was a prime location! We loved the beautiful master suite and the deck looking out over the river. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of appliances and dishes. Beds and living room furniture were super comfy. We walked about half a mile along the river to Coffee on the Rocks for breakfast. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation with my adult children. It was wonderful! Excellent location to both Estes and RMNP Beaver Meadow entrance. Great communication with Sue before and during our stay. Kitchen well-stocked and easy to use. Place very clean and true to what was shown on VRBO. Beautiful patio creekside. Would highly recommend.

Riversong is situated steps from the Big Thompson River, and close (but not too close) to Highway 36 with a short drive into Rocky Mountain National Park to the west and the city of Estes Park to the east. The property itself is gorgeous with a walking path just outside the patio door that will take you in about 10 minutes to the local coffee shop with a pond full of ducks that like to be fed. The windows in the main living room are huge and provide awesome views of the mountains, and equally spectacular views at night where the night time sky is full of stars. The house has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, a full open concept kitchen which makes cooking a pleasure (with those gorgeous views from the large windows). Our hosts, Sue and Mark were so gracious and accommodating. When it looked like a snow storm was approaching, Sue proactively contacted me and helped provide an extra night stay so we did not have to travel the snow packed roads down the mountain. We have stayed at properties managed by Sue and Mark several times and they are the utmost gracious hosts. This is the only property where we like to stay when visiting Estes Park. I hate to say this because we don't want it to book up when we visit, but it it does, it's worth it :-)

We had a wonderful stay at River Song in Estes Park. This beautiful home was one of the cleanest and most organized VRBO's we have ever rented. The views were breathtaking and the location was perfect. We loved the property's walking path along the river, which was a great place to see wildlife and led to Coffee on the Rocks. There were good restaurants nearby and it was only a short ride to the entrance of RMNP. Communication was excellent. Sue checked in with us and was quick to answer any questions we had. We hope to return someday!

We had a great stay in Estes Park. The house location is great easy way to get inside RMNP quickly and return at the end of the day. Communication was excellent with any questions we had. The river behind the house was so peaceful. My sons and I fished and were all successful with great tips from neighbors walking by. We will recommend this house to our friends if they are visiting Estes Park area. The 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths were perfect for our family of 5 (all adult children). Thanks for providing us a great visit.

This property is just beautiful. The sounds of the river am so relaxing. The house was absolutely spotless and had nice separation of spaces upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of room. This property is really close to town but also situated so you don't hear any neighbors or road noise at all. It was a perfect getaway for our family.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful mountain house! The views were spectacular! We saw elk bathing in the river, an otter, deer—all from our deck. And the stars at night were amazing. We even saw the International Space Station! We enjoyed cooking on the grill. Everything we needed was there. We were just a short drive to the entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park (make sure you get a Timed Entry pass to avoid being turned away before 2:00 pm). At the suggestion of the owners, we ate dinner at the Rock Inn. It was delicious. I can’t say enough about this beautiful home—and the amazing views. THIS is the place to stay!

I have stayed here before and it was just as clean now as it was back then. One of the cleanest places I've ever rented. Perfect location to RMNP and 1 minute back into Estes Park downtown area. The river runs right behind it and it's not uncommon to see Elk or Mule deer grazing. Will definitely be back! Hard to beat this rental for sure!

Estes Park is our family's favorite Rocky Mountain destination. This house is by far, the best lodging for our family of seven. Jane, her husband, and the owner Sue were very responsive to our unexpected call regarding furniture. We all appreciated the prompt and courteous response. I'm sure we will be coming back. BTW - great coffee is a short walk away at Coffee on the Rocks!

A lovely property in a cozy location. Loved the windows/view from the great room. Owner's rep (Sue) was fantastic...great communication and accommodation.

Sue was wonderful to work with from the beginning. She offered several suggestions to make the most of our time in Estes Park. Since our stay was over the Thanksgiving holiday, she suggested several alternatives for grocery shopping to avoid large crowds and limited inventory. The house was top notch and the views were beautiful! I especially appreciated the downstairs game table and the privacy the lower level provided.
The neighbors were very friendly. This particular house has a view of the Continental Divide. Perfect location!

Excellent winter wonderland stay. The kids loved sledding and I enjoyed our Hikes around bear lake and Sprague lake. The home is well kept and in a beautiful location.

Spent a week at River Song. The house was just as pictured. Well stocked kitchen, nice layout, plenty of room for 3 couples, and we loved sitting on the deck overlooking the river in the morning with coffee. Even had elk hanging out which was exciting to watch. Close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park which made for a great week. Sue reached out when we arrived to make sure we were settled in and they left a nice list of recommendations of restaurants which was a big help. Would totally spend another week at River Song.

I've been visiting Estes Park for many years and have stayed at various locations. This home was by far, the best location and the best home I've stayed in.
Location: home is located very close to downtown. You could walk it, but we tended to drive. It's only a few miles from RMNP. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood and is directly on a beautiful part of the river.
Home: the home is just beautiful--it's decorated tastefully and seems like a newer home. When you walk in, immediately ahead of you is a full unobstructed view of the river. The main floor is the living area including gas fireplace, dining area with beautiful views of the river, large kitchen that opens up to living area--great for gathering around the extended bar counter, bathroom and master bedroom/bath. The master bathroom was huge and upgraded and had a walk-in closet--very roomy. Large stand-up shower, great water pressure. For multiple guests, downstairs are 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and another large sitting area/game room. The home is also situation on the river such that it feels very private and quiet--we never saw any other neighbors or anyone else along the river.
The house was extremely clean (I'm picky about this and it exceeded my expectations). There was so much space and it felt very comfortable. You can tell the owners really love the home and take care of it.
Communication: the host communicated very well--answered any questions promptly and was very friendly. Instructions were clear and they shared recommendations on restaurants, shopping, etc. WIFI worked very well and the TVs are smart TVs so you can watch movies or whatever apps you have, i.e., Netflix, etc.
We had such a wonderful time at this home and plan to book it again whenever we're in Estes!

We loved staying at this property. The location was perfect and the house worked out great both for us, our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed fishing in the river, watching the elk munching on the shrubbery, and being so close to RMNP, and Estes Park. It was a fantastic vacation place.

The house is just as described, very clean and well equipped. My family and I got the relaxation we were looking for. The river flowing through the back yard is so peaceful and tranquil. Watching the elk from the patio was wonderful. Sue did a great job communicating and offered us great advice.
