Great location, only a short walk to the town centre.
Having to park away from the property.

Great house. Very clean. Nice decor. Very close to town centre. Plenty of cheap parking within 5 minutes walk.
No complaints.

Location is excellent, very short walk into town. House is cosy and well appointed with everything you might need during your stay. All 3 bedrooms are a decent size and the sunroom is a nice space to enjoy a cuppa.
Our stay was largely positive and very reasonably priced, however but the owner may wish to consider replacing all of the mattresses on the beds as they don’t make for a particularly comfortable nights sleep (we switched rooms halfway through our stay, but they were as bad as each other).
Other minor criticisms;
- weak shower pressure
- street parking is for permit holders only (not provided with the stay). We used the JustPark app at the owners suggestion and booked a private carpark close by at additional cost.

This was a home from home, clean and had every thing we needed, also the owners left wine, chocs milk, thank you.The reason i booked this home so close to train station and stratford centre
Im disabled and could not walk to and from arden car park so may still get a very high parking fine.the only other moans is like many others think there sould be sliding doors on toilets.we did not sleep very well as very loud banging started at 2am till 5am on 2 nights, not sure what it was but was not good

The pictures of the property really don't do it justice. beautifully furnished with everything you could want in a holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. A wonderfully generous welcome pack was provided, wine chocolates, biscuits, milk and also tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Quiet area, withinwalking distance of the town. I can highly recommend this property.
All good.

The whole lovely feel of the house and garden. So beautifully clean and bright. The beds were so comfortable and the linen and towels were fabulous quality. The large kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We particularly loved the sun room and spent most of our time in there, overlooking the gorgeous garden.
I would have preferred darker curtains or ones with blackout lining in the middle bedroom. But that’s really a personal preference, not a criticism.
An extra parking permit would have been nice as the property sleeps 6.

Location was as described. Very welcoming comfy house. Everything we needed was in the property. Host left a lovely welcome note with wine, biscuits and chocolate. Highly recommend this property.
Nothing, if I was really picky it could do with a better spatula in the kitchen. (told you it was really picky!)

Lovely comfortable spacious property (except bathrooms), good facilities and excellent location close to town. House was clean and really good value for money Would definitely stay again.
Upstair and downstairs toilet "bathroomss" were both very small and hard to get into and close door..

location was brilliant. it was clean and spacious for our group of 5. it was on a quiet road.
it was very dated and could do with a spruce up. there were 2 loos, one separate from the bathroom which was good but neither of them had a sink to wash your hands so you ended up doing this in either the kitchen sink or the bathroom.

The house is warm, welcoming and exceptionally well provided with kitchen and tableware. It is a 5 minute walk to the main shopping streets and historic features but set in a peaceful location.
Not so much a ‘didn’t like’, more a tiny suggestion. aAs we were there for a week it would have been lovely to have hand towels alongside the lovely quality bath towels.

House was beautiful - very large rooms, well equipped with everything we could possibly need and more! Stephen and Jean had left us a lovely welcome card and gifts. Everything was even better than it looked when we booked it. The Christmas decorations (including a real tree!) were a real bonus to get us in the Christmas mood!
There is nothing that we did not like and no way that the property could be improved. We loved our stay and hope to return.

The property itself was lovely. Great location. Lovely lounge. Nice to have a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival.
A few maintenance issues on the walls, where gaps/holes have been filled but not sanded and painted. A few exposed raw plugs here and there. The toilets are in cupboards with no hand basin, which is a real shame, but more to do with the limits of the building. The place could do with a general updating.

Location was excellent, the bedrooms were large and plenty of space. Plenty of parking space. Walked mostly every where most of the days.
Another small tv in the back of the house, so then the family has a choice of what to watch. e.g. i like 24/7 news ( but do you go on holiday to watch tv?).

We found the property very welcoming and comfortable and the location was perfect. Every care had been taken by the owners and Agent to make sure we had everything we needed and had a happy stay.

Location was excellent - easy walk into town and yet still very quiet.
Plenty of comfortable space on the ground floor and lovely garden.
Generous welcome back and lovely "hello card" when we arrived
The two toilets are TINY and do not include hand washing facilities. Some in our party found it very difficult to manoeuvre inside them - which seems a small thing and won't be an issue for everyone but it is worth knowing in advance. We also had a issue using the shower which was fine for most of us, but the depth of the bath did mean some found it tricky to use.

Location excellent - easy short walk to the middle of town.

An excellent central base from which to explore Stratford-Upon-Avon.
5-10min walk to all major attractions.
Located in a quiet one way street off the main road.
Lovely period features and old fashioned decor in place which we loved.
The heating system/hot water tank was a bit noisy
8.8 / 10.0
We liked the location, facilities and the fish in the pond. The house was warm and welcoming and the beds were comfortable and the linen was clean.
We were unable to find the instruction manuals for the appliances. The draws in the front bedroom were dusty and made my clothes dirty and we had to wash the washing powder and fabric softener tray before using the washing machine.
