The property was immaculate. The host met us for check in, showed us around and answered questions. The location is awesome. You can walk to State St., stores, restaurants, grocery store, etc. But if you want to venture out, the rental comes with a parking space (indoors and gated) - huge bonus. Convenient to everything the Santa Barbara area has to offer. The host (Mimi) was responsive and easy to deal with. Dog friendly, and Mimi even dropped off dog toys. Washer and dryer on the property (no charge). We will be returning to this property as soon as we can. Thanks Mimi!

Good location, nice neighbors. Construction ongoing next door. If you want a peaceful relaxing vacation, this is not the place. Inquire about the construction, as it is not disclosed in the listing.

Cottage was cute. Older, but had nice amenities and some updates. Was nice to sit on front porch and watch the people go by. Great great location. Could walk to everything! MeMe was very accommodating and helpful. Easy breezy check in and out.

My family and I loved our stay in this cozy bungalow. Mimi was an amazing host! She greeted us on check-in (with a toy for a dog as well). When there was a minor problem, she arrived within 10 minutes to fix it. She also sent me a few messages letting me know about special events that were going on that weekend.
The location can't be beat! We didn't need to move our car all weekend, and we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.
The only down side was the bar across the street created a little bit of noise at closing time, but not every night of our visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mimi's downtown Santa Barbara home. She welcomed us in-person when we arrived in town, and provided wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The home was comfortable and uniquely decorated, and our two dogs loved the outdoor areas. Mimi even gave us dog toys and towels to ensure they enjoyed their time in SB, too. The location is perfect, with walking access to everything the town has to offer. We will definitely be back!

Oh my goodness this place was ADORABLE. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. GREAT location. Super cute decor. Comfortable and cheerful. Mimi was a wonderful hostess and even got a dog toy for my dog which was so thoughtful! It is now his favorite toy. I highly recommend this place.
