Our Sea Winds condo is 2 Bedroom, 2 full private Bathrooms, located on the 10th floor, with beautiful unobstructed 180Ā° Beachfront Ocean Views! More than 140 positive 5-Star reviews from happy vacationers!
LOCATION: It's a short walk to the gulf coast water, at the south end of Marco Island. Itās only 1/2 a mile to the very popular Marco Walk Plaza, providing restaurants, shops & a movie theater! And, it's 1 mile (14 buildings) from the JW Marriott, as well.
In November 2023, we completed another upgrade, to the Master Bathroom, which now provides double vanity sinks and even more extra storage for your personal items. Our two condos are the only ones in the building providing this added value. We also upgraded to a brand new comfortable King sized bed at the same time too.
- THE LIVING ROOM provides a Giant 55" flat screen Smart TV securely hung on the wall, and able to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., when you sign into your personal account(s). We chose shutters on the sliding glass living room doors, for a warm & cozy feel. The couch converts into a Queen sleeper bed.
-KITCHEN: Our condo has full sized stainless steel stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator & dishwasher. A fully stocked kitchen includes: 2023 new pots & pans, a Keurig 575 Coffee Maker, a Black & Decker 12-Cup Coffee Maker, a Blender, a Toaster, a Knife Block and an Electric Griddle. You'll also find kitchen soaps, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels, to get you started.
- THE MASTER BEDROOM has a very comfortable new KING bed with an on-suite private bathroom, offering double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A Large 50" Flat screen Smart TV securely hung on the wall, for you to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc., when you sign into your personal account(s). A blue tooth speaker, clock & device charging stations are provided as well. Extra linens, an iron and a full sized ironing board.
- THE GUEST BEDROOM: Provides two comfortable twin beds, shutters on the window, a ācustom" built closet and a private full bathroom with an āoversizedā walk-in tiled shower. This bedroom also has a 32" Flat screen Smart TV securely hung on the wall and able to stream, when you sign into your personal account(s). A blue tooth speaker, clock & device charging station are provided.
- BATHROOMS: each have towels, a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works hand soaps and a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your favorite toiletries and sunscreen. šāļø
- LAUNDRY ROOM: We have a full sized Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Complimentary laundry detergent & dryer sheets. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it. We do our very best though.

We visited Marco Islandās museum and played Monopoly and Parchis. Still, we enjoyed the view and walks on the beach under the rain.

Cozy unit. Just a few things to fix. The dryer exhaust duct is loose and need to be repair. The air conditioner filter was so dirty (most of the dirt was lint from the dryer) that I have to buy an installed a new one. The AC filter, because the way the dryer works, need to be replaced at least once a month

Oh my goodness! What a gorgeous place to see the sun rise in the morning, soak up its rays all day, then watch it set in the evening! This condo is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and very comfortable! The owners have provided just about everything you could possibly need while away from home!! We spent a lot of time on the very spacious balcony and enjoyed every minute! Seawinds is conveniently located; close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The owners are very accommodating and thoughtful. Their check-in instructions were very clear and we really appreciated the list of recommended restaurants they provided. If available, we see another stay in this lovely condo in our future!

We had a wonderful time at this condo on the 10th floor over spring break. The location is fantastic and the view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sunset. The condo is beautifully updated and the owners have stocked it generously. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella in the storage closet for beach time. We look forward to staying here again. The owners take a lot of pride in creating a wonderful place for their guests to stay. We HIGHLY recommend this condo!

What an awesome place directly on the beach! The sunsets were incredible on the beach and perhaps even better from the balcony of condo! The condo was exceptionally clean and fully functional. Everything is updated and the oversized showers were great! Mike and Tracy were very responsive with any and all of our inquiries. The best part about our stay is the location on the beach. It is right on the beach and you and always hear the waves lapping on the shore. Weāve been to the Bahamas and Seven Mile beach in the Caymen Islands and this beach is as good if not better. The condo unit was clean and very nicely appointed and upgraded with ample amenities. It was perfect for our stay. If you like oysters the Oyster Society restaurant, 1/2 a mile from the condo, had fresh oysters from the east and west coast. Mike and Tracy were great to deal with and responded right away when I had questions. Marco Island has a lot to offer visitors. Your going to love this place.

We actually stayed on the 7th floor, listing 727593ha. This unit is beautiful and comfortable for 4 adults. The unit is very well appointed. We cook a lot when staying in a condo. The condo is very well appointed for doing this. There are plenty of towels and beach towels. There were numerous beach chairs and umbrellas. All of which were not the cheap stuff. All were Tommy Bahama in very good condition. This was a great surprise as other places we have stayed had cheap and broken beach equipment. Mike and Tracy are great hosts. They are very responsive to any inquiry. It was never more than 10 minutes after the inquiry was sent when they responded.

Our family had the BEST time. This place is entirely taken care of and super clean. We could live here!The balcony has a view of the beach horizon, you can watch the sunset from the condo. The condo had endless necessities. The pool is clean, there is beach access. Tracy & Michael provide pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had. This was our first time using VRBO, we are so glad we stumbled across Tracy & Michaelās place and gave it a shot! This was also our first time in Marco Island. Personally, we recommend renting a car because we donāt know what we wouldāve done if we didnātā Although if you like walking around, youāll be perfectly fine, everything is MAX 10mins from the condo. Tracy & Michael also provided us with a million recommendations. We recommend the Treasure Seekers Shell Tour, we did the 2 hour sunset + shelling one on our last night, we had the best experience. Weāre going to remember this trip forever, and we cannot wait to stay here again.

The apartment is stocked with anything we needed for the beach: chairs, umbrella, games, floaties, coolers and on and on. This is one of the most well-cared-for condos we have stayed in! The owners were readily accessible and accommodating for anything if needed. The modern coastal decor is made the best use of space so all your needs are covered! The ocean waves lull you to sleep and the views of the wide, sugar sand beach are breathtaking, whether at the water's edge or from your balcony. The local recommended restaurants offered a wide selection of amazing food, all within about 5 to ten minutes from the condo. A tranquil tropical getaway! Would highly recommend a stay here!!

My wife and I visited Marco with our 18 year old son. The condo was fantastic. Super clean, well decorated with an amazing view. The deck was really spacious and could accommodate all of us. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom so the place is really comfortable and surprising roomy for the three of us, we could have easily accommodated a 4th.
The adjacent building has a great restaurant and bar on the beach. So, this place is as good or better than staying at a hotel. You have the benefit of a condo, kitchen, deck, space and ability to walk right over to the restaurant from the beach and get whatever you want to eat and drink.

Our family just returned from a week on Marco Island. From the day we booked unit 1002, Tracy provided everything we needed for a restful and relaxing vacation.
The unit itself is very nicely updated and beachy with amazing views of the ocean from a very large patio.
Finally, the unit had a ton of towels, comfortable beach chairs, multiple umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon, all conveniently located in a storage locker across from the elevators. The beach in front of the unit is spacious and we had fun meeting owners and other renters each day!

While it was the coldest Christmas in 30 years our stay was warm and wonderful. The condo presents even better than the pictures (which are great) and was well stocked with every little thing a family could need. We overpacked! The view was spectacular and we loved the private entrance to the beach and all the beach chairs, umbrellas etc provided at the condo. We rent a lot from VRBO and the property management team was the best we have ever worked with, they even had a wonderful gift basket delivered. There is a reason this place only has 5 star reviews!

We have stayed in numerous condos on Marco Island and Sea Winds is our favorite. This unit is by far one of THE BEST condos weāve stayed at - extremely clean, very well appointed and very responsive hosts.
The beach closet is full of chairs and umbrellas; the furniture is comfortable; there is an in-unit washer and dryer and it is stocked with good soaps and all the basics for cleaning supplies.
Sea Winds has a great pool; is close to the water and very near South Marco public access. Overall, one of our favorite rentals.
