Communication with Holly was seamless! She was attentive and answered all our questions. Sunsets from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. Holly provided everything we needed for a day on the beach! We enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the SeaWinds. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. We loved that she had everything from hand soap, laundry soap and coffee filters available. The beach towels were really only a bath towel size but we made due. Everything was very clean. The view was great. The location was great. Will definitely want to stay here again

This condo unit is just as described and has been recently updated. Great Gulf and beach views from the balcony; beach chairs and umbrellas provided and in good condition. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns (typically replies in minutes). I would recommend this rental.

My family and I loved staying here. The beach was clean, ocean was calm, and their home is wonderfully situated right on it all. I’m sure there is so much to do on Marco Island but it was tough for us to break away from the beach and pool- fun for the kiddos and relaxing for the grown ups. The condo has plenty of beach gear & toys but also all of the supplies inside you’d need which was a huge perk for us as our only prior Vrbo didn’t do that. This one is a gem!!!

The interior of this condo was extremely clean and spacious for the two of us. The 7 night stay was very enjoyable for my wife and myself. The owner Holly was a delight to talk with and take care of business. Great Location, great weather, nice appointed unit, only down side was the second elevator was not working all week and the unit is on the 14th floor. Talk about inconvenient and annoying ;(. And you had to obtain a $50.00 parking pass.

Sea Winds is located on a spectacular beach away from the more congested areas of the island but closest to the best restaurants. Holly and Al were gracious hosts and very easy to work with. Sunrises and sunsets on the lanai were AMAZING! We wish we’d never left!

This property was beautiful, right on the beach with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture , a well equipped kitchen (even an air fryer) and a large lanai with gorgeous sunset views. We had a wonderful time!

This was our second time at this unit. The owners have done a good job maintaining the property and have kept the condo well stocked with the items needed to enjoy your stay. In my opinion this condo is in a great location on the island as this area has much less traffic than other parts of the island. Also there are several restaurants and shops a short walk from the condo.

This was our first time to Marco and first time on the West Coast. We absolutely fell in love with the area. We will definitely be back. Al and Holly was so incredible. Their place is beautiful and they are very lucky. Waking up to the ocean every morning and having our breakfast was so soothing. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beach was clean and pool and hot tub as well. We were disappointed that we didn’t get to go in the ocean because of the bacteria from the storm. Also the fences were not fixed by the tennis courts so we couldn’t use those either. Check in was super easy and convenient. Holly and I communicated all week and she was super helpful. Thank you to both of them for a great trip!!

Holly and Al take care of everything for you and include everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. The check-in process and communication was perfect. If we had any questions during the week, they responded to texts very fast. The condo was perfect for 4 people and very clean. It’s in a great location on South Beach. There’s Sunset Grill next door and plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

The apartment was perfect! It’s location - right on the beach - in paradise - was perfect! You can sit on the balcony watching the dolphins and the beautiful sunsets! It was very nicely decorated! Every amenity was thought of! Holly and Al were very friendly and welcoming! They dealt with any problems immediately! We had a wonderful time! We would love to go back very soon!

The location is amazing. Everything was perfect. Small thing like a beach cart would have been extremely helpful. My husband has a bum leg which left me making several trips to lug our stuff. Which can be alot if u have kids. Wasn't crowded, the water was clear, calm and warm everyday. Tons of shells. On our last day we saw a Dolphfin, which bascally hung out inches from the shore for about 30 min. We also saw Dolphfins and Manatees on a jetski tour. Our hosts were very friendly and attentive. Which showed up at 10am on the dot for a check out inspection. The unit does have everything you need. Everytime I thought I needed a utensel or container, checked cabinets and there it was. You may want to arrive with a sm bag of ice to get you started, this unit doesnt have a icemaker, but does have trays with a bin. Its a perfect space for 4 ppl I would say. Overall, excellent. We would use this unit and location again! Highly recommend! Thank you Holly & Al! :) Ps: Beleive it or not, although cracked, my phone still works! (I accently dropped it off the balcony, 14 floors, as loading lugguge to leave)

o island is a beautiful beach. Restaurants are very good. The ocean front view was amazing. The building itself is dated. The refrigerator was not working properly. The owners offered us daily ice trips that we declined. Overall, the accomodations were good. The master bathroom was small. We spent most of our time on the beach and not in the room.

This is our second year in Marco Island, and second year staying at Sea Winds. Holly's condo was wonderful! It was by far the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental, and the views of the ocean were amazing to wake up to everyday. We had more than enough towels, and comfy beach chairs to lounge on through the day. Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect location on Marco Island! Overlooking the beautiful beach with walks on the beach and incredible sunset views every night. These property managers have thought of everything you need! We could pack light because it's all in the unit - from the beach chairs, kids toys, umbrellas, and coolers - we could just hit the beach. In the unit, they have thoughtfully left clear instructions for wifi, cable tv, provided charging stations, and even labeled light switches to eliminate any little stressors to make sure you can just kick back on the lanai just watch the dolphins playing right in front of the unit! I was told it is one of only 3 buildings on Marco Beach that rent by the week. We will be back- next time for two weeks!
