About this apartment rental

The Somerset building is a luxury gated community and perfect for a beach vacation for families and couples. The property has 2 tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools, grilling areas and direct private beach access. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Located at the south end of Crescent beach. this direct beachfront unit 607 with over 1800 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space has been completely remodeled in 2015. This is the largest two bedroom model in the building. New hurricane proof windows and doors installed in October 2017.

This unit (which sleeps a maximum of five people) features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a den. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all new custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. The dining area and living room face the large gulf-front lanai, which is also accessible from the master bedroom. The entire unit features new wood-look tile flooring.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite master bath has been completely redone with new tiling, large walk-in glass shower, double vanity and granite counter tops. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds. The second bath has also been completely redone. Both bedrooms, the living area and den area are equipped with flat-screen TVs with HD cable. The den has a very comfortable queen pull out American Leather Sleeper Sofa and pocket doors which can be closed off for privacy/additional sleeping area, There is also an additional lanai off the second bedroom.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit, free High Speed WiFi and a telephone. A storage unit near the pool area with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart and beach toys is also accessible.

Naples is just a 30-minute drive away with world class shopping and restaurants.

This was our second stay at this great property and we have now booked a third stay for next spring. It is just a great place! It is very clean and very comfortable. We really enjoy having the ocean only steps away. Panoramic views from the ocean front balcony are awesome. This unit also has a second balcony overlooking the island which is also really nice to have. The building is extremely well maintained and the landscape is beautiful. We love staying here!

A beautiful, very spacious condo, with everything you need to make your stay in Marco Island perfect! From the well-supplied kitchen to the super-comfy bed, everything was just right for my week-long stay. Very clean and comfortable. My only comment would be to add a paragraph to the arrival instructions about the availability of carts on the lower level to help schlep your luggage and groceries, etc. from the car.

The property was exactly as described. Beautiful ocean front location, well-decorated and well-appointed condo, very spacious inside for our family of five (including three older teens). Loved the fully stocked kitchen and the full-size washer and dryer inside the unit. Access to the beach chairs and toys was an added bonus to enjoy the beautiful beach right out front. We loved walking to nearby restaurants and shops on the island. A beautiful home the owner's graciously share, with an easy check-in and check-out process, and great communication throughout the entire process. Loved it and would highly recommend.

Somerset is one of the best places to stay on Marco Island. Direct water views offer amazing sights & sunsets. Located within walking distance to shops & restaurants & water sports. Condo was perfect; loved the extra sleeping space of the den. Clean, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach chairs … just bring your sunblock.

Wonderful week stay, The location is GREAT, with views of the beach along with the beautiful sunsets. Communication with Owner was outstanding, Everything I can think we needed was there,and then some, In and outside the Condo, which included Beach chairs, beach wagon, many beach toys if you have children, Just Wonderful! My wife and I really enjoyed our week at this beautiful beach front condo. The condo was nicely updated, very clean and comfortable, and perfectly located. We enjoyed being on the beach in only two minutes for our morning and evening walks.. The sunsets from the balcony adjoining the living room and master bedroom were beautiful. We also enjoyed the sunrises each morning from a second balcony facing east, which adjoined the second bedroom and den/ third sleeping area. This was one of those properties that we really hated to leave. But, we have already reserved this unit for a week next spring and are really looking forward to it!

Perfect place for relaxing vacation! Super clean! Stunning views from balcony! Appreciated quiet beach. 3 of us so we each had our own private space; I slept in den on sleeper couch which are notoriously uncomfortable but this one is comfortable; most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. We had a great stay at this property. Have stayed at Somerset many times and this was the first time in an interior unit. We were surprised at how large it was. Michelle (owner) was very responsive to any of our requests. We arrived about two weeks after the hurricane and most of the beach furniture in the storage cage was rusted and smelly. Michelle sent new chairs and an umbrella immediately. The condo has a wonderful view and is a great location.

We had the most amazing vacation and stay at this condo. It felt like a home away from home and then some! The condo was extremely clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. Easy to follow instructions upon arrival. The property is meticulously taken care of and it’s quiet and safe. The views and the beach are fabulous. Beds were extremely comfortable and the open floor plan made the condo feel so spacious. Our teen really appreciated having the pull out couch in the den (which was extremely comfortable as well) for his own space. Michelle is really easy to communicate with and responds almost immediately. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
