The room was good, the location was perfect for me to visit the Hospital just down the road.

The breakfast was quite honestly one of the best if not THE best Pub breakfasts that money can buy.

Couldn't use the EV Charger as someone was parked in front of it all night, without using it!

It was really disappointing

Nothing to be liked

Double bed was so small even With one croak you're about to fall out of bed, there were no much facilities usually hotels keeping in the rooms

Very happy with it's location and the friendliness of the staff was outstanding

Excellent but a little too big for us

Doors banging into the rooms was a little annoying but once everyone settled down it was good. Door locks need attention as they are about to fall apart

Disappointing stay although the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was fine, waitress was extremely friendly and efficient. Food was good and plentiful.

The large double beds in a small room made it difficult to move about and made the room seem claustrophobic. The room was positioned next to the large kitchen roof fans which made it noisy till they went off at 9.45pm. Access to the room was by the kitchen with food debris on the walkway to the room. Also the room was noisy from pub room below us. The pub could definitely do with a spruce up.

Lovely pub with a great value room.

Great location for travelling around Cornwall. The double room had ample wardrobe space and a very clean bathroom(only had a shower). The staff were extremely helpful and amazing customer service.

The room could’ve done with a small fridge.

The food the location as we went for the James Bond driving experience at Perranporth and the Fisherman's friends the musical in Truro the carvery was excellent they put that on every night it was busy every night popular with the locals the beer garden was pleasant to sit in as well

Easy to find. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Accommodation clean and modern

For the money this is good value. Some people may not like the location just off a main road but for my visit it was ideal and the position of ther accommodation meant there was no road noise

Great place

It was great having the pub beside us. The staff that received us was fabulous.

I tried to order something to eat on the day we arrived but the kitchen closes at 9 pm and no one told us. In the next day I ordered a breaded Camambert on their website and after paying it they called me to say it wasn't available.

Room 1, end of bed near the toilet, wood sticks out a bit and caught my leg twice and bruised it as not much room.

Good location, comfortable beds.

Good location, plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Could do with a spruce and a little more thorough clean, but we did enjoy our stay.

Excellent .... I'll be back!

The breakfast and breakfast service is tremendous, very tasty and served lovely and hot. The rooms are not quite 'modern' but they are spotlessly clean and tidy. A bonus to staying here is the EV charger for my electric car, and supplied at very reasonable rates too!

As mentioned above, the rooms could be updated maybe, but this is a very minor gripe, everything else is perfect!

There was an odour of drains in the en-suite shower-room. The room was a little small.

The food was great, and there was a good selection on the menu. The carvery was very great. The room was comfortable.

The bath towels were on the small side.

Bloody marvellous

Staff very helpful and food at carvery out of this world. As we ate a big carvery roast couldn't eat cooked breakfast so had cereal instead shame as it smelt fantastic

Nothing wished stayed longer but only stayed the night as had a funeral to go to following day
