Conveniently located great value option for family comfort and self sufficiency.

Spacious, comfortable and clean one bedroom suite with functional kitchenette within easy walking distance of Picadilly main and transport links around the city. Reception friendly and helpful with tips for getting around the city. Plentiful breakfast.

Gritty walk from Picadilly station with construction, though that will improve as construction progresses. Suite was part of what seemed to be an annexed small building incorporated at the back of the hotel which backs directly onto the car-park - if a late riser, you may wake to the sounds of delivery or similar trucks reversing.

All staff was friendly and approachable especially Sani. ❤️

The mattress was super comfy, the kitchen was great and the room itself was good. We had a good view and the tv was huge!! In conclusion, we loved our room and would like to mention Sani (receptionist) for helping us find the perfect room and he is very kind and caring, we very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again soon in the same room.

Good location and good price!

Because we are catching the train next day, this hotel has a really good location which is near Manchester Piccadilly Station, and the price is quite acceptable. Meanwhile, the room is really comfortable.

You have to pay extra for early check in even the room is already ready for you.

Brilliant for a much needed break!

The room was very well decorated and the service was excellent!

The hotel was further from the main centre than expected but it was only a short uber ride away if you didn't want to walk it.

Amazing place if you are working remotely

Big studio, huge bed. Two tv screens made it very convenient. The lobby is amazing if you are working remotely, very calm and you can also have some privacy. Good breakfast.

Brilliant accomodation, particularly for an extended work stay. Wifi could be better.

I wasn't expecting the apartment type of accomodation, but was pleasantly surprised. It felt private, spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The in room facilities of a mini kitchen was amazing and enabled me to eat more normally while away with work. The room (apartment) was cleaned and tidied every day and there was a shared laundry I could use too! If I was working from Manchester every week - I would book here every time! Doesn't make a huge deal of sense for just a one night stay - but for the 3 night stay I did, it was perfect!

Wifi was not good - made making calls from the lounge in my suite difficult, despite trying to troubleshoot with their Indian help desk on the phone. I'd have used my mobile data, but the signal was also bad in the room. If the WiFi was improved, this would be a home / home office away from home. Location also felt a bit of a trek on foot to get to, with only expensive parking options nearby. But definitely doable and probably worth the walk.

I liked the room because they had a balcony and a huge space to move around and have a beautiful time with your family/friends

Nice, but could be better

Room was lovely, kitchenette area in the room a nice bonus.

Breakfast buffet area is very small for the amount of guests. Too long of a queue for 1 or 2 items of food, which kept running out very quickly. Not much variety of breakfast food either.

A lovely break

Loved the room, fantastic amount if space and the bed was extremely comfortable. The facilities available in the room were excellent. The bathroom was lovely and shower had great water pressure. The room was clean and Hairdryer had more than one setting. The courtyard was nice and spacious.

The breakfast experience was very chaotic, very little room to move and getting around other guests was claustrophobic. The building work next door was very loud in the morning but this isn't the fault of the hotel just something to be aware of. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Very good.

The staff, in particular Mr Mohamed and the early morning staff were excellent. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Also the breakfast is superb. The rooms are lovely and clean. It’s centrally located.

A window had been left open. I woke at 0230 with this banging sound. It was difficult to find the cause. Hence I slept very badly. It was no one’s fault though.

Comfortable, very clean, and applied a room upgrade for me. Reception staff were very helpful.

The TV was broken (no signal) and wifi signal on 4th floor rather weak and slow. The password provided didn't work.

A very Good and pleasant stay

Room Very Good, Breakfast Very Good. Reception Staff excellent, Worked hard to give the best service they could. Location very convenient for train station, Piccadilly gardens and other transport moods.

Received a warm welcome from Aman, a courteous gentleman.

I like the customer service

The television experienced persistent issues, persisting even after relocation to an alternate room. The lifts and hallways emitted a pronounced odor of paint and conveyed a sense of dustiness. Additionally, the initial room encountered heating deficiencies. The prevalence of ongoing construction surrounding the premises contributed to undesirable noise levels and compromised morning views. The Wi-Fi posed challenges with connectivity, frequently disconnecting. In addition, the breakfast service, while satisfactory, was compromised by a suboptimal temperature, contributing to a less-than-ideal dining experience. Considering the recurrent issues with the television, ambient odors, heating deficiencies, disruptive construction noise, and problematic Wi-Fi connectivity, coupled with the less-than-optimal breakfast experience, I would refrain from choosing to stay again if presented with an alternative option.

The best value and more hotel in Manchester

Got a upgrade on arrival. Staff were excellent. The room was exceptional. Breakfast was the best . I will definitely stay again every time I am in Manchester. The only drawback was the location a few dark streets to walk at night so maybe take a cab.

Good but could be better

Staff members were really welcoming 😊 You can take breakfast on tray to your room which is great as dining area is quite small. Bed was really comfortable.

Our room was on the 8th floor. I’m not sure if that’s how it was meant to be but if you’re there in colder times to get from lift to your room better do not take off your jackets etc and hold on to something as there are gaps in walls and the wind was terrible. You should feel inside warm and cosy and that’s far away from it

An absolute bargain city centre stay.

Staff welcome and helpfulness. Free to use coffee machine. Clean, spacious and modern suite. Was warm and the bed/pillows just perfect. Lovely bathroom and nice products to use. Location was great. Absolute mid week bargain in centre of Manchester. Complimentary breakfast. Pastries were fresh and good options available.

Nescafé sachets in room. Think suites (at the very least) could come with coffee machines. The cooked breakfast items didn’t taste great.

We liked friendly, helpful and welcoming staff (receptionists – especially Wayne, cleaners and breakfast staff) and unlimited hot chocolate and coffee.

Accessing the breakfast bar is a bit of a squeeze. If I had to change on thing, it would be to have a bit more space between the island and the rest of the self-service area. I didn't manage to get Netflix to work, although it appeared as a channel on the TV.

The property was really clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly and really helpful. We opted for a studio and upon arrival we were upgraded to a King Size for free. The room had all the amenities needed.

Breakfast was a good choice, however it was busy and a bit of a tight squeeze like too many table close together and the juice was watered down.

Really comfortable room, clean and spacious.

Breakfast is really poor quality, and basic selection/quality of tea/coffee in room. External access to all bedrooms so you have to wrap up warm to get from your room to breakfast (but the breakfast isn't really worth getting out of bed for).

Perfekt für Kurzaufenthalt, nettes Personal und tolle Betten

Im grossen und ganzen war alles gut. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum, aber in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man eigentlich alles. Die Betten sind Weltklasse, absolut Bequem. Das Frühstück ist auch gut und hätte eigentlich alles...aber ( bitte bei nicht gefallen weiterlesen)

Wir hatten zwei TV`s, über 100 Sender aber kein einziger Deutscher Sender den man schauen konnte. Ist etwas schade da doch auch Zeit im Zimmer verbracht wird. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Es wird auch nicht sehr effizient nach gefüllt was doch eher mühsam ist. Das Personal sieht die wichtigen Sachen nicht. Also wichtig: nicht zu spät beim Morgenessen erscheinen...

Comfy bed, big spacious room with a balcony (but without seating?) The hotel was very very well designed

Room smelt of cooked food (like hospiral food and clothes started to smell of this) Kitchen sink was full of dirty water when we got there, lucky we didn't need to use it. Shower and water pressure was awful! Cannot describe how poor it was. Breakfast was mahem! A lot of choice however the kitchen space was so small thag everyone was bumping into eachothsr rushing around. The poor staff were having to top everything up whilst dodging people. Very poorly thought out.
