Nicely decorated rooms, felt plush, bar looks nice too and good breakfast.

Big room and bed , nice view of the city. Nice bathroom. Didn’t need kitchen but handy if I wanted it.

There was only a small amount of toilet tissue, maybe there was more in the bathroom but I couldn’t find it. Not a biggie but worth a mench

Brilliant breakfast. Big room. Nice bathroom. Clean. New. Well connected via buses. Good services around it.

Location is not optimal, but there are bus stops within a 2-minute walk

Super Hotel in toller LAge.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer hatte eine super Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr abwechslungsreich und vielseitig.

Another great stay , thank you. Im sure we will be back.

All the staff Members were friendly and welcoming . Instantly put us at ease. The hotel is clean and modern and facilities are excellent.

We were late down to breakfast (around 9-9:40) and there were a few other parties arriving with us. The hot breakfast option was removed by 10am. My husband took a phonecall and when he returned he couldnt get a cooked breakfast. I appreciate the reasons but even if what was left could be left for the guests with no more being cooked he wouldve been able to get something . However the kitchen staff were very helpful thank you !

5* city stay

The rooms were spacious, comfy beds, staff couldn’t do enough for us! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough, we were really pleasantly surprised…everything was spotlessly clean & really enjoyed our stay we can’t wait to come back!

Can’t think of a bad thing to say about the place. Honestly we’ve stayed in some hotels and this was by far the best 😊

Overall still happy to stay at Hyatt House.

I like the room condition.

The free WiFi was unstable, can be slightly better. I had stayed there for more than 1 week and the breakfast was almost the same, can make some changes every day.

Brilliant stay

We were well received by the front office. Check in was quick and friendly. Our room was on the 17th floor with lovely city views. We had a gourmet dinner in their outstanding Laureate Restaurant..Our waitress was an exceptional waitress called Steph. She could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our late night meal. She even went out of her way to describe the different types of hummus we had with our food... I am a hotelier myself and would be proud to have staff half as pleasant as Steph. Unfortunately she finished her shift before we could tip and thank her for her outstanding service.. No disregard to the rest of staff that served us, they were all very pleasant . We will definitely be back whenever we have business in Manchester.

Perfect stay!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and the room gave us more than enough amenities. The breakfast that was included was an all you can eat and it was all delicious, there was so much to choose from and they catered for lots of different needs such as Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarians and vegans!

Cleanest hotel ever, friendly reception staff, fantastic breakfast, great location, amazing room spacious and with all the facilities needed, great views of the city. Our “go to” hotel.

Lovely breakfast, good location, a/c barely worked

Space was good, view was nice, breakfast was great. The location was perfect as we were attending our daughter's graduation at UoM. (We were not given the discount for this, though, as we reserved before it was offered through the school.) Facility was lovely and the room's kitchenette was convenient.

The air conditioning did not really work. I explicitly chose this hotel as it promised a/c, but the unit never brought the temp in the room down to the thermostat reading. The thermostat read 19 degrees C, which is 66 F, but it never got near that temp in our room. (Most likely 75F was the lowest, but after showers were taken, it was hotter.) Even had the staff come up to check, but it never improved and the hotel did not have space fans to loan for this. Even with the windows opened in the evening, it was hot and sometimes sweating. It was uncomfortable.

So much more than a hotel room

Everything you want in a hotel room but so much more. Hotel rooms can be a bit depressing but arriving back to this space was exceptional. The added bonus of being able to make a cup of coffee or heat a meal in a kitchen area is an absolute bonus if you're a solo traveller and don't really like sitting in a restaurant on your own. There was also the added benefit of being able to order off a room service menu too.
