great Japanese food, very relaxing onsen, pleasant and hard working staff, comfortable rooms - thank you. While a way from central Hakodate, in the onsen district, trams were on time and comfortable and the fellow passengers interesting and friendly
the air con wasa bit quirky but not a big deal

Excellent location--Just 3 mins walk from the tram station and the 足湯. The staff is helpful and kind, able to speak English. Truly great onsen facility--one at the ground floor the other at the top. The bath area is very clean and the onsen area, especially the outdoor one on the first floor, offers very refreshing experience of switching between hot (two truly hot onsen pool and one with mild, warm temperature) and cold (the outdoor air and the cold water pool). I ordered both the dinner and the breakfast, and both are excellent. The Japanese style room is also great, spacious and full of grass fragrances from tatami. The pillow is also filled with such stuffing with fragrance--and actually you can choose the stuffing the hardness of the pillow if you want to. Regret that I got lazy and didn't use this service. Would like to try next time if there's chances.

コストパフォーマンスが素晴らしかったです。従業員の方々も皆さん笑顔で素敵でした。
露天が囲われてしまっていて、空が見えなかったこと。山とかではないから難しいのかな。

The fact that it was the only tattoo friendly onsen made it an easy choice, very well connected with the tram network serving delectable meals which are beautifully presented. Special thanks to the ladies at the gift shop on the ground floor for being very helpful in arranging for the transfer of my luggage.
Nothing.

I like Miss Zhang from Taiwan. She was very friendly and was very efficient in solving problems when we sought help from her.

The dinner were surprisingly good, especially the 2nd night in a fine dining setting
The hotel lobby is a bit old and run down

Love the onsen. Hotel is next to the public foot bath as well. The ramen we had near the corner opposite our hotel was so good.

The hotel was walking distance from the tram station, and it was easy to find the location. The breakfast spread and dinner provided was just amazing. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The futons provided were comfortable, and I enjoyed the onsen bath so much. The staff who served us greeted us warmly and she explained everything to us in detail.

The public baths and onsen were clean and very relaxing. The japanese rooms were very clean and comfortable too. Nice amenities and nice location too.
Nothing in particular

Friendly staff, beautiful lobby.

Breakfast spread was really good although the buffet was more or less the same every day.
Perhaps it was a holiday but the breakfast room gets quite crowded and there are kids making loud noises. But its a family place so I cannot really complain about it.

Lovely outlook.
We stayed in a Japanese style room which was lovely. Japanese baths and dinner were very nice too
A little tricky to find but the light rail was the best option we found

Excellent onsen onsite (total 6 pools). The haf board dinner included is really a highlight event. My family really enjoyed it thoroughly. Furthermore the service is really warm and friendly from the heart
The air conditioning was too warm and had only 4 settings - off, low, med,hi such that we had to switch it off and open the windows slightly to have a cool room to rest
