Great little flat with its own outdoor space in a lovely area. perfect for the wedding we attended in Mildmay.

Its was clean and bright with very good facilties, and although we visited in winter and didn't use garden space it made the flat feel more spaceous and light.
Host was was lovey and responded quickly to any questions.
There are lots of cafes, restaurants and food shops in walking distance and easy transport by bus or train into central london.
We loved it and will book again.

Great accommodation with garden, only a few minutes walk from the station, good location. You can find all sorts of shops, restaurants and the market on the High Street. The accommodation was clean and tidy.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.Highly recommended.
4.3
layout and well equipped
nothing except perhaps windows locks should have keys? But minor.
4.3
Convienant location, easy access to the street.
No bin bags were provided and we were only given one roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay. Other amenities like coffee, milk and soap were not given.

As I was visiting a family nearby, I was very glad about the location in this part of the city, which has much less accomodation to offer than the more central parts. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen spacious, the bathroom modern and tidy, and in summer it is even possible to sit in a quiet, private outdoor space - all this at a reasonable price. There are also enough options for breakfast/lunch/dinner and shopping in the neighborhood.
Setting the bar quite high, one might mention one downside: the next overground/underground as well as bus stations are a couple of minutes walk away.

very good little apartamen , just right size for a single person. Everything clean.
wouldn't walk alone in the area in late afternoon and night. Some dodgy people around.
4.3
nice apartment, very good location - quick walk to different bus stations and metro station.
There was some dust under the desk - wasn’t vacuumed in some time. Otherwise quite alright.
4.3
Super easy check in process with great communication to the host. All facilities and amenities catered for with public transport nearby to central London.

great, quiet location. Nice, cozy apartment

relaxed and comfortable
would have liked comfortable armchairs but possibly no room

The location was great and the kitchen was ideal. The train station was nearby with a few local shops within 6/7 mins walk.
The hot water didn't always come in the bathroom even when the tap was running for a while. The towels looked really worn and could do with replacing. There was dust in some areas.

Very comfortable, clean and warm. great instructions and contact from the owner. Lovely quiet area with shops nearby.
nothing.

Location is superb and the design of the flat and look forward to using the garden next time.
Noise from Neighbour upstairs quite irritating was the only disappointment.

great location
great facilities
some areas were a little dirty

This is a comfortable, newly renovated hideaway. The bed is very comfortable; the skylight has a blind and the neighbors upstairs were as quiet as you could expect. We caught the Overground to Islington Tube and from there the whole of London is at your fingertips. Lots of interesting places to eat and drink locally too.
I'd recommend.
Only one soft chair. Would be great to have a small couch or second chair so we could both sit.

The owner gave us clear instruction and quick response. We felt safe though she was not present at the accommodation.
The room had a big kitchen and patio, clean bathroom.
The bed mattress was too soft and my mother did not find it very comfortable.
4.3
Clean and comfortable. Availability of parking helpful. Good to have an outdoor space. Acceptable range of kitchen equipment. Missing bin bags were supplied when we asked. Good location near to public transport and shops.
Extremely noisy neighbours. Woken twice at 2.30 am and 4.30 am on the first night by occupant of flat above clattering around and playing radio. Woken at 5am second night by same neighbour. Other occupants slammed doors after midnight. Unsafe shower due to water leaking from the box containing the electric heating element. My husband had an electric shock.
