Un hotel con mucho encanto

Las habitaciones pese a ser pequeñas estaban impolutas y eran cómodas. Cuentan con espejo y lavamanos. También hay una sala común con café y té gratis. El hotel se encuentra en buena zona, con paradas de metro a unos 10 minutos caminando. También está muy cerca del museo británico. Aunque el hotel no cuenta con cafetería propia, en las inmediaciones hay restaurantes y cafeterías.

La temperatura no se puede regular y pese a ser enero hacía un poco de calor en la habitación. No hay ascensor y las escaleras son muy empinadas.

また泊まりたい最高のホテル

立地がとても良かった、スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。拙い英語でも聞いてくれます。最低限の物は置いてあり、寝泊まりできればいい人向けです。バストイレも共有ですがとても綺麗でお湯もちゃんと出ます。あまり混んでたり、不自由するイメージことはなかったです。下の共有ルームには無料のコーヒーと紅茶があり、お湯もあります。(夜中には閉まって、ポットも回収されるので注意) 紙コップがあるのでそこにお湯を入れ粉末のスープを作ることも可能(スタッフは承知済み) 誤って瓶の飲み物を買ってしまったのですが、スタッフに聞いたら栓抜きで開けてくれました。言えば貸してくれるみたいです。近くにウェイトローズと飲食店が並ぶプチ施設みたいなのがあり、孤児院博物館 Foundling Museumもあります。(要事前予約購入12£) 駅はユーストン、ユーストンスクエア、キングスクロス、ラッセルスクエア　まで徒歩で可能有名な観光地はスムーズに回れます。夜は学生や、若い子達が歩いてる感じでした。割と３時くらいにも話し声が聞こえました。自分はCaledonian sleeperを取ってたので夜９時に出ましたが、大通りを通って行けば問題ないかと思います。

セキュリティ上　仕方ないことだが毎回ドアベルを鳴らして開けてもらわないと、ホテルに入れないので、何度もスタッフに来てもらって申し訳なかった

Good value for London in excellent location

- Location: 10 min walk to the Eurostar station, tube, local restaurants and grocery store - Free luggage storage both for arrival and departure ( allows you to arrive early and depart late with the train ) - lots of information, complimentary coffee and tea - bathrooms are new and clean

- Room in the basement smells musty - it’s an older building so be prepared to hear your neighbors from all sides ( I expected this and brought earplugs) - in our room there was one electrical outlet and it was by the door. Not very handy in this day and age with smartphones so I recommend bringing a plug that allows to charge multiple devices and long charging cords.

Très bon séjour, je recommande le lieux

Chambre petite mais fonctionelle avec un lavabo donc pratique, cependant elle était au dernier étage donc il faisait chaud emplacement : top pour Londres dejeuner : nous n'avons pas vu de déjeuner mais du café et Thé a dispo déja très bien beaucoup de salles de bains et de WC partagé ce qui fait que nous n'avons jamais attendu

nous avons vu un cafard dans les escaliers en arrivant mais plus rien après. sdb propre mais dépendant des gens avant nous

Value for money.

This 2 star hotel took care in looking after the most important things…spotless rooms, great comfortable bed, clean fresh towels. Staff were very hospitable and it’s a great are of London I did not know before.

Gutes Cityhotel

Wir haben schon ein paar mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet, weil es zentral liegt, und ein nettes Viertel ist. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad im Erdgeschoß. Wir haben aber auch schon im 3. Stock geschlafen, wo es über enge Treppen raufgeht. Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Dieses Bett war uns zu hart, aber das kann in einem anderen Zimmer schon wieder anders aussehen.

Citynah, gutes Viertel, jedoch kleine Zimmer.

Wir haben schon ein paar mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet, schätzen die Nähe zur Stadt und zu verschiedenen Bahnhöfen. Die 2 Bett Zimmer sind klein, aber ok. Die Bäder immer sauber. Die Angestellten sind nett und immer "verfügbar". Diesmal waren wir jedoch zu dritt und schon enttäuscht von der Größe des Zimmers-es war mini. Eigentlich nur ein 2 Bett Zimmer, aber mit 3 Betten. Die Koffer konnte man nicht auspacken, sondern musste sie übereinander stapeln, damit die Tür zu öffnen geht. Der Kleiderschrank hatte 3 Kleiderbügel, was bei 3 Leuten total sinnlos ist und der Schrank nimmt immens Platz weg. Eine Modernisierung der Zimmer ist angebracht, angesichts der Konkurrenz in den umliegenden Strassen. Für 3 Leute würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Awful experience! The pictures online lie.

Absolutely nothing

It’s a damp. The furniture is too old, there was construction going on. Heat is turned off during the day and we had to beg for heating. Windows are drafty and there’s a constant sewage smell in the bathroom, no air freshener.

The staff and location were just excellent. The rooms were so clean, quiet and just a lovely feel to the place.

I can’t fault St.Athans, just amazing.

Great location, friendly staff

I booked the single room with no ensuite bathroom - so I knew what I was getting. What I wanted was a good location and this hotel has it. As. bonus the staff were super friendly and helpful and I even had a lovely long what with the night checkin person.

Foi legal.

Cama boa, roupa de cama boa e o quarto é legal. Boa janela, espaço limpo e equipe atenciosa. A localização é boa, com fácil acesso a tudo, muita coisa a pé e, para as atrações mais distantes, tanto metrô quanto ônibus funcionam muito bem.

O banheiro dentro do quarto é uma gambiarra, parece um banheiro de avião, muito pequeno. Porém, funcionava bem e era limpo. Não tem frigobar.

Nice for sleeping and bathing

Location is exceptional, very close to subway and bus stations, the hotel is small with narrow corridors and stairs but if you're going to use it only to sleep and cleaning it's ok. Bathroom was most of the times clean.

Uneven beds, old carpets, I stayed in a room with shared bathroom and I could hear neighbors when they were walking around in their rooms.

Quiet and clean Bag storage was very handy too

Shared bathroom/shower and no toilet in the room. Didn't help the toilet was separate from the shower too. Bedroom plugs are lacking as well, we only had one plug with two outlets on the other side of the room.

The location is great, the facilities quite basic but good for this price.

Location is perfect Easy check in and possibility to leave the luggage even before check in/after check out

The room was very small (little space to open suitcases), the double bed was quite narrow and the walls quite thin (we could hear a lot of noise from the rest of the hotel and from the street)

We definitely benefited from the location and staff.

The staff were very attentive to our needs during our stay. The price was less expensive than the other hotels in the area. Location was good to get to the British Museum and close to the Underground and various bus lines.

Very steep stairs to get to the top floor. Would recommend to older ones to ask for the lower levels.

Exceptional

Room was cute and clean, with desk, sink and wardrobe. Plenty of bathrooms so sharing wasn't an issue. Bathrooms were spotless. Staff was very friendly. Really great price considering the location.
