nett, dem Preis angemessen, eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bei Berlinbesuch

Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich. Betten wirklich gut. Pancake-Maschine war etwas besonderes :) große Speisenauswahl. Eigenes Waschbecken im Zimmer, wir hatten Bad auf dem Flur.

Zimmertür hat bei jedem Luftzug geklappert. Frühstück für Veganerinnen leider nicht geeignet. Fön wäre toll gewesen

Zapłaciłem za śniadania.... pracowników poinformowano że zamówiona jest opcja bez śniadań. Oczywiście na fakturze jest śniadanie.

Słaby kontakt. Personel.nie odpisuje nie potrafią zalatwić problemu.

Limpieza

Nos faltó una pava para calentar agua y alguna toalla más no estaba de más. Los días que estuvimos hubo un contingente de adolescentes que gritaban y corrían, rompieron el baño e inundaron el pasillo. Muy desagradable y no pudimos descansar bien.

Overall if you're tight on budget I would recommend.

It was the cheapest option so the comfort is not the best, but it was clean and safe.

the shower facility was not the best.

Degelijke kamer

Mijn kamer op de 7de verdieping had een mooi uitzicht over een park, met daarachter in de verte wat gebouwen. Daarnaast had mijn kamer ook een groot raam dat ik open kon zetten om het lekker te luchten en de wind door de bomen van het park te horen waaien. Als laatste was de roomservice ook goed; mijn kamer was elke dag weer schoon en netjes.

Ik wist dit van te voren, maar de wc en douche zaten los van de kamer. Voor mij was dit aan de andere kant van de gang. Dus als in dan in de nacht wakker werd om te plassen, was het een hele tocht om daar te komen.

alles ok, wäre die Entfernung zur U-Bahn nicht, sofort wieder

Frühstück hatte ich nicht. Zimmer war extra noch mit Waschbecken, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Fernseher und einem sehr großen gemütlichen Bett ausgestattet. Die Sanitäranlagen waren auf dem Flur, sauber und für Frauen getrennt. Das Personal rund um die Uhr erreichbar und immer nett und jede Frage oder Hilfe ermöglicht. Fahrstuhl im Haus. U-Bahn für mich mit 61, zu weit weg gewesen. Man kann nicht alles haben. Taxi genommen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Eine sehr ruhige Ecke.

Das personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Aus der Duscharmatur kommt wenig Warmwasser. Die Duscharmatur sollte überprüft werden.

Nice & simple hostel

Good internet connection for streaming.

Noisy (young) guests. I would suggest to put a friendly sign to remind guests to think of others, and to be quiet from 11 pm till 7 am. Such a sign is not uncommon at hostels. Guests with a conscious will appreciate such a reminder. ;)

Disappointing

Good breakfast

The website is confusing. It was not clear that we are getting "Hostel" rooms. Then the 2 address for the "Hostel" and "Hotel" is actually the same place, just opposite site of the larger property. I was disappointed to realise my room is a "Hostel".

Very poor

The lounge

It was the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. The pay was higher than usual for a hostel but the service was really horrible. The room was very small, the window doesn't work therefore it was very loud during the night. Terrible bathrooms. The shower in the common bathroom doesn't even have a proper shower head. The water drips everywhere, even outside the bath tub.

SHARED BATHROOM, I THOUGHT I HAD BOOKED A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH THE ROOM, AND THE BOOKING WASNT CLEAR .PLUS NO CHANCE OF UPGRADING OR AT LEAST STAFF NOT ACCOMMODATING TO DO SO.

This was the worst online booking I have ever made.

The wiFi.

The room was so small and poorly ventilated. No air conditioning. The bathrooms are located outside the rooms and I was not advised of it before the booking.

Very good

Very basic accommodation but filled my expectations, the beds were confortable and the hostel was quiet. It is a bit far from the city center however the train and U are nearby. Also lots of shops and some restaurants.

Would be great if there was some kitched facility (at least a microwave and a kettle to make some tea/coffe)

So clean rooms Comfortable bed The floors and toilets were smelll nice Flexible by payments So friendly and welcoming

It's kind of a little bit far from the city center , but not that much . You need about 25 minutes by public transportation to reach the city center.

Pleasant

Mostly friendly staff, one guy was NOT feeling it but the rest were lovely. The lounge area was great for last minute drinks or dinner. Decent beds that were pretty good to sleep on and the floor was relatively quiet in general. Good for what we paid for it

Bit further out than I would have liked, the almost 10 minute walk to the metro was a bit long at the end of the day for example. Would of liked a kettle in the room rather than having to go down 5 flights to go get a coffee every morning Doors could use a anti slam function

Nice place to stay on outside of Berlin!

Rooms were nice and clean, as were the shared bathroom facilities, which we never had to wait to use. The staff are very friendly and helfpul, breakfast is all you can eat and very yummy. Location is a little out of the city centre, but s-bahn and u-bahn stations are only a few minutes walk away. Around the area there are nice restaurants within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Would definitely reccomend for a stay in Berlin on a budget 😁

Small, but clean and quiet room for sleeping, with annoying showers

The location - I visited Berlin to meet with friends, I can reach they place by foot. The staff was nice and friendly, check in/out was super fast. The room was small, clean and contains everything necessary. Nobody disturbed us, we can leave and come without any contact - it's a perfect place for introverts :) The wifi were strong and stable. The lavatory in the room was super (we would have miss it).

The room was much smaller than I expected at the booking (based on the photos); I have to slightly move the tv, if I want to open the window :D It was absolutely ok for a short stay, but overall it's not a cozy place. The bathroom: the showerheads were fixed on the wall at 2m and released uncontrolled waterflow, the water streamed everywhere and still nowhere, so the head get wet anyway, meanwhile it was also almost impossible to collect enough water to wash down the soap properly. It was really annoying.

Very good

I didn't expect much for the price but actually was quite good. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was well-equipped and basic but functional with proper opening window and sink.

Only one shared bathroom per gender. I didn't want to use the toilet as someone was showering in there. I tried to find another one but all the other floors had rooms with bathrooms in.

Good but shower points need improvement

Location, cleanliness, staffs behaviour

1. In the shower room there was no shower head for any of the showers. Neither any hand-shower option was there. So one can not wash feet or body alone if anyone wants to.. One has to bath fully whenever opens the shower. 2. There was one CC camera in Mens bathroom corridor !! Don't understand the reason/logic of that.

Nice for the price, but otherwise?

I like the pricing. I paid 25€ let night per person. So it was really cheap as I booked 4 days before the trip. Room was bigger than expected.

The showerheads are not very practical. They were more like a water tap. The door didn't fully connect to the ground when closed.

everything was clean and new

the shower was kinda funny and weird for me, because it has just spray and not one stream. and the last night, at 3:46 AM somebody was running through hallway and was hitting really hard all doors in our etage. my girlfriend was scared. and receptionist did nothing when we told him
