Fantastic staff. Wonderful location and the hotel itself is gorgeous.

exquisite character and quality in a perfect location. one of the best stays in a small boutique hotel anywhere we have stayed over 50 years of international travel. Marlin and staff treated us like treasured family members. The suites were large and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was a treat, but no surprise as the staff are culinary school graduates.
loved it all.

This is a bijoux hotel that is a beautifully converted villa set around an inner courtyard with a roof top area offering fabulous views over Quito. Art and comfort and excellent service are in abundance. Marlon and his team were so helpful and responsive to any questions about trips, restaurants, services and they booked and organised everything for us. We are very grateful and we highly recommend.

This boutique hotel used to be the Turkish Embassy. It has 6 rooms, I suspect all suites (ours was). The manager was friendly and made us feel like we were at home. He went out of his way to arrange for anything we asked for. Dinner, prepared by a new graduate from the local culinary school, was a delight. it was made especially for us and we were the only one there. It is like having your own staff in a luxury home. Almost worth the trip to Quito just to stay here. Best hotel I have stayed in anywhere.
Everything was excellent. No improvements.

Beautiful atmosphere rivaled only by the exemplary service of Fernando. He is a gem!
There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

I loved that it was a historical Villa. Well appointed and great area.
The loud music the first night there. It was a neighboring apartment and it went in until about 3:00am. Apparently no noise ordinance in Quito

Outstanding service, decor, cleanliness. First class in every aspect. Former Turkish embassy completely renovated; it is extremely quaint and architectural impressive. Fernando is an exceptional manager. Very conscientious
This has the feel of a high end boutique hotel merged with a B&B. If you don’t want that then stay somewhere else

Its a hidden gem of a hotel. Mansion beautifully restored with attention to detail. The manager was gracious and attentive, especially since my husband had trouble with the altitude. The hotel has 6 rooms and a roof area to sit and relax, besides the rest of the living/dining space. Breakfast and dinner were done with style and attention to details. We highly recommend. Easy walking to the central square and the manager was good with recommendations and assistance. Also good about printing out our Covid tests and other flight info we needed.
Nothing! This is truly a hotel created with a great eye for making a older historic building come back to a luxurious life.
