The property was clean and lovely clean white towels. Everything you need to make stay comfortable
Felt cold at times and unable to put heating on. Also would have been helpful to have some idea of recommended takeaways, local amenities etc

Keys were in lock box as described by john (the owner). we had to ring him - due to our stupidity - but John answered immediately and was able to advise us.
Flat had all the amenities that anyone could need
Nothing to be honest! All good

The living room was very comfortable for 4 of us to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen had good cooking facilities. The apartment was light and spacious. The area was very pleasant and easy to get into the centre of Glasgow.

The apartment is so beautiful, big and has everything. It is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Good location with a few dining spots close by.
Just one thing: For an American, the instructions were confusing on which apartment in the building it was. It said to go up four flights of stairs, to the second floor, but we would have said it was two flights (each having two sections) to the third floor. And it said "the wooden door" -- but all the doors were made of wood. Seems a small thing, but it did cause confusion on arrival. Otherwise, our stay was all excellent.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we love it. In an excellent location of Glasgow and always able to find somewhere to park. Really well equipped flat and all round a great place to stay.
The rooms aren't the darkest at night if you struggle with light

We stayed here while attending a conference at the university. It was a little bit of a walk from the venue but certainly not too far, and the flat was lovely. It was warm (a major advantage as the conference venue was freezing..), clean, nicely furnished and the extra bathroom was a real bonus! The landlord sent detailed instructions about how to access the flat the day before we travelled up, and responded to questions quickly. Strongly recommended!

Very clean and much nicer than the pictures make it out to be. 10 mins walk to the closest train station and lots of little shops/takeaways/cafes about.
Small kitchen but not a problem for a two night stay

Lovely location near plenty of shops, with an easy walk's distance from the botanical gardens and Kelvingrove museum. Nice and quiet at night. Sofas were super comfy and there were some great cafes round the corner for a good breakfast.

central, spacious, neat and tidy

Great location and house was very clean and comfortable. easy access to transport routes.

Communication with host was brillant, placé was easy to find and in a fairly handy location, albeit a little way out of the centre. The beds were extremely comfy and there were options of twin/superking in one room and a fold out bed as well as the double for the other room. There were two bathrooms. There was a comfy sitting room. The flat was clean with nice linen and towels provided. The stairs and entrance were clean, secure and well kept.
Not much negative to say except taps could have been better. We didn't cook in the kitchen, although it seemed reasonably equipped, had we needed to make a quick meal. Kitchen and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Fab appartment.

The location of the flat was perfect for us. There was a bus stop almost outside the door and some nice cafes and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk away.
The flat itself was spacious, bright and had everything we needed. It was a nice space and we liked the original features still in the building and the flat. Parking was on the street so very handy.
There were three little niggles for us: there were no curtains in the bedrooms meaning it became too bright very early, the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the fridge tended to topple forward if you put anything heavy in the door. Other than that everything was fine.

it was well equipped very clean and an excellent location
needed a tea towel

Bed in one room was not too comfortable.

stunningly decorated and finished. Massive 2 bed flat on the second floor. very comfy beds.
Fridge can topple forwards if not careful as it is wedged in with a doorstop. Hotchpotch of kitchen utensils.

The location and neighborhood were wonderful. We loved WEE Paree restaurant just up the street. The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable. Would recommend you stay here when in Glasgow
Everything was great

Very spacious with everything you needed. Clean and well decorated. Location was perfect. ; lovely restaurant and cafe across the road. Having 2 bathrooms is a bonus.
Mattress in the en suite room a bit saggy. On road parking -sometimes hard to find a spot.

super homely and spotlessly clean . great location with posh cafes within 50 metres and a Parisian restaurant on the corner next to the Chinese takeaway and corner shop .
nothing at all so much so I asked if the owner might let it long term .. unfortunately for me not! I really liked it.

Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. No issue parking and easy access around the city

Lots of space. 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds. Very clean.
Joe was so helpful and quick to respond
Nothing about the flat. Sometimes parking was a little tricky but always got a space

The flat was lovely and quiet and everyone we met was very friendly.https://secure.booking.com/review/6b7934ea0cacdfcd.en-gb.html?aid=803913&email_source=invitation_email&quick_review=3
It was a bit far from shopping areas.
4.3
Spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and plenty of restaurants in the area
We were only given 1 bath towel each, 1 hand towel per bathroom and 1 kitchen tea towel for 5 nights which wasn’t enough. Also the bath towels were extremely small so bath sheets would have been better. However, when I rang Joe, the owner, he sent 4 more bath towels the following morning which was amazing.Joe was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Glasgow.

Absolutely nothing at all.
Booked in for a three night stay with my partner and three children. upon check-in we noticed the property was extremely dirty. dust everywhere, chewing gum down side of dresser In bedroom, unclean bedsheets with makeup and hair on pillows. the fridge in the kitchen nearly landed on my six year old son when he tried to open it as it’s not fixed down. open food left in kitchen such as cereal that was five months out of date (the owner says this is acceptable during a pandemic as the other three boxes were in date). The owner Joe is the most unhelpful individual who once we told about the issues sent the response pictured below. we then checked out a night early as the prospect of another night in the property was too much of a health risk for my asthmatic son. we were refused a refund for the £153 per night stay. We have found reviews similar to the issues we have had. Avoid at all costs!! please feel free to share as the more families we can stop Joe from ripping off the better! nobody deserves to go through what we went through.
