The apartment is very clean. Great location.
Our third guest wasn’t very happy with sleeping on that sofa (very little spaxe and uncomfortable). Situated on the ground floor - you can hear people crossing and coming to the building.

Excellent location close to essential shops, while in a quiet street. Completely self-contained apartment. Clean, instant hot water, good facilities. Very helpful staff who were quickly available by phone or online to answer questions or resolve issues.

Instructions for getting into the apartment were super clear with pictures etc. Coffees etc and good WiFi were extra bonuses
The toilet seat was super wobbly and the building was difficult to find as the booking.com direction link showed it to be further down the road than it was but neither were major issues

Great location and clean room with well equipped kitchen. Nice decor and the two single beds were pretty comfy!
We couldn’t find the house as google maps tells you it’s at the bottom of the road near the pub. After walking around for a while I phoned the hosts and they couldn’t have been less helpful. All they needed to say was the house is the other end of the road but the lady on the phone just asked me if I’d tried google maps!! She then told me what the house was called and where on the wall the keysafe was - all good info that I’d already received via text but pretty useless when I couldn’t find the actual house. Found it eventually but very clear the lady on the phone had no idea either what I was asking or where the house was herself. The house is only named with some chalk on a letterbox which is rubbing off too. Other than that agree with others that the toilet is very high which is quite funny but not the most comfortable (if that’s the right word). Also the sofa bed is very uncomfortable we had to rotate who slept on it each night as it gave whoever slept on it a bad back.

Property itself is okay.. comfortable for 2 adult and 1 child..
Customer service is not helpful at all.. We arrived on high street and called them where is the location as holcombe house is not appearing on google map.. took too long to sent me a message with address to search on google but directing me on another location.. gladly there is a person who told us where is the holcomce house whic is written with a small letters written in chalk.. customer service is awful.. not responsive on guests..

The location was brilliant for access to the front and amenities. The studio is pretty and mostly comfortable.
We thought the area, whilst well placed for amenities and the sea, was a little bit threatening for three younger people. Also, place didn't feel it had had a deep clean. Fake eyelash found on the cushion. Bathroom- water pressure was terrible and toilet is very high up - two of us couldn't touch the floor when seated!! The third bed is not very comfortable.

Did not require relying on oothers- great way to collect keys
i was told a different code and then had to contact host to find out new code. Also, they key to get into the studio door was very difficult to open. on the last day of our stay, it took us a while to open the door as the key would turn inside the lock.

It was clean and spacious though can be noisy as it is ground floor with a window next to the street.

Good location
Colourful room
Cutlery and small toiletries bag supplied
No parking near by - advised parking was shut so had to park a 15 minute walk away
Beds are tiny- width and length
Room was smaller than expected
Bathroom- toilet so high off the ground - shower small and not suitable for tall guests
Rug - dirty not hovered properly
Check in time is quite late should be from 2/3pm I’d check out is 11am.
Road very noisy outside with pedestrians and cars parking - police station nearby so sirens every so often with blue lights

Brighton itself. As always, a wonderful place to visit.
On arrival we were disappointed to find parts of apartment were unacceptably grubby. The shower head, door fittings, and air vent had built up dirt and grime on them. The cooker hood was also grimy as were the windows which we could hardly see out of. We put in a complaint soon after arrival which was dismissed. We then sent photographic evidence and were offered no apology but a £50 refund as a ‘good will’ gesture for what was described as a one-off cleaning oversight. We asked if we could be moved to another apartment but were offered only upgrades which were considerably more expensive. We reluctantly stayed put and made continued representation to the company for fair compensation. This was rebutted and we eventually reluctantly accepted the £50 refund.
