The general vibe of this place is absolutely incredible. Staying here was rustic, but everything was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The food was also excellent; the chef made me one of the best pancakes I've ever had on their open wood burning fire!

Delfa and Victor were amazing hosts ! The food is amazing, the place beautiful, quiet and relaxing

Nice place to chill and refresh for a couple of days. Very remote, you can reach by scooter (beware of the slippery dust roads) or dirt bike if you don't want to take a taxi or bus. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious with nice big portions. Very natural place with nature shower and toilets. The room is also not a confined space but it still has enough privatsphere.
One night there was a barking contest of the hostel dogs right next to my room that went on for hours and kept me up.

it is very natural but still comfortable and clean experience

Amazing place amidst the quite and lush farm owned and run by the local family. The hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, that it was such a pleasurable experience to stay at the place. Truly felt like home. Bungalows look and feel amazing, it is minimal, but gives everything that is needed to feel incredible experience amidst the nature. Food cooked by the owners at the Finca was super delicious! Everything was organics and sourced locally and directly grown at the farm. One of the best stays at Nicaragua so far, definitely recommended!

The area of this Finca is really magical, in my opinion this is the most beautiful part of the island as it is not crowded with people and you can have your own peace. The food offered at the property was great and delicious.
As the road to the location is quite bad you need to take a taxi or rent ATV and drive for around 1,5h from the port to get to the Finca

Delfa cooked possibly the best food I've had in all of Nicaragua! And she's a lovely person to have a chat and she showed me where she grew some of the food she cooks for guests ☺️
It's still under construction, but the cabins that are ready are beautifully tranquil with a view of the volcano. You're right in the forest, so surrounded by birds and butterflies (but also spiders and mosquitoes, didn't see a single cockroach though!)
They are upfront about any drawbacks, but be prepared, there's no cashpoint anywhere near, so plan well. It's easiest to get there if you have you're own means of transportation, but you can get there with bus, as of now they leave from Moyagalpa at 10am and 2pm-ish (and stops in Altagracia so it takes a while) the internet is patchy and phone service only a bit down the road.

Food was amazingly made by Delfa, their nica chef. Who made Vegetarian dishes with farms ingredients and using fire in a typical stove. I totally recommend to have all the meals you can, you’ll love it.
We enjoyed a volcano Concepcion tour with a young guide named Josias, who showed us that wonderful landscape. Also the reception helped us to get a scooter for 25usd, a nice way to go around the island.
The chef daughter made a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend, which made us a felt like home.
Finca La Magia is the perfect spot for privacy and natural surroundings. No internet coverage but a decent wifi at the restaurant.

Bungolow in the middle of the jungle.

just to know about the spiders and mosquitos outside the net where you sleep.

it’s a beautiful place in the middle of nature. very quite and relaxing. the people that work there are very sweet and kind
a little hard to get to but definitely worth it!

The place itself is awesome. If you like it to be quiet and a little remote and you don't mind some bugs around you while you sleep, this is where you have to go. Delfa is a really nice lady who cooks and helps with organizing tours.
We still practice our Spanish skills. So it was really hard to come to this place where the hosts only speak Spanish and no English at all. If you run a hostel/hotel you should have somebody who knows some English. It was really hard to communicate and we thought it was hard to ask questions about tours or the area.

The most beautiful setting amongst lush tropical gardens and jungle beyond, Finca La Magia was the perfect choice for us wanting to truly escape into the nature. Waking up to the exotic sounds of howler monkeys and birds, seeing fireflies straight from your bed before falling to sleep.. This is a rustic glamping experience with outdoor shower and compost loo, something to be aware if you aren’t an outdoorsy kind. For us it was a great and magical place to unwind. The hardworking lady who runs the place, Delfa, is an absolute sweetheart and cooks the best food we’ve had in Central America. Thank you Delfa!
It’s worth noting that this is a pretty remote location and not easy to get around due to limited public transport, unless you hire a motorbike. Also, do bring mosquito repellent as there are quite a few biting bugs around!

amazing stay with the most friendly staff ever.. we loved everything about it. the food they serve is the best!!!

The staff were amazing. Delfa,, Carlo & Helen were all so helpful throughout our stay especially as we didn't speak much Spanish! The place is beautiful and surrounded by lush jungle where they handpick all of their fruit & veg from the garden. Literally farm to plate and we got to watch it all happen. The food was amazing! Delpha takes great joy in cooking and our breakfasts were a feast. Best Gallo Pinto of our 2 month trip in central america by far! We watched the lightning storm from our bed and saw fireflies buzz around our room (outside of the mozzy net). Close to San Ramon waterfall and views of the Volcano from the property. Thank you for an amazing experience!
Unfortunately they have no running water at the moment due to the recent storm. It is a problem the whole town is facing and nothing they can do about it. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon! The location is beautiful and peaceful but far from the port of Moyagalpa. If you can pre-arrange transport from the boat to the accomodation that would be ideal. We took a motorbike and was very difficult for beginners!

Home away from home. I had to stay here for two weeks and it were the best weeks of my travel. The family took care of me as their own son and the meals were super fresh and delicious! Hope to come back one day :)

Wonderful place, we loved it. 100% recommend if you want to be immerged in the nature in a calm and friendly space. The hosts are very welcoming. Great stay!
Not so easy to move from there/arrive there if you don't have a private transportation.

Finca la magia is the perfect get away, so peaceful, such a beautiful farm with the nicest staff who make amazing food using their own ingredients- so delicious. We never wanted to leave our room, so beautiful and calm. A bit of a trek away from the main port but can be easily accessed by bike. Our favourite spot so far in Central America.

Place to park
The owner family offered me fuel for my ATV in 10 Cordova's more then the avarage but fueled what was necessary and didn't try to give me more in needed fuel
Most if the meals that made are good and all their prices are affordable.
You can see the stars great at night.
Should know that delfa the owner speaks only Spanish.
There is no cellolar service in the area.
Closest grocery store is 10 minutes by walk so better do it before night I understand.
It's eco lodge so be prepared for little friends accompany you

We love that place! When you searching for a calm stay without wifi, and you wanna see how the locals live -> that is the perfect place for it!

It's a nice family place with beautiful garden. The food was delicious. Owners are very helpful and attentive. Quiet place where you can relax, read a book or do yoga. The waterfall is 20 min walk from the hostel.
The dormitory room was little too small and with 2 other people it was a bit difficult to move around but I did not mind.

The threehouse looked amazing. A real experience.
The location is difficult to reach from the ferry. The cab to the place was very expensive (45 dollar), however there was no other way.
