Nothing
The hotel advertised late check-in. I booked after midnight. They accepted the reservation. I showed up ten minutes later. They did not respond to the door or telephone.
The next day, they reported me to Booking.com as a no-show because my reservation was necessarily for the prior night even though I booked after midnight (i.e. the following day).
That was not only stupid but an insult. If they took my reservation after midnight, they should have opened the door. Adding to frustration they reported me as a no-show when it was the staff who didn't show up.
They were surly and argumentative. Be careful about this place.

the installations where very clean and everything, there’s no AC but there was no need of it since the weather was cold
the hostal does not have POS you can only pay in cash or transfer, and we where not notified before, we were aware until we arrive

Kind staff. Comfortable and clean. Perfectly worth it for a one night stop over.
The wifi didn’t reach the room I was in, not a big deal for one night, but I did notice.
The room I was in had a shared bathroom with two doors. I never knew if the other person might walk in on me. This didn’t happen but still not an ideal set up for the bathroom.

Very comfortable room, good decoration, nice shower, helpful owner. We couldn’t find vegan food in Esteli but the owner allowed us to use the kitchen to make a meal. 😊
The room was a little snug but perfectly good for an overnight stay.

The staff is so friendly, it's very well located and the price is right although does not include breakfast.
For the price it would be nice if they offer some sort of breakfast.

Kitchen was very well stocked and coffee was provided. the room was cleaned daily and had good AC
Our visit was tainted by the attitude towards us from the staff following check-out. We had to wait until 3:30pm for our bus, and despite managing to stay out of their way all day, we were not even able to rest in the kitchen for 15 minutes. We were told that check-out had passed and we couldn’t stay in the property any longer, or even drink some water.
In addition to this, the Wi-Fi was incredibly poor, and there was little soundproofing in the rooms

super clean, lovely smelling linens, bed was made everyday, more like a hotel than a hostel
Wifi doesn’t work in the back rooms but can use it in the kitchen/dining area. can’t book tours through reception but went down the street to Cafe Paz to do so.

Really nice and helpful staff, everything was really clean, good location, comfortable bed, kitchen that we could use to cut fruits, free drinking water..

According to the lady at the desk Priceline has mistakes that have not been corrected. She did not want to fulfill the agreement to provide air conditioning at the cost I paid. She wanted to charge an additional $10. After a prolonged argument she finally agreed to honor the deal already paid for. If I didn't speak fluent Spanish I would have been out of luck.
Even though the site claims they take credit cards it isn't true, and never has been. It is cash only, so be warned.
The water heater for the shower did work, but would only send water out of a very small stream. It was very inconvenient.
They claim to have wifi in all the rooms, but it would only work with a weak signal in my room, and then only for a few minutes at a time. To make a Whatsapp call I had to go downstairs to the lobby.
The room was very clean. The location is good. There is a very nice mexican restaurant just across the street, and there are two nice-sized supermarkets within 3 blocks. The central park is a 5 minute walk away.

Nice and comfortable place, the kitchen is very equipped and clean.
We booked the place and it was written in the app that check out is at 12. Unfortunately the hotel didn't respect the terms that they wrote at the app themselves. It was important for us for some technical reasons. They wanted to charge us 12 dollars for extension of each hour

Great place, clean and comfortable for the price paid, close to shops and restaurants with amazing, friendly and helpful staff.
Not all the rooms have a TV or hot water, this made it weird within our group that some had and some didn't, also the beds are not the most comfortable but they are not too bad either.

Fantastic location.
Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in in Nicaragua
Was a little difficult to figure out a proper place to plug in devices.
Parking is not included (owner says booking.com keeps changing her profile saying there's parking included), but anyway, there's convenient cheap parking nearby.

The hosts were extremely accommodating and the hotel was wonderfully clean.
The hosts provided clean bedding and towels daily.
It is an excellent location right in the centre of town, with an easy walk to everything, but the hotel is very quiet and in a safe área.
The room we stayed in needs hooks so you can hang clothes and a shelf to store toiletries in the bathroom.
