Nice for a quiet holiday

The property is nice in general. The staff, the food, the beach was really good. The only disappointment is the lack of entertainment. In the night it was so quiet. It is allowed to attend the events in Grand Palladium Hotel but that ones also finish around 10pm.

Although the hotel is an adult only hotel, the entertainment is insufficient. I think it needs to be improved. Also some staff is behaving unfriendly, they were unhappy to serve,especially at Helios restaurant. We did not prefer to go that restaurant second time but there may be this kind of people anywhere unfortunately.

It is an ok hotel, above most of the rest in terms of quality. Not a premium experience though.

The hotel & the restaurants are nice.

Fruit juices not natural. Sometimes the food was not what I was expected, kind of dissapointing considering the hotel isn`t cheap. Not alll the personnel is nice, but most of them are. Not AC in the restrooms or the hallways.

No vale la pena! Muy caro para lo que ofrece! Comida mala, servicio malo en general!

Las habitaciones son muy lindas, nos dieron un upgrade al llegar.

Los meseros no atienden, no sé si falta capacitación al staff o hay poco personal, había que pararse por las bebidas y comida porque pasaban minutos y nadie estaba alrededor. Los alimentos en general de regulares a malos, medio insípidos incluso. El servicio de mayordomía parecía más bien un servicio de información, no nos resolvieron nada, solo nos decían qué hacer. Pagamos extra para acudir a un show dentro del hotel y resultó que no tenían reservados nuestros asientos el día del evento.

Amazing resort. Everything we could ask for and more!

Clean, clean, and clean! The staff is amazing. Very attentive to each guests needs and wants. I honestly couldn’t say anything needed to change. Everything was great for our first trip here.

Great if you love a mall kiosk nightmare vibe

Our swim up room was beautiful and the mini bar was always stocked. Our personal butler was great. He was always available via Whatsapp and never backed down from any requests.

I'm wondering if I stayed at the same place as the other people reviewing this resort. We couldn't relax anywhere without someone disturbing us to try and sell us a timeshare or photoshoot every 5 minutes. Photographers were approaching us constantly and forcing us to do an impromptu photoshoot that took an excruciating 5 minutes at a time. The pool was freezing. And there was absolutely no hottub located anywhere on this resort other than one hottub located in the spa, which you have to pay to get into. The food was good, but no restaurant or bar played any music. Which doesn't sound like a big deal until you're sitting there with an ambiance of other guests chewing their food, silverware clanking, coughing, and farting. Even the bars in the evening were starkly silent. I promise I'm not hard to please. But I was miserable here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Love the resort, staff not so nice. Not welcoming and not very open to assisting and helping the customer

The way the staff and managers treated my fiancé at the time of check out. Due to some of his property being stolen from housekeeping they refused to waived service charge of $7 dollars and some change. The manager literally told our shuttle driver to not transport us to the airport until our $7 dollars and some change fees were paid. I felt the approach from manager was very disrespectful which is not a good way to represent this resort. This was our second time at this resort. Our very first experience was sooooo amazing. The experience we just had with this resort was the worst by far which put us in a mind space to never visit or spend money with this company again. Thanks but no thanks. The staff need to be retrained before dealing with tourist. Not all the staff but most of them are very rude and disrespectful individuals.

Beautiful Property with A lot Of Fun

The property was very clean and beautiful , all the amenities were there stores , multiple restaurants, large pool areas , spa and golf cart service around the property.

I didn’t like that you have to pay for the Cabaret show , most restaurants has it included no it’s a $50 PP AND THE FOOD ISNT THAT GOOD . All the food comes out the exact same no matter if you eat it or not you can substitute. Also it’s the same 15 people singing and dancing all night . Great show but it’s a rush . Is it worth ghe $50 ? NO. it’s so many other restaurants to try on the property stick to them . Was the Spa worth it ?MAYBE .

The resort did not live up to my expectations. I wouldn’t return or recommend.

It was modern and clean. The check in staff were excellent. Most of the staff were friendly and the chic cabaret was great.

Poor service. Needed to asked multiple to have room cleaned. There’s a lot of staff but personal attention to the guest was lacking. I had a water leak in my room and it took 3 hours to get it cleaned. Buttler service needs improvement. There weren’t has attentive to the guest needs as my previous experience with bottle service from other hotels.

The butler serice was the highlight of this trip! They pamper you!

Our room was so relaxing. Great AC and the curtains help with the heat. Swim up was awesome! They even came around to offer food and drinks. Love having adults only side, the whole feel of the place was relaxing! Butler service made this place!

The check in was tedious. Immediately after checkin, they start the hard sell on the membership. NO! Just wanted to get to my room and start enjoying our all inclusive :)

Perfect Resort!

The grounds are beautiful! We loved the pool and the jacuzzi tub on our balcony. The food was AMAZING. The Zentropia spa was incredible. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and the hydrotherapy circuit is top notch! Highly recommend the jacuzzi terrace loft room. We had so much space. Every single worker was absolutely amazing and took care of everything. We were spoiled all week. Love TRS!

This is so minimal, but I would love cozier slippers and robe!

The best 5stars adults resort in Cancun!

Everything amazing! The staff(my buttlers Lili and Miguel) and my beach buttler Dolores and naturally othet guys was perfect too. The swim up jr. suite was amazing. If you stay this resort don't miss the CHIC restaurant! Unfirgetable 3hours dinner show(18+)! I'll come back as soon as possible!:)

Not for vegans and vegetarian, or dairy intolerance

They couldn't do more than re for you. Adult entertainment was amazing. They have thought of everything

They had virtually no options for milk free clients, cheese and milk/ cream on Everything. I usually chose a vegan option to guarantee no milk but there is none (I'm not vegan) also if your a vegetarian I think you would struggle here. Meat and cheese eating people only. We went out to the marina a few times for dinner for amazing food/fish Japanese, milk free meals 😂 other than the food couldn't fault the place. DO NOT GO IF VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN, you will not eat unless you leave.

I won’t choose this hotel again if not refund my 2 nights stay

The modern interior design.

The front desk charged me more mistakenly: I only stay 2 nights but she charged me 4 nights! And she didn’t show me the total amount until I paid. Plus, The wall is not noise canceling. I couldn’t sleep because the big sound of doors slipping.
