Super 🤩

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erster Tag japanisches Frühstück, Zweiter Tag westliches Frühstück 🤗 Nach einem langen Tag kann man super in den Onsen entspannen.

Die Handtücher war sehr klein und aus Synthetik.

It is a wonderful experience.

The owners were super nice and went extra miles to serve us. The room was clean and spacious. The property was well maintained. Environment is quiet. Free traditional breakfasts were included.

There is no individual bathroom for each room. You need to share with other customers if any. The property is a bit far away from the train station.

We had a great stay

Very accommodating and friendly hosts. Clean and hygienic rooms, toilets and onsen. Straight forward booking and easy check-in. We can have a picturesque full-view Mt. Fuji just 100m away from the Asumi Onsen. Complete value for your money. It exceeded our expectations.

Options for vegans and vegetarian are none in their complementary breakfast.

Exceptional

I finished the UTMF ultramarathon in the morning and came back to the hotel in the afternoon. Even though it was past breakfast time and the onsen generally isn't turned on, they fed me as soon as I came back and had the hot bath ready for me. I slept the rest of the day and felt very well rested. Both of the owners were incredibly kind and generous.

It would have been nice to have a yukata available to relax in.

The place was very clean. It had onsen, and kotatsu. The room was very warn, the staff very kind and friendly. The view of Mount Fuji - amazing. I really enjoyed my time at Asumi Onsen. Thank you♥️

Amazing place to stay, Highly suggest!! Lovely hosts and beautiful rooms and Relaxing Onsen

The bedroom was a lovely traditional Japanese style room, with amazing breakfast provided. The Onsen Was a beautiful place to relax after a big day, with a lovely massage chair to top it off. The Hosts were absolutely lovely people. Who went out of their way to offer rides to and from the Train and to drop us off to an amazing local cheap but high quality Sushi dinner. Had a great stay here, Would highly suggest.

Great Family Stay!

Great Japanese-style place. Great views of Mt Fuji just 100 m. down the road Recommended for visitors with a car. Nice Onsen Nice simple breakfast provided

For hot water wash-up - for example in tje morning- you will need to use the showers in the Onsen facility. There is a large sink with cold water only.

I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else on my next visit.

The owners are incredibly helpful. They are willing to drive you to and from the nearby train station. Free breakfast is included but because I was climbing Mount Fuji overnight and missed it they were kind enough to provide a snack to me when I returned in the early afternoon. On arrival they showed me around the building and can speak enough English that we could communicate well. I only stayed for a short time but they were the perfect hosts, and soaking in an onsen after climbing Japan's highest mountain was the perfect way to recover.

Strategic location between Gotemba, Mont Fuji and lakes Yamanaka, Kawaguchi

I liked the easy communication I had with the staff/owners. Both are pleasant and attentious. I wished I could have time to ask more about the region and learn ancient stories only Japanese know. I recommend that room for backpackers, couples without or with child.

There was anything I strongly disliked. We just noticed it would be nice if there was hot water in the toilet faucet.

Great property for people who need somewhere simple and straightforward to stay. Lovely people who were really helpful and provided cheap/free transportation as well!
