Cute
We had a very bad experience with the room upgrade. When I made reservation, booking offered me a room upgrade for additional charge. I paid extra for a king suite, however when we arrived at the hotel the “king suite” we were given was a tiny little room, compared to huge “standard room. We thought it was a mistake and they gave us a standard room instead of king suite, however hotel stuff assured us it was king suite. We asked for the downgrade, so we could at least get a standard room. The main guy at the hotel said there were no rooms available. I opened booking.com and it showed me rooms were available. So I went back to the front desk and showed the guy there are available rooms on booking.com. I asked him again to please give us a standard room instead of a “king suite” we got. He said he had to make some phone calls. Finally we have been downgraded to the standard room, but hotel never issue a refund for the “upgrade” I paid at the beginning. The main person (older guy) was so rude and not accommodating at all. There was a young guy at the front desk who was very nice, polite and understanding.
Right next to the hotel there is a public access to the beach, so beach is always crowded with locals. The hotel is located in the cove, so there is no Long Beach walks.

Love it’s on the beach far away from the noise
The access to the private beach.

When I arrived, they upgraded my economy reservation to a beachfront cabana. Awesome to walk directly onto the beach and see sunrise from the bed. La Conchita is a on sea turtle playa, and the baby turtles hatch during my stay. We got to release them into the ocean. Very special experience!
no air conditioning. the hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

The location was spectacular, with private cabanas on a semiprivate beach, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores.
Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main town.
The rooms were huge, the bathroom was perfect, and everything was clean.
For the price and area, it was impossible to beat.
I would highly recommend
Location, price, and comfort.

Beautiful location. In the middle of everything and awesome staff
No air conditioning but manageable with the sea breeze.

The villas are so spacious and have a lot of character. Perfect location right on the beach and nearby to lots of restaurants.
For the amount we paid, I would’ve liked to see a few more amenities

The location, close to el centro where all the shops are. Private beach
The beach had too many rocks and a lot of sea weed.

Location
I selected ocean view, so I paid extra with Booking.com. Upon arrival they showed me a room upstairs in the middle with no ocean view. They said paid more $60 extra cash there to get the ocean view. This place is a rip off that play with decent people so I felt cheated by this Hotel. I decided to pay $60 extra there at the property to get some view of the ocean. Inside the room there were roaches, lizards and no air conditioner. The beach was nice just the sand because the water was muddy with green debris on shore.

I enjoyed the private beach and the soft sand that was extremely gentle to skin and soft enough for body exfoliating. I loved that I can luxuriate on the options surrounding the hotel for breakfast lunch and even dinner. The beach was such a beauty and waking up to it was just perfect in my eyes. The rooms are so beautifully built and decorated that you few like ur sleeping in a luxurious artisan 5 star boutique... I truly loved this hotels and location
Just too quiet but I didn’t mind it also

The location is great, right next to Azulik although the water is a bit suspect. The internet was adequate. The rooms were clean. Drinking water is provided in the front reception.
The receptionist was completely rude. Not Hugo, but the other guy. Even after we explained we stayed there he wanted to see a key and after that his rudeness continued. Horrible customer service on his behalf. Its called hospitality.
