Very very poor

Downstairs looked like a dosshouse - the shower had no hot water and the pipes were banging all night.

Great value and location

Its in a great location. The room had everything we could need and as it was in the attic it had a kitchenette which was a great addition

Fine for the amount of time we spent there but expected a bit more.

It was not super expensive, compared to other properties. The host borrowed us a UK adapter, which we forgot. The room had all necessities, even a fridge!

The host was not very outgoing and we couldnt understand him half of the time. The walls were super thin so we could hear the tv from another room all night long. Also there were other weird guests. One guy was doing balloons outside all night long and tried opening the door of the shared bathroom to invite me too. Finally, the shower was either super hot or ice cold.

decent and fair priced

had a more B&B vibe rather than a hotel but was cosy and did us as we were only there to sleep.

it was very dated and we had like a weird curtain as the door to the bathroom. there was also a few little stains on the bed sheets but nothing major.

I did not get the chance to stay as they sent me away

Do not go to this hotel. They cancelled my booking without telling me. When I turned up they had no record of my booking and told me they had cancelled all bookings.

it was abysmal, manchester great but hotel spoiled it

there was nothing i liked apart from parking

there was no staff at all, there was no tea or coffee or water in the room, i had my wife and daughter which they knew about and did not facilitate an extra sleeping arrangement overall this is the worst place i have ever stayed and would not recommend it to anyone

The host is such a lovely lady and very friendly, Environment was really neat and the room was great as well. Location is excellent.. Very close to picadelly city center. I had comfort all through my stay.. And I will stay in yally again on my next visit to Manchester.

Very helpful all round, great location, very clean, safe parking, quiet yet easy access to the bustle of the Wilmslow Road restaurant mile. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were rude, hotel was shocking and they massively overcharged because of availability of hotel rooms in the city.

I travel 10 cities and stayed in more than 10 hotels in the trip and this is the worst hotel

** This is very important please read this before you book ** The daughter was nice

** This is very important please read this before you book ** First of all, this property will charge you a lot if you need to do a late check-in. So it‘s not flexible at all, please carefully check your plan before you book Secondly, they will ask for a 40£ for insurance which the bank will hold this amount in your card for 10 days. However, for me it‘s was held from 26 May - 13 June (16 days in total). Which is very uncommon for a hotel to do that. I only done this when I rent a car but they returned the credit amount in the same day I returned the car I didn‘t have to wait 16days. So, for me this is very weird and unnecessary and extremely inconvenient. Everything in the room seem to be very fragile and breakable. For example, the door knob felt off the first time I tried to close the door. And since they hold my money for 40£. I was very scared that they are gonna charge me for it. But luckily they seem to understand that it‘s not my fault and quickly fixed it for me (which I really appreciate that). However, during all the time of my stay, I felt really panic, I could not relax from the feeling of always afraid that I‘d accidentally break something. The chair in the room was very not strong, I felt like it‘s about to break when I sat on it ( I am a female size 10uk). So I ended up sat on the floor the entire time I stayed there. Moreover, the wall was very thin I heard someone next to my room snoring. And I could here the noise from the street all night I could barely sleep. So, I 100% not recommend.

Only saw one lady very briefly only one toilet roll in bathroom no breakfast was told chef on holiday would of thought could of got cover while off .

Delightful stay close to the Curry Mile and Platts Park. Staff could not have been nicer.

Very easy to find, quiet and free parking. Had a free upgrade to a very nice room with a good shower, toiletries and lovely towels. The staff were fantastic.

Great accommodation for the price and location

Hosts were really friendly, room was great.

Don’t really like shared bathroom facilities, though nothing could have changed this in this hotel. Those shared facilities were actually great though.

Clean and comfortable. Short overnight stay. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately Breakfast wasn’t available due to the Chef being unwell, but otherwise had all facilities.

Very comfortable, with clean facilities and a welcoming host. Nice to have free parking as well and a view of the park from my window.

Only downside was that the walls were a little thin so I could hear the TV in the next room. But overall, it was a pretty quiet place to stay.
