Ok but overpriced

Clean and spacious apartment.

It was expensive for what it was. No coffee machine - only instant. Main road location was noisy in living room. Heating was initially set too high but it was adjustable.

It was a poor experience. Made for a poor beginning of our trip. Should not be on booking.com

Good Kitchen lounge combination.

The was no balcony worth considering or mention. The second bedroom should have been listed as a single bed, it was minature with a double bed spread across the whole room. The toilet (septic) jammed after first use, flooding the bowl. (Forcing us to use the Hilton Hotel over the road for our ablutions.)

Clean enough but could have been better.

Location.

The photos represented a very clean apartment. The rooms were as pictured but not as clean or crisp as the pictures suggest. A little tired and a feel of a student house at some stage. Parking was a little more restricted on time too only 2 30pm till 11am the next day.

Lovely overnight break. Would stay again

Hot water in shower wasn’t very hot. And although tea and coffee available there was no milk. But shop not far so fetched some

Convenient location with warm and welcoming hostess.

We thought the hosts put a lot of care and thought into making our entire stay comfortable. Speaking with the hostess Manuela was a delight as she was kind, warm, and welcoming. The location was extremely convenient. Our family was able to easily walk around town to the river, Shakespeare's birthplace, Shakespeare's new place, Anne Hathaway's cottage, and various restaurants and stores. The apartment was right next to a public footpath which made for a leisurely walk to Anne Hathaway's cottage.

Second bedroom very cramped. Smaller bed would be better. It would be helpful to let people know prior to booking that the parking is tight. A photo of the rear of the property would useful.

Lovely place easy and central for getting about

Second bedroom was a double but not much space once in, but did what we needed. Toiletries included was soap and shower gel. You Still need to take shampoo and conditioner.

Overnight break - catching up with friend

Great location - within walking distance of local attractions. Parking for 2 cars was great. Clean self contained apartment- everything we needed for short break. Comfortable beds and ideal facilities.

Exceptional

Beautifully furnished two bedroom apartment close to everything you may want to do in Stratford-upon-Avon. Nice pleasant balcony adjoining the main bedroom with a cute juliet balcony on the second bedroom. Nice looking laminated floors with a timber finish give the apartment a warm, welcoming feeling. Parking at the back is convenient and a welcome addition for travellers on a roadtrip style holiday. Beds were very comfortable.

This is really a 3-person apartment, for 4 people it would be very cramped

The location was good for walking into Stratford center

The location was on a very busy main road, no outside view of the apartment was supplied, no mention of this was made, the second bedroom was very small only just got a double bed to fit into it, bed in main bedroom had a very worn mattress so uncomfortable

Very good

Very nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen had everything mentioned. Parking off street, close walk to food shops is great for kids.

Stairs, hard to drag 3 heavy suitcases up.

My friend and I stayed for one night. Easy to find, great instructions on how to find the property and parking. Lovely location, super tidy and clean. Comfortable and appreciate the complimentary water, tea and coffee.

proximity to the town. the bathroom/great shower large kitchen/diner/lounge

2nd bedroom is tiny. The hallway was very narrow. one sofa, very uncomfortable. quite expensive

Awesome location. Super cute apartment. Very easy to find and access with lock box.

Very good

Great location and nicely appointed. Lots of character and only 15 minutes walk to RSC so a good spot for those visiting for theatre.

The second bedroom is extremely compact and too small really to house a double bed.

Disappointed with the quality of the flat, but the location was great.

The location was great.

One bedroom was very cramped. There was no light switch available when going downstairs. The towels could do with being replaced. The advertised balcony and its furniture were very dirty.
