Good value, very clean and an excellent breakfast. Checking in was easy with help from the staff. A good size room for a single bed and very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat nearby.
It's a fair distance from the main attractions, but if you have one of the scooter apps, maybe 20 mins away..

Beautiful old fashion entrance belonging to the house in general, and not to the hotel that’s on the second floor.
Good breakfast
The not very service minded lady without a smile, at the reception.
The “once long time ago” renovation of the rooms and breakfast lounge was a disaster. It was probably nicer in the original style. The room had a very thin door so you can hear everything from the corridor, and it also lets the light in from the corridor.
Make sure you have earplugs.
The shower is old and doesn’t feel fresh.

The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was nice, place was clean, beds – comfy.
It was too far from center, took us 1.5 hour each time to get to the centre (2 transportation).
4.5
Comfy beds, clean room, friendly staff, very good breakfast - well worth the price, thank you.

I left the keys to my boyfriend at the reception because we only had one, we came back at night but there is no one to open the door and we couldn't get in that night...we called and the person who answered the phone said he couldn't help us and that nobody would open that there was nothing to do, so be careful with this, we had to pay for another hotel tonight ..
The worst experience.

Location
No own parking space.
A bit old fashioned

The location was OK.
The bath tub was too deep and it was hard to get in and out of it. The same for the shower tray. It was too high from the floor and we found it very difficult to get on and off it.

Staff is really Nice. Pretty close to the subway Station. Overall Good value for money.
wifi disconnected over and over and you could only connect one device per person (you get a personalised login and Password (?))
plus the room looked way differentely than on the photos (like the photos were of another property). It didnt look bad, it was pretty okay. It just wasn’t What you’re showed it will be on Booking

Hotel Bellevue is great value for money. It is at a very accessible location close to S Bahn which goes all the way to airport and U3 subway line. The nearby restaurants are also awesome.
None.

The bathroom
The sleeping room had no window and no light at the bed.

I like the location, close to the train stations, and pharmacies and grocery stores and restaurants are just right in the corners. easy to find for first timer and they offered good breakfast.
broken lift on my 3 nights stay, loud other tenants with kids running around the hallway and morning vacuum sound.
you can hear every steps as the floor made of wood.

The double room was quite comfortable, the neighbourhood is calm. The bed was pretty soft, but rather comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast there, so can't comment on that.
The hotel is really outdated and could use some renovation, so although it seems pretty clean, it does have certain fixtures to do or towels to renew

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to the metro station (about 5 minutes walk). Historical interiors (a hundred-year-old tenement house). Staff nice and obliging, there was no problem with a little early check-in.
The interiors needed to be renewed. The minimalist room furnishings looked quite worn out. The miniature bathroom separated from the room was not very comfortable. This is a place for people who do not expect luxury.

I liked the breakfast, which was small, but had a lot of variety. Also dining room was clean and serving staff very attentive. 10 minutes walk from various U-bahn or S-bahn stations makes it quite convenient.
Bathroom although it was clean, it had stains from a long way back. For example between the tiles it was not totally white but a bit yellow and the shower floor had a sand stain "engraved" inside it. This was from long term usage, not because the room would not be cleaned before the last guest. Also you will wait a bit of time for hot water to arrive, so just do not be in a hurry. The mattress of 3rd bed in a triple room had an indent in the middle from someone heavy sleeping, the double beds had another softer thin mattress over the original, which for me was OK, but it was a little too soft for others. Keep in mind hotel is located in Berlin Eco zone, and while there is plenty of parking (paid by hour) in front of the hotel, you need to have the green dot, which needs to be ordered a bit before.

Location was good. Breakfast was good.
Heater was not working. On asking, I was told that this is not the exceptional cold season now, so we dont use heater in this weather. This was very disappointing. After mentioning heater in your amenities you dont provide it, as a guest, I feel cheated. The light given by a single lamp in the room was too less and no good for reading.
