Great value for money, great location (maybe if you have huge luggage then it being downhill makes going to the train station difficult) and had all needed for a stay before visiting Machu Picchu!
Nothing looked ultra modern or new, but who am I to judge when a renovation is due.
The genuine important thing is the noise from the running water. It put me to sleep, but if you’re a light sleeper, maybe stay further away from the noisy water (if such an option exists)

The staff very helpful. They offered to pick me up from the station. The room overlooking the river was a nice view.
It’s at the edge of the town, but walkable distance from everything and worth staying there for the view.
Breakfast at 4:30 am was appreciated.
Wi-Fi didn’t work.

Lovely space and great view. We loved the recommendations-especially checking out the butterfly sanctuary. Close to the bus stop. Thank you for picking us up at the train station :).
It’s all good.

Beautiful comfortable room with an amazing view. Freddie and Percy at reception were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. A great place to stay while visiting Machu Picchu and away from the busy touristy area.
Nothing to say, I loved it!

Good location, good price, clean linens and towels, comfortable bed and down comforter, friendly staff.
The little window in the bathroom did not have a screen, and some bugs came in from there.

the rooms are great and it’s in the silent location of Aguas Caliente

The views from the room!
It’s in front of small park and during our stay, people were playing music until 2am and so we were not able to sleep at all.

Great position, perfect if you plan on taking the bus to Machu Picchu. Rooms are clean and essential. Breakfast is very good (amazing coffee!) and it is served very early - you will have a lot of energy for your hike!

The room it was small but comfortable, clean and meet our needs just to stay over night rest after our busy day in the city

The staff members were sweet and helpful. They also locked up our luggage while we visited Macchu Picchu.
The rooms smelled horrible. My husband and I also woke up with bites on our body. I slept two hours because of the smell and itchiness.

great location; owner super nice and always happy to help … rooms with little balcony super cozy and comfortable ..
Been here 7yrs ago already and would come again back anytime I’m in Agues Caliente

Very nice view, easy access to everything, nice breakfast. Gisela, the girl at the reception is not only kind and helpful but well informed not only about the town and its atractions but other places in Peru. No doubt she is an asset for the B&B and its guests.

The place was clean and really nice. Gisela at the front desk was especially wonderful. Zero doubt this is where I stay next time I'm here. We even stayed another night, because we loved it so much.

Off the beaten path just down the hill which was nice! Be sure to explore Aguas Calientes! The huge soccer field was amazing.

Very very friendly staff! And the view from the terrace of our comfy room was amazing, straight onto the river and surrounding valley. We had to stay one extra night in Aguas Calientes and were happy to do so at Panorama.
4.5
Beautiful view from the room, very friendly personnel, comfortable mattress, good location
Lot of stairs to climb, the shower was very difficult to regulate, tv only in Spanish, no air-conditioning.
4.5
The owner and staff of the hotel were amazing.
4.5
It was basic but a Peruvian style property that is really all that is needed for a short stay in Machu Picchu Pueblo. Quiet location, amazing views from the rooms of the river (just as good as Sumaq two doors down and 1/10 of the price).
