Very welcoming and clean

Loved this cottage.. private with great access to the most amazing walks and dog friendly restaurants. West wittering beach less than a 10 minute drive.
The cottage had everything you could need, very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication from the just and onsite manager. Couldn’t fault a thing and will absolutely return.. thank you!
Loved everything.. it was perfect for our stay.

The location was OK
The hideous smell of gas and still waiting on refund after having to change and find somewhere else to stay for remain of time away

We had a big family party in Chichester so took 4 of the units, was a great way to spend time together but have our own space. Units were great for what we needed. Owners were lovely and very helpful.
Shower didn’t have great pressure but was fine for a couple of days otherwise really happy

The whole site was lovely and very dog friendly (even though I didn't actually travel with my dogs this time) with all gates having notices to keep them closed. The location was great for Goodwood and we went to one local pub, but there seemed too be plenty within a 10 min drive. The owners were friendly and helpful and the parking was good too. I liked the apartment, which had everything we needed and was very comfy, although we didn't use all the facilities as we were really just there for an hour before bed each night! The shower was great.
Personally I found the double bed too hard for my preference, but I like to have a very soft mattress, so others may find it comfy.

The views were lovely across fields and the golf course. Tranquil with a variety of sea and other birds passing through.
The gardens were beautifully maintained as were the fences and gates around the property. Lovely for families with children to have outside secure areas to sit and play.
The properties need thorough checking and maintenance. Broken taps, poorly placed or broken lighting, blocked and smelling drains. The bathrooms badly need upgrading, beds, carpets and furnishings need replacing. Boilers and heating systems need servicing. They are noisy & inefficient. Very ‘doggy smelling’ sofas covered in hair. Dirty carpets due to poor or absent doormats.

Everything was fabulous, as usual. It's the perfect place for a holiday with our dogs and Thelma and the team always make you feel so welcome - Huge thanks again

Loved that it was different/quirky, great location for us to get about. Lovely & warm, the bed was very comfortable too, nice powerful shower, had everything we needed for our stay
My husband said the toilet seat like to fall down while he was trying to have a wee !!!! So he had to stand at the side & keep it propped up with his knee 😆

Very comfortable and cosy. Ice machine in the courtyard is a great touch!

We stayed in the garden house. It was very warm, comfortable & clean.
It was great we could take our dog, we didn’t make use of the dog area as we were out and about.
The whole complex is a lovely place to stay.
The shower was very hot which of course is better than cold but we couldn’t find a way to turn down the heat.
Not being able to walk to the village as you turn off of a busy main road in to the complex so we had to drive somewhere to take our dog for his walk.
It was lovely being so near to Selsey and West Wittering beaches.

Key collection was seamless. Really happy with the enclosed garden for the dog and being able to sit out and relax. It was bad weather but we still enjoyed the trip and will be back.
Can't complain about anything really. Very happy with the stay. You need a car if you go here just FYI. Lovley countryside.

The private garden for our dog !
Lots of dark furniture and very small tv in huge cabinet…. Could have felt less cramped!

A quiet, pretty location with great views. Very secure garden for our dog, which she loved.
Friendly staff and a clean and comfortable little cottage. It even had tea, coffee, milk, orange juice , olive oil and herbs and spices. A rarity these days to get these added bonuses. We loved this place.
Nothing at all.

Lovely cottage at back of Mill, very quiet, very dog friendly.
Only drawback was no pavement on road outside so had to drive to public footpath literally a minute away to walk dog as too dangerous on B road but otherwise fab stay

The Glen cottage was very private with a small enclosed garden also another garden next to it. Being on my own I felt safe and also it was very secure for my dog , felt like home from home. It was very peaceful and relaxing.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

quiet lovely setting

The on-site staff were very warm and welcoming and the property was very clean and homely.
The mattresses badly need renewed, springs digging into me and beds that creek. The curtains in the main bedroom do not fit the window.
4.3
The site itself is peaceful, clean and well-appointed.
We would love to try some of the other accommodation on site too!
Everything we might need to know about was outlined in information packs and in correspondence before arrival.
Perfectly placed for the event we were attending and for a sneaky trip to the coast.
The parking was a bit tricky for us, due to other guests being a bit inconsiderate.

The peace of the area was great. The self catering accommodation was well appointed.
Nothing to complain about

The location is lovely, the cabin itself was very nice and I liked that was so quiet
It would be nice to have some grass in the small enclosed garden. I had to keep putting my dog on her lead to go to the loo on the grass area. She is small though so a bigger dog would be able to be in the larger garden and not get out through the gates ( she would get under or through them)

excellent location, communication and nice touches such as milk and biscuits etc.
bed was not long enough although suitable … WiFi poor

Lovely cottage (coach house)., everything you needed for self catering. Adequate parking.
We were a party of 3 so it suited us very well. I think 4 people may have found the downstairs a bit tight (eg dining table only accommodated 3).
