Excellent views, super hot tub and day bed. Beautiful pool and comfortable beds
Wi-if could do with a repeater for the bedroom.

Lovely villa
Pool was freezing and waterfall wasn't working. Although near the sea it was all rocks so we had to get a bus to the beach.

Excellent location. Sea views a bonus.
Pool cold but hot tub was the compensation.

We have just returned from 1 week in this fabulous villa. It has everything you need and more. Peaceful, private, comfortable, spotlessly clean etc etc. My wife is in a wheelchair and although the steps at the front door are challenging and doorways are narrow, it didn’t hinder or add any negatives to her or our stay.
We didn’t use the hot tub although I did have a look inside and again it smells and looks clean.
The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, perfect for storing lots of groceries. Dishwasher, washing machine etc. some places we have stayed previously have not had many kitchen utensils so it’s worth stating that this villa had everything!!!!!
The bbq and outdoor dining areas are excellent. The bbq has every utensil you need, just add charcoal..
The host was very helpful and professional. It was quite windy during our stay so I requested a net for the pool to fish out some leave etc that had blown in. We had a net the next day. The host was even going to send the pool guy over to clean the pool..
Loved every minute of our stay - So much so that we have booked to return in Oct before our holiday even ended.. First Class!!
As with most villas, car hire is advisable.. Not an issue for us but worth noting. Having said that, there is a shop within walking distance that seems to have everything you need..

Very comfortable, nice size for family of 4, well equipped and perfect outdoors space with beautiful pool, hot tub and views. Great location - 3 mins walk to the seafront and to the shops and a 10 mins drive to Playa Blanca. We loved the lighthouse at night too.
The pool was very chilly - but we went for February half term and this was not totally unexpected.

My friend and I spent a week there in late December, so I can only speak about this time period. This is the first extensive review I’ve ever written, as for me it was the perfect relaxing holiday to decelerate and decompress.
The Bungalow is situated at the edge of the compound, which for me was perfect.
The Garden
1. Fantastic View into open space with a only light house in the distance (can it get more idyllic?!) An actual ocean view, and only a five minute walk to dip your toes into the Atlantic.
2. You almost have no neighbours looking in, house to the right was not occupied (we think) only the house to the left a little bit (but low wall definitely worth the ocean view!) but us two women felt absolutely safe sunbathing topless as nobody could see us once we lied down on the sun beds. There is a small footpath/shortcut on the other side of the wall but we only observed the odd elderly couple or family walking by very few times a day.
3. Last but not least the garden design is so lovely and cozy with a roofed lounge bed, bbq shed and organic pool design - not heated, so really chill in December but the jacuzzi was far more important for us anyway :) Even some green lawn (most other gardens are white concrete/ black volcanic gravel only). Dark red tiles may feel rustic but for me preferable as you don’t get blinded by all the whiteness. All together a beautiful garden where you spend most of your time!
The House
1. Kitchen
All amenities we could think of where there, from electric Orange press to sandwich toaster, of course coffee and washing machine (comes in handy at the last day, clothes dry within 2 hours and you return home without the stress of having to do laundry)
The kitchen was equipped plentifully, even spices and a filled fruit bowl and bottle of wine as welcome gifts!
2. Bedrooms
The beds are comfy and have bedding with proper duvet covers (middle european style), many pillows (to take outside to the lounge bed!

I'll start by saying that we'd be back in a heartbeat, we had a wonderful stay. Despite a last minute booking the villa and grounds were immaculate. There are uninterrupted views towards Fuerteventura and the lighthouse. The area is quiet and peaceful.
The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. The shape of the pool doesn't lend itself to being covered when not in use, and solar heating can't compensate in winter. The water IS cold in December even after several sunny days. But after the initial shock of entry it was fine, and you can warm up again in the hot tub which is a wonderful place to watch the sun set. The pool is very shallow in about a third of the area so if you want to swim not paddle, you will be swimming in a circle in the larger deep area. The main reason for our trip and for choosing this villa was the ability to swim outside in a private pool, and it met our needs.
The villa itself is well-equipped and nicely decorated. A previous guest had taken the hairdryer, which Pedro replaced for us, but apart from that there was everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and tableware, and the external barbecue area is large. There's a big dining area outside as well as sunbeds and a variety of seating. The TV worked fine (once we'd worked out how to plug in the streaming box) and WiFi was strong in the main areas.
There's loads of storage space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels (including beach towels) were good quality. Bring eyeshades if you're a light-sensitive sleeper as the architecture of all the local villas includes light wells.
There are shops and a good variety of restaurants at Faro Park, a short walk away, which were sufficient for our short stay. From there you can take a reliable, cheap and frequent bus to Playa Blanca. And if you walk a few minutes towards the coastal pathway, there's a restaurant with a gastronomic menu and lovely views.
There's not a lot of information in the villa other than manuals for electronic devices, so you need to be fairly self-sufficient. Having said that, it was all pretty intuitive and we had Pedro's phone number.

Quiet Location
BIZZARRE : SENT WITH FORCE "ENVIADO CON FUERZA"
My wife and I are in our 50's and we have two late teenage daughters.
We are a quiet, polite, well mannered and very inoffensive family.
We chose Aguamarina 21 having read the glowing reviews including those about the host.
The host we encountered ( but never met) became very agitated by us arriving 30mins EARLY , not late.
We sat on the doorstep at the villa for one hour and 15 minutes before trying back door which was open throughout and the keys for the villa were on the table .
He captioned his text messages "enviado con fuerza" meaning sent with force.
He claimed that he lived next door and could be with us in 2 minutes yet he never arrived at all.
He messaged us in the early hours of the morning claiming that we broke into his property and demanded a €500 cash deposit which he would return at his discretion.
Our second day started with a call from a booking.com rep. (who was very professional) expressing concerns raised by our host about the fact that we broke into his property which he never visited during our stay.
Overall our host was rude, offensive and intimidating, he cast a shadow on our first sun holiday in 20 years and was nothing like the attentive host we read about in his previous reviews.

This villa is perfectly positioned if you want to stay in/near Faro park. It has a great view out to sea. The hot tub was a lovely end to the day's fun in the pool. The pool is one of the nicest that we have used in Lanzarote. Pedro was an excellent host. He was available over the phone if we needed him. We can't wait to go back.

Fabulous location. Wonderful pool, hot tub and BBQ area. Pedro was an incredible host, even dropped in coffee capsules for the machine (plus a bottle of wine!)
It would have been handy to have some BBQ lighters and coal and matches on hand, but the local supermarket had them anyway

Lovely place , quiet location very comfy

The villa is as in the pictures - nicely furnished with an open view towards the sea. The garden is beautifully landscaped - the best among the villas around. The pool lits up at night - it must be lovely to spend the evenings in the garden when the weather is warm enough. The host is really nice and helpful, responding to messages immediately. He had left a large bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine ad a welcome gift. The sheets change and cleaning mid-week was a nice bonus. The pool was cleaned too (thought we hardly used it).
We enjoyed the stay but the pool temperature was too cold to swim in December. Same temperature as the sea so I preferred the sea :-) I would recommend an extra blanket or duvet for the cold winter nights as well as sharper kitchen knifes.
