Love the location, very tranquil hotel

Nice quiet location, away from the crowds and easy to access tourists attractions

There is no complimentary water in the room. Also the fact that there is no option when booking to include a rate with breakfast is not attractive. You are then forced to pay for breakfast on a daily basis, such an inconvenience. Considering the location of the hotel, they must reconsider having a room dinner service.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble

La situation géographique parfaite, les voituriers étaient géniaux et très professionnels, la chambre était superbe et très propre et le coin piscine est super.

On nous a facturé des choses sans nous préciser ce que c'était, il n'y a pas de transparence totale sur ce qui est débité de notre compte après le séjour.

Great value, comfortable hotel but be aware of limited amenities.

Location is good; close to Lincoln Road shopping and an easy taxi/trolley bus ride down to Ocean drive area. Shuttle over to beach at weekends (the shuttle driver Denise is a fabulous mine of great local info and it's worth a ride just to have a chat!) otherwise 30min walk. The roof-top pool is a nice place to chill, rooms well appointed and a decent size, beds comfortable and this hotel is value for money given the location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not provide breakfast but there are lots of great places within a few minutes walk - Rosetta bakery fabulous for coffee and pastry!

Starting to show a few signs of wear, the odd item of damaged furniture, the balcony door did not lock (screws missing from mechanism) some tiles around pool sunken and need resetting - general maintenance issues. Mention these to staff and they will be fixed of course. No information provided in room about location or use of facilities (we were given a basic info sheet on arrival) or any details of local facilities or services. Given the hotel has only very basic amenities, guests would be well compensated by providing lots of info on local amenities and services.

My stay was good just not worth the price plus the breakage fee that I had to put down was a big steep

I like the property but the lighting was too bad in the bathroom we need bright lights for people who wear make up it’s hard to see!

There’s no drinking water.. we free water to drink in the bottles so we don’t have to come down stairs every time we are thirsty!

Everything was lovely! From the staff to the ambiance!! The King bed w/ balcony was extremely comfortable.

The shower makes a bit of a mess, it doesn’t have the proper door so be careful. However, the pressure of the water is amazing

Deception

The bed was good and staff were helpful

I was deceived on the location. The pictures show that the hotel is right at the beach. It was a mile + away. I didn’t appreciate the deception.

I would return

Everything was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel has an amazing shuttle bus driver name Denise. The pool area was amazing especially at night.

Top hotel met vriendelijk personeel!

Personeel is super vriendelijk! Ze denken goed met je mee en staan ieder moment voor je klaar, ook via je mobiel kan je hun makkelijk een berichtje sturen en reageren ze snel. Mooie dakterras met een lekker zwembad.

Hotel zit een beetje weggestopt aan de weg, niet heel ruim qua lobby en entree.

For two nights and with my child was great. It is more of a beach style room not luxurious.

Clean and friendly. Location was close to restaurants and shops. Walking distance.

It was decent, but would not stay here again.

We didn’t have a working tv for our entire stay, we had to pay $42 per day to park, and there was no microwave in our room. Not only was there no microwave in our room, we were told there was not a microwave on the premises that we could use. We had to use an outdoor microwave at a nearby Whole Foods .

Expensive, but if you utilise all the extras and amenities - worth it!

The property was beautiful, very luxe and clean decor. Amenities included a gym, beautiful rooftop pool area and extras such as social hour each night in the reception area that had free unlimited wine. They also have a wellness program that entitles guests to free yoga and wellness sessions that were an added bonus. My friend and I also utilised this hotels offerings of “forgotten to pack” services, which allowed us to borrow a flat iron, and salon quality hair dryer just by calling reception. We also got a free shuttle service to Miami Beach.

The pool bar was barely operational during our stay and the menu offerings were extremely limited. The room was a little cramped with two queen beds, and the bathroom sliding door did not shut all the way.

Bad

The modern look and the room was nice.

The ac didn’t work from the time we entered the facility. The stay lies that it was working although the thermostat in our room displayed otherwise. My wife is 8 months pregnant, so we had to cut our vacation short because we could not stay an extra night there.

The area around the hotel was a bit more "sketchy' than I had hoped and didnt feel comfortable walking around at dusk or later. Also, the pool area closing at 7pm was disappointing. While I understand not wanting people swimming at night, i had hoped to be able to sit up there and enjoy the view

It was ok, the other guests were a mixed group, some not so great, including the women smoking weed.

There was no place to sit down and play a game with my family. We went in the restaurant but they weren’t welcoming and kicked us out at 8:45.

room had some defects broken bathroom room door would get stuck hard to close. The handle on the bathroom door was broke prior to getting the room. Water pressure was down due to a busy pipe , I feel as though a discount should have been offered due to the inconvenience.
