Had everything we needed for our reunion. Spent much of our time in the pool and so many of the options there

This was a wonderful house for our three families totaling 6 adults and 6 young children. The pool, game room and hot tubs provided lots of entertainment for the kids and adults. The house was well appointed but we did have to provide our own pool toys. The setting is very quiet and secluded. Fire pit was enjoyed too.

We enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Our gathering started with a stove top unit that malfunctioned on Saturday evening. Mighty Tree Properties manages the property and they were immediately responsive to the problem. Highest ratings for them on this issue and in general! They contacted Mr. Jeff Smith, who owns the company that oversees maintenance on many properties in the area. He arrived very soon and quickly disconnected the gas and reassured us we were safe in the home overnight. He searched over the weekend for a replacement and installed it within a few days. He provided an electric griddle and a two burner high quality electric hot plate for the interim. Those, with the oven and grill, served our needs. On a scale of 1 to 10, Mr. Smith was an 11.
Our grandkids enjoyed the pool and basement game room, which was well used during several rainy days.
The guys liked the shower in the basement bathroom, not fancy, but functional. The rocking chairs on the back porch were a hit with all of us.
Like our own home, this house could use a little love in the way of touch up paint, and a quick cleaning of the living room seating pieces. I am a gardener and spotted some poison ivy in the decorative grasses in the front. Some weeding is recommended around the many shrubs and plantings.
The home was as expected, and we are happy to recommend it.

Our group of 16 women stayed comfortably here. It is very clean and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful yet still close to downtown Asheville and the Parkway. The host was easily contacted and immediately took care of a couple small forgettable issues we had. I did let them know that the grounds and back balcony needed some cosmetic attention as well as the living room furniture. All the beds were comfortable and we loved sitting on the back balcony in the rocking chairs. The hot tub and pool were nice and we loved the game room.

Property was good, had a few issues (ie broken stove burner and cockroaches) but the owners/property management company was responsive and checked in with my group often. The location was good - right off I-26 and easy to access other surrounding downs and downtown Asheville.

Game room was perfect for us, this is where we hung out majority of the time. The property is huge and set back as to not be a problem to neighbors.

We were very pleased with Brook Knoll. The house is spacious and perfect for everyone to have their privacy. The porch is so inviting and we enjoyed the fire pit area. Loved having a garage as it rained a couple of days. So we were able to load and unload in the garage. The neighborhood looks iffy when you drive in and out but not problems. Quiet area and so close to Asheville downtown.

Wow! This place was PERFECT for our group. Although we only had 8 of us, we could've fit so many more! The beautiful entrance to the home was lined with trees with the home directly in the center of your view. The house was huge and every single room was larger than I had ever seen. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. And the best game room! The hot tub could hold 7 people comfortably and the fire pit was absolutely perfect. AND the home was also pet friendly. What more could we have asked for?! We will definitely be back, especially in the summer for that pool!!!

Loved this house! Gigantic hot tub and if the weather had permitted, I'm sure the pool would have been great too. Plenty of room for our group of friends and we all had a blast!

We go with 5-7 friends each year to a different location for a cycling trip during fall break. Everybody loved the property! We used the hot tub a couple times and the fire pit one night. Kitchen was nice to cook in. Close proximity to Asheville and Bent Creek trails as well as to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. Owner/Mgmt was extremely communicative and timely. Quiet backyard was very peaceful.

The house was very clean. Code did not work when we arrived but they responded quickly. There were some maintenance issues (ice maker didn't work, Broken chairs, leaky faucet, broken bed frame, only one dish towel which wasn't stated on description, only 3 knives and 8 spoons for 15 people, sliding door wouldn't lock but was fixed next day, missing light bulb in dining room). The kids enjoyed the pool and yard and we had a great time in spite of some minor issues. The maintenance supervisor came later in week to look at problems and was going to address the issues for the next renters. We did daily trips into Asheville for activities and it was a short drive into the city. The kitchen was spacious and overall the house was a good fit for our family.

A beautiful home tucked away in a quiet, country neighborhood in Weaverville. It's very close to the interstate so very easy to get to Asheville. The house met the needs of 4 families for a week. I would definitely book it again.

The house is beautiful and located on a huge property. All you need to do is pack your clothes. They have everything you'll need for your stay including games, pots and pans etc. The customer services was excellent. Location is 15 mins from Asheville downtown. I highly recommend.

Overall my experience was GREAT! There was so much room for all 14 of us. I loved that the kids basically had their own corner of the house where they could be as loud as kids can be without disturbing the adults. The game area was amazing. Unfortunately we weren’t able to play air hockey because the plug was broken but that wasn’t a big deal because there were soo much more to do. I would definitely visit again!

I would 100% rent from Mighty Tree again

First, we loved how close this house was to downtown Asheville - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
The view was 😍 in the evenings.
To be honest, this was the best well equipped vacation house we’ve stayed in. We didn’t have to lug a bunch of cooking + living necessities up there which was amazing.
The beds were so comfy, the porch the optimal “hang” spot for our group of family and friends that gathered to celebrate a milestone birthday.
We’ll definitely be staying there again!

This was the perfect spot to spend my birthday weekend with my family. I was looking for a big house (12 of us), in a nice location (the yard was beautiful with fall colors), a fire pit, and game room. It was cozy, clean, and was enough space for my large family. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for our multi generational family to gather and relax. There is a HUGE game room in the daylight basement with pool, ping pong, air hockey, and basketball game to keep the kids entertained. Best part was that they could be loud in the basement and the adults upstairs could still visit in peace. Wonderful place!
10.0
Our intergenerational family greatly enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and well-kept. The pool and property were very nice, and the neighborhood was low-traffic and made for pleasant walks. The game room was great and kept up well.
The kitchen was well-stocked with items that made cooking convenient. Great grill outside! Also, we appreciated that the showers came equipped with shampoo and conditioner, and the washer/dryer had detergent for us to use!
Some drawbacks:
We were surprised that the room with bunk beds did not have a door, so it was a bit noisy to sleep in with other activity during the night. The shower upstairs did not have as hot water as we were comfortable with, so all of us used the showers downstairs. We would have appreciated having more than one bath towel per person but appreciated the large washer/dryer to keep fresh towels.
The management was very helpful and responsive.
Overall, it was a great stay and would recommend it!

Comfortable family stay
The house is in a small neighborhood, but it’s on a big lot, so it feels very private. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch and around the pool. It was an easy drive to Asheville, The Biltmore, and hiking trails.

The home is absolutely beautiful and is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The rooms are very spacious, beautiful furniture, and serene environment. The management provides excellent communication and customer service. Our family loved the game room, pool, and hot tub. The neighbors were also very friendly. I highly recommend this property for your vacay stay.

Beautiful setting Close to Asheville
The house was lovely and well equipped fir cooking
The setting was very pretty with pretty landscaping the pool was nice and there was a hot tub
Great location to see Asheville and to do activities in surrounding region
Our only complaint was that the hot water heater was not working well

Perfect location for a large group traveling to Asheville
The listing is very accurate, the house is great and the location is perfect! Communication was excellent and check in was easy! Finding the house would be a challenge late at night due to the flag lot type driveway and non-sequential mailboxes, but that is a tiny complaint! Would recommend to any large group headed to Asheville.

Excellent home for family gathering! Fun place to stay! Only thing that wasn’t up to our satisfaction was the amount of time we had to spend!

Yes, we enjoyed the stay and would love to come back to the property in the future. My only complaint's are the pool being advertised and offering to have it heated but then it wasn't available, I understand seasonal reasons but I could have possibly chosen other options had that also been advertised. I loved the jacuzzi but the water looked like it may not have been cleaned and also the property could have just been cleaned much better. Again, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.
