Comfortable, Secured, Clean, And Private

Everything was so clean, comfortable. I love the floor plan it is so nice and just great. I have stayed here before and I have never regret it. I will be staying here all the time.

The perfect home

I loved that it had all you need. It has a private patio to relax for the day. The air conditioning was amazing. Comfortable bedding and very clean. I will definetly stay here over and over again.

Good family stay in a quiet area

Large living space, good floorplan, good kitchen appliances. A/C worked very well. The "welcome box" of goodies was a nice touch. Shaded carport was very welcomed for a summer stay in Phoenix.

Some furnishings a bit shabby and worn, floors failed the "white socks" test, mattress sagging and uncomfortable. Although I suspected the pool might be a community pool, it wasn't made totally clear in the website description of the property. Likewise, the "barbeque" was a community appliance in the pool area and was in an unacceptable, dirty and unusable condition,.. appeared unused for some time.

Calm and relaxing with a sense of home.

The skyline on the roof gave alot of day light. The high ceilings gave it a very open feeling. It gives a home like feeling.

Master shower struggled to set water to hot.

The townhouse was perfect for our trip! My daughter graduated from GCU we were close to her campus and had easy commuting to and from our place to hers!

very minor—the outdoor furniture could be more comfortable. The only thing we were missing was a large pot (Safeway had lobster on sale for $5.99 each), we did not have a pot to boil it in…found other means.

Superb

Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen with modern appliances. Very good location. We requested extra blankets and owners provided brand new ones the same day. Also extra garbage bags were delivered upon request.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved. The blanket on the couch needed to be washed.

Maybe replace some of the washcloths. A couple of them had some stains from age. Not a big deal.

Superb

The townhome was beautiful. It was truly a joy and gave an at home feeling while on vacation. We stayed for 5 nights. Pool was heated and very comfortable. There was an entire kitchen of utensils and items to use. Everything was great overall. I would definitely stay again!

Upon arrival at 3:14 pm the unit was not cleaned from the last guest, but the hosts were quick to accommodate. Ryan quickly came and brought us fresh towels. He sent me a text at 4:41 pm letting me know that everything was all set and they accommodated us for the inconvenience. We visited the pool on the last evening and there were a lot of flying bugs like bees and a couple of large carpenter bee looking insects. They were a little annoying but that all seemed to die at a splash of water. On the last day of the trip the internet got really spotty. I was unable to log out of my Netflix account in the living room due to network connectivity issues.

Superb

The townhome was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The price was great, it was clean, the bed was comfy and the neighborhood was quiet. The location was also great- I went on an excursion and the tour guide picked me up at the front door of the townhome because its location. We Loved this place!

Had a few small issues: Master bathroom sink drained slowly and the remote in the living room probably needs to be replaced.

Overall it was very nice.

The location was great and very central. The accommodations were very nice inside.

It would have been nice to have more bath towels. We couldn’t find any dishwasher soap and our bathroom had no bath gel.

This location was perfect for my girlfriend and I's romantic getaway! Very private, with responsive hosts and great facilities!
