Location was excellent

Accommodation warm and cosy, scenery beautiful - sorry that I did not have any time to sit in conservatory and just enjoy it due to being busy out and about and preparing special meal for son's birthday. I had to leave early on Sunday to take another son for flight to London. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking for 6 adults and 3 children.
Lighting poor in twin bedroom -unable to read a book.
Dining room - space quite neat around table for moving around with everyone seated.

Fantastic location with great views over Loch Long. Walkable to local pubs and eateries. Path that leads up to the Cobbler right beside house.
Great dining space to accommodate meals as a large group. House very cosy. Ample electric heaters available if required, however, these were never needed. Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. All bedrooms had an en-suite shower apart from bunk bed room. This was very handy. Lovely complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Well equipped kitchen as well as complimentary Twinnings teabags and a coffee machine available for use.
We had a great stay. Some of the en-suites could maybe require a little bit of upgrading

The location is perfect for a chilled holiday. Lovely walks. The property is comfortable and well equipped . As our group consisted of 4 generations of the family and 3 dogs it could have been difficult to please everyone however all were delighted with the stay
A means of enclosing the garden for dogs would have been ideal but a small issue

very clean great location and ideal for all health abilities
the only issue we had was it could have done with one kingsize bed as my husband is 6’4 and struggles with the double beds

Lovely house, immaculate and clean. And the owner Anna was the nicest. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She was always present and accesible. The area itself is a revelation. Just sitting in the conservatory with loch views was a pleasure let alone anything else. Highly recommend.
Very little if anything was wrong with the place.

property is stunning, very large which could easily accommodate 12 people, house is larger than it looks on the web site and was spotless
garden was large enough for kids to play, it’s obviously well thought out for your comfort, the family who run the let couldn’t do enough for us, many thanks
nothing - we all loved our stay and
we all highly recommend this

Nice location and comfortable accommodation.
Comfortable beds.
Very noisy busy road in front of property although very close to edge of the Loch (Long). Large HGVs passing from very early in the morning.

Ben Bheula was perfect! It had everything you possibly needed. Location was beautiful!
Few niggles with the hot water but nothing that couldn’t be solved. Only other thing would have been sometimes it became too hot and even though we turned the thermostat down it never reduced the temp of the house.

spacious layout, very good use of public/shared spaces, bedrooms comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, two fridge freezer so great for our size of group, very efficient heating system
Wi-Fi, Sky tv, ample parking at property, lovely views
minor issue, could have more power in the showers

The house was beautiful, plenty of space for our family gathering, 5 kids 5 adults. Adults had space to find a quiet space while kids where still able to play their games! The location is amazing location, the only downside is the garden is not enclosed so kids could be left to go out side by themselves as near busy road. Great views of loch long and loved having my morning coffee in the conservatory!

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
