Roami at Motorworks was the perfect place for our week long vacation. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The directions were very straightforward and we had an easy check in and check out. The French Quarter was only about a 30 minute walk and it only took a few turns to get there. We ended up walking every morning which worked out perfectly. Both the support staff and cleaning crew were helpful and quick responding when we had a question. It was an extra perk that the sister condo across the street had a rooftop pool as well as a gym that we were given access to. Overall I would highly recommend the property and would 100% stay here again!
The only issue we ran into was with parking. The property does not have on site parking so we had to park in a garage down the street for an extra charge.

The room was amazing. Loved the atmosphere and how close it was to everything. Comfortable beds, kitchen was equipped the jacuzzi was the best part.
We never got small face towels, was very had the check in to the room. But the call assistant did help as best as she could

Spacious and nicely appointed
We had to switch units because the first one we had had some significant maintenance issues. The second one was much better

Apartment size and location were amazing. Washer dryer, tons of towels, comfortable beds, large kitchen, coffee maker etc. All great and super spacious. Super reasonable price as well.
Main issue is that there were tiny ants all over the kitchen countertop!! Didn’t see them for the first couple of days, then on day three we saw tiny ants on the paper towels and food on countertop.
Another concern is that the blinds need to be replaced, as they were damaged and many were broken and could not be opened. Would be nice to have blackout shades or curtains as there’s so much light during the evening.
Last thing is noise — loud traffic notice at night took some getting used to.

Great location, very spacious apartment, washer dryer, good price
floor was very dirty, multiple things were broken/unusable ( one kitchen chair, dishwasher tab door lock, upstairs toilet, vanity cabinet drawer, burnt-out light bulbs, pull down shades).

La ubicación y el departamento en general.
Las instalaciones descuidadas.Olores extraños en los pasillos. No funcionaba el ascensor.Nos pasaron la contraseña para entrar cuando estaba con las valijas en la puerta y tuve que preguntar .3 veces..

The art and the location.
The check in was a nightmare. Nobody was helpful except the last CR I spoke to on the phone. Andy was rude asf. The property was dirty. There was no pool as advertised. There were no wash cloths or hand towels. It was a complete disappointment and ruined New Orleans for us.

A huge apartment for a great price.
Although I signed a lease that says no smoking and no loud music after 9pm, on the first night there was a loud party in the hallway with smoking and drinking and lots of people. The party lasted well into the morning hours. Also, the master bathroom has a sliding door which doesn’t allow for much privacy.

beautiful artwork, quick response time for emergencies, wonderful a/c, super spacious, not too noisy, close to corner store and a lot of restaurants.
broken dryer, no parking included(we paid 140 for 3 days of parking in a garage), property was not ready and available to us at check in time, got locked out of our room 3 times due to broken emergency lock that the manager said he knew about.

The location and easy accessibility to downtown

My apartment was spacious and felt like a home
Neighborhood has many homeless people and entry didn’t always feel safe with the code. Also my bath drainage and shower was broken and i’m surprised they didn’t catch this with previous guests. Couldn’t shower for two days because no one answers their customer service line. The staff on-site if you’re lucky enough to bump into one are very helpful however

Good location, friendly staff and residents.
My wife and kids got locked in the room and couldn’t get out until after 9am because they don’t have 24 hour maintenance. Dryer didn’t dry clothes made a request for them to fix it. Had some dude come look at it but couldn’t figure out what was wrong. (Dryer vent hose was full of water and needed to be replaced) so they told us to go back and fourth to and from the unit next to ours to do laundry. Disappointed because I didn’t get everything I was paying for.

I recently visited a new location, having previously stayed at the Brandywine. The area felt secure, with restaurants and attractions nearby. I appreciated the convenience of a grocery store within close proximity. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe during the first two days of my stay. However, there was a minor issue with the washer that required attention. Thankfully, Lance promptly resolved the problem by cleaning the filter.
It would have been more comfortable if there were additional seating options in the living room besides the single love seat that was available. Additionally, the bed sheets were stained and required replacement.

the property was very well equipped and modern - the beds were comfortable as well
we had the downstairs apartment at the front of our property which looked out onto the road. one of the blinds didn’t fully close to the bottom of the window which made us think people would be able to see into the room and one of the party was sleeping on the sofa bed in that room. in reality it was not an issue.

I like the location of the location if the property and how straightforward the check in process was.
I didn’t have anything I didn’t like about the property.

Great place.lots of room
The smell in the hallway smelled like cheap after shave

The unit was great and the location wonderful for us since we were there for the WWII museum and you could see it from the location.
The tv setup was awful. Trying to watch the news was almost impossible
3.5
Looks nice, beds are comfy, plenty of space for everyone's stuff
Getting into the apartment late because the cleaning staff was still in there was frustrating, as well as the bathroom still being dirty
4.5
clean, beautiful, spacious, near to where we wanted to be
The master bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Beds were hard for getting handicapped granddaughter in and out. Hard on backs. someone tried to get in our door. The next morning we saw damage on ours and several others. Hope cameras show who???
4.5
Great place, very convenient! Full of great amenities that would make a longer term stay very comfortable!
The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful.
I don't mind not having on-site staff but some guests seem to be taking advantage of it. Our neighbor was smoking weed from the day we got there until the day we left and it smelled in the hallway and part of our apartment. On top of that, there some strange looking people going in and out of the building.
I understand that those are customer issues and that there isn't much that the management can do about it.
It felt safe overall and we didn't have any issues.

Location was convenient, loved architecture and style of room, loved having kitchen necessities (pots, pans, silverware) streaming TV services a plus
Jack hammering the street at 6am multiple days of our stay, 5 feet from our room (while I realize this is not Sextant's fault, it was terrible), only one blanket for three guests (we used pull out bed for our child)
