excellent building in an ideal location

It was clean and spacious in a nice historic building in a perfect location in the CBD. Great for our family. Walkable to everything. The staff were nice and the property managers responded quickly to any question we had.

The apartment was great so any criticism is really minor. The furnishings were a little sparse—there were no dressers or shelves for clothes, just a closet. And it would have been ideal if there had been a washer/dryer.

Fraudulent transaction and staff didn't verify ID and cc.

My wallet and phone were stolen and used to book here. Staff didn't verify ID of the reso, and cc. And now I'm fighting to get reimbursed due to the fraud.

great location and it’s got a charm to the place. really nice. good restaurants nearby and plenty of parking options

old building so can hear neighbours or people walking in hallway. fhe ac doesn’t get that cold during the day.

Easy check in, easy check out

The ice thing in the freezer door on outside broken kept dropping ice and leaking water on floor. Could of had slightly better or more comfortable seating in common space.

Cute and convenient place, good value.

The location was excellent! A parking garage was directly across the street. Close enough to the hustle and bustle without being in it. The rooms were big and nice and comfy beds (besides the pull out couch).

The living room sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable! A new sofa is for sure needed! The ice maker wasn't working in the fridge. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the condo upon arrival. It smelled like Marijuana and lysol mixed together. We got used to it, however upon leaving and coming back we would notice it again.

Amazing location, huge apartment!

Great location, equipped with everything you should need. Huge space

Small TV screen, not that it matters too much.. There were only 2 coffee pods for 4 nights stay..

Pleasant

The apartment was big. Not too clean, floor dirty. Old furniture, their lobby was awful, old and smelly. There was no one to check you in and out. Right before your stay they email codes to get I'm. Would not go there again.

Great experience, love the place. it’s beautiful

it was so beautiful inside, love it.

The fire alarm that went off at 2am, wasn’t the ideal moment but also know that wasn’t the hotels fault.

The alexandre was an amazing hotel to stay in.

Location was great. Had a cancelled flight and property manager did everything to accommodate us. The rooms were amazing so spacious and so nice. Definitely will stay here again.

Loved the location! It was very clean and comfortable. Nice decor. Beds and bedding were so nice.

I would only make the suggestion to put a luggage rack in the bedrooms. I had to move one of the dining table chairs into my closet to put my suitcase on.

The Alexander was the ideal selection to ensure our trip was unlike any we had had before.

The accommodations far exceeded the price I paid. All of us loved it there.

If there was one thing that could've been better it would've been PARKING. The site doesn't have any parking area

Clean, central, perfect!

Easy to find the location. I arrived late at night, but I felt safe checking in using the codes they sent to me beforehand. The apartment was super clean and very accommodating. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong enough so I could do some work one day. The location was perfect: walkable to the French Quarter, Magazine St, the WWII Museum, etc. But also tucked away a bit so you're not in the thick of it the chaos of the French Quarter. The staff were very responsive and available when I had a late-night request on the first night. Definitely would stay here again!

The walls are thin so I could hear people out in the hallway, but I have a noise machine app and headphones so I was able to block it out. I recommend bringing earplugs or a similar sound machine setup/app and headphones.

All about money, they try to trick you with cleaning fee, added but not advertised, non refundable, they managers are unprofessional and don’t adderess complaints!! rate 0!!
