This was an ok hotel. Nothing updated about it, the rooms were small for our family of 5, and the biggest down fall staying here with a family was our room window was parallel to bars that opened at 11pm. Would not recommend this place for a family. We were in NOLA for a saints game and didn’t see this night life there when I looked into the area. However, Biggest downfall for the overall stay was the construction that is happening in the lobby and elevators. They were down to using only one elevator the day we checked out. All of that was just a hot mess. As far as the Employees, they were fine, nothing crazy on customer service or did anything to make you feel welcomed. All in all, I will never stay here again unless it’s a last resort for my husband and I.

The room was great. The lobby was undergoing renovations, but customer service managed to be courteous. The only drawback was a $50 valet parking reqiurement llus another $50 incidental charge that wasn't mentioned in the amenities through your site. There were only 2 valets and the process was really slow during any interaction. People were lined up inside and outside of their cars trying to get service. The line extended out into oncoming traffic each time which was terrifying. We had to wait nearly 20 minutes to drop our vehicle off after a night out. I loved the suite, but they need to work on the valet service.

Lovely place to stay, even through their renovation. Staff was great, beds were comfy. Breakfast could’ve been a little better, but they were not in their usual spaces due to the renovation. I would only seek more opportunities to recycle.

The room was good but the hotel was being renovated and they randomly turned off the water without warning. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was either friendly or not depending on who helped you.

Great staff! Overall clean hotel! The sofa in bedroom looked stained and dirty. The ac fan clicked randomly, which interrupted our sleep.

This was my first time in New Orleans and I wasn't for sure where to stay this hotel was perfect the staff was wonderful even housekeeping was nice. We paid for Valet and the guys were wonderful in taking care of our Truck . Overall experience I give them a 10/10 wonderful stay

Initially the hotel looked nice. The lobby was nice, clean, and there was a nice fragrance. Then when we got to the room, it was cramped and dark. The fridge wouldn't cool to the correct temperature (I have allergies and the fridge was a big reason for us picking this hotel since I had to bring my own food). The pillows immediately went flat and the air conditioning unit would frequently make a loud noise whenever it kicked on. All the noise from the street was very loud in the room. At one point, there was a marching band type parade going by at midnight. Not sure how much they would be able to block it, but it was so loud that it was as if we were outside. All in all, it was okay.

The smell in the lobby was amazing, the breakfast was not bad and our stay was pleasant, despite the renovations going on.

I enjoyed my stay, but I had a few issues that made my stay a 10/10 a 6/10. Upon arrival, they had a roach in the restroom by the sink and a gecko on the walls over our bed. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk but overall I had a nice stay.

Stayed here twice so far, both times for events near by. Never had an issue with the staff or the rooms. Very convenient to walk pretty much anywhere within the city.

I think the staff was very accommodating. I think the room did not have enough light. And the walls were dark. The suite I was in was awkwardly shaped with a very small window. The view from the window was to a courtyard that was not being used. I’m not sure if it was under construction but it was not what I wanted to see. The rooms were oddly numbered. It was confusing finding our room initially. Overall it was a good stay for the price but they need to make the room much brighter. They provided breakfast, which was good and it was in walking distance from the main New Orleans area.

I didn't like the view from my room.

Would have been helpful if a mirror at the other sink. One mirror and 5 people was difficult. One bathroom was a challenge enough

The room was clean and comfortable, but the forced valet parking with a $42 fee and long waits to park / claim car due to lack to staffing was ridiculous. The front desk staff was not friendly and the check-in process was extremely slow. The snack bar was decently stocked, but you had to wait in line at the front desk (again dealing with the slow process / minimal staff) to pay for items.

It was ok. The amenities seemed a bit on the lower end of things for a suite. The breakfast was actually decent. I would stay there again but not for the price.

The staff was 10/10 amazing!!! So friendly and helful. It was loud because of the live music outside.

The just staff here is too busy doing their nails at the front desk to help anyone. You cannot reach the hotel on the phone at all The decor is jab and ugly. My patio is full of construction material it is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed and $42 for parking is high so far from the quarter

Front desk staff were very helpful, & valet exceeded all expectations! Room was perfect and cleaning staff were very accommodating.

Easy walk to the Convention Center, surrounded by art galleries. If you're new to New Orleans or not used to big cities you may find the vicinity a little intimidating. But if you feel.comfortable, definitely take a walk around the neighborhood.

Great property near cruise port and around corner from WW2 museum. A nice healthy 20 min walk to French Quarter. Not as much noise as in French Quarter

Great customer service by Valet Crew.
There were dead roaches sitting in the hallway for 2 days

This hotel is ideally located near the convention centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and air conditioned. We only used the pool once and the water was nice and warm. The only downside is that there were no umbrellas by the pool and nowhere to sit in the shade. They could improve the pool area by adding umbrellas and more Sun loungers.
In the breakfast area plastic cutlery is used and polystyrene plates which isn’t eco-friendly.

There is a parking garage available for a fee, conveniently located in the same building. Although the pool water did not look clean, the front staff was amazing, and overall, we had a great stay. We would love to come back soon!

Everything was as expected- my only issue was my in room coffee maker was missing the basket to hold the coffee. However the very friendly security officer had hot fresh coffee ready in the lobby at 5am.
