It’s an amazing boutique hotel, just adorable look at the pictures online. I fell in love with every member of the staff. The restaurant is amazing. The artwork is amazing. It’s so centrally located. I highly highly recommend this. Make sure you get a room with the private bath for an extra $10-20.
I mentioned this place to every person I met during my retreat here in Cusco.

Perfect place to stay in Cusco. My family was impressed with the stuff and how the hotel is decorated. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the great service!

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel! The whole layout with the courtyard, the way the rooms are decorated, the windows in each room, my private bathroom, the dining room food and space was excellent. I can’t say enough about this hotel and will recommend it highly to anyone coming to Cuzco. I stayed for two days then left on an eight day retreat in the Sacred Valley and returned for annother eight days. I’m absolutely in love!

I stayed at this hotel before and after my trek tour. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It is at walking distance from the Centro histórico and conveniently located for pick up (bus or taxi).

Do not stay here. Though the decor is pretty and it's in a decent location, there is no hot water, nor is there any water pressure. I'm not exaggerating--when I turned on the shower in my room, the water quite literally dribbled out of the faucet. I had to fill the frigid water in one of the cups they provided for brushing your teeth and then dump it on myself in order to wash my body.
Moreover, there is no sound proofing whatsoever in the hotel, so you can hear every single conversation all other guests are having, no matter what volume they are speaking at. It's incredibly noisy at night with the street as well. Finally, there is no heat in the rooms. Don't stay here. If you're concerned about cutting costs, just go to a hostel. This place is not worth it.

Pros:
Close to everything. 10 minute walk to plaza de armas
Great, friendly staff
Clean rooms
Restaurant on site
Cons:
Luggage room not locked
No safe to store valuables
I booked this hotel through Expedia. We didn’t have to pay till we checked out. Communication with the hotel was great. They arranged for taxi pick up at the airport. Taxi pick up was only seven dollars.
Check in was easy. Our room was ready by noon. We stayed in room Moises. It was upstairs. They don’t have elevators, so expect to lug your luggage upstairs on your own.
The room was small, but it had everything we needed. It had a private Bathroom, Two beds, a sitting area. It also had a great little balcony that looked out into the street.
The beds were comfortable. They are about twin size, so don’t expect to share. The room does not have air conditioning, but it was comfortable the whole time. At night it got a little cool, but it wasn’t unbearable. They did have a little heater in the room in case you wanted to turn that on. The room does not have an iron or a hairdryer.
The restroom is small and there is not much counterspace. It worked perfectly for us. The shower pressure was great and there was always hot water. You did have to let the water run for a little while before the water came out hot. They give you one towel per person. I’m sure you could ask for more. Toiletries include bar soap and shampoo.
Overall, a great place to stay while visiting Peru. The room was clean and the staff

Good location with many restaurants located walking distance and at the same time very quiet area. Bathrooms very clean and have good showers. Very comfy bed and room for a solo guest. The reception staff were friendly and had zero issues at all. Overall a very positive experience.

Staff was awesome, cleanliness was great. Water pressure and hot water was super limited for the price and sleeping street noise was very loud, but that's Kusco.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful property, very close to the main square (about a 6 minute walk).

Hotel is very well located to tourist areas, very quaint facility, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our only complaints were that our room didn’t have a window, which made it feel claustrophobic, and it wasn’t vert cozy—cold floors and no comfortable place to sit. Both WiFi and cell signals were nearly nonexistent in room.

Fantastic place to stay. Quiet area but only 5 minute walk from the Plaza and busier streets. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Hotel was pretty, quiet, and very clean. Their restaurant is incredible. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and helped secure transportation to and from the airport. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was too noisy and super cold and they didn’t have 24/7 lobby services

The hotel is a few blocks away and uphill from the main plazas, so it's quieter and has a supermarket and laundries around it.
The rooms are all facing n enclosed courtyard so the street noise is muffled but any noise in the courtyard is amplified.
We were in the room called "Ramon." It was simple but very clean and the heater kept us warm through the night. The hotel laundry and kitchen were next to ur room and that did add some noise at time. The courtyard, restaurant and food bar areas were inviting and comfortable. WiFi can be slow or erratic in places...i.e., better in the courtyard than in our particular room.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very inviting atmosphere with a large central courtyard and very efficient and clean. Lovely cafeteria setting and delicious food. Great location - central to many places in Cusco.

Common areas and the rooms are nicely decorated. I specially loved the patio. The food is really good and the restaurant stays open until 23:30! The staff is helpful, kind and nice. All of the staff speaks english, too. The gift shop has some very nice souveniers to take back home. I love their concern with the environment - they recicle everything and advise guests not to ask for sheets change everyday, for example. Location is great, there is a market across the street and it is only a 7 min walk to the main square. I felt really safe in the area. Wifi is good enough (you'd be able to watch netflix). Shower had nice compartments to put your stuff. Rooms are cold and kind of old - the wardrobe was kind of falling apart; a broken window above the door was mended with tape and the walls need a coat of paint. Also, it really set off my alergies.
Room was really noisy since the door is so thin. I could hear entire conversations and also the entrance's bell ringing during the night. But maybe this only happens to rooms on the first floor, since they're right next to the front desk.
I shared a bathroom with three other rooms and the bathroom only had two toilets, one sink and one shower, so I had to wait to get in the shower (not a long time though). Also bathroom was not as clean as Id hoped, and they didnt have paper towels (they put a regular bath towel next to the sink, which was always soaking wet and felt a little bit disgusting to me). A safe in the room would be nice.

Niños Hotel Meloc is amazing. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure all our needs were met. The food at the hotel is the hidden gem. The breakfast was massive and the lunch and dinners were delicious. The perfect place to kick back after a day on the road.

I liked Ninos Hotel, there were not enough plug ins for a three person room, but the the food and prices were excellent! The beds were comfortable and the profits from the hotel go for a great cause.

Close to the Plaza de Armes, shopping, restaurants. Clean, comfy. Centre courtyard is a nice respite. Little restaurant is good for breakfast. Staff was great. Our room, one of the larger ones, faced the street, which meant we had to close up the window, and it was a bit stuffy. Don’t know if you’d want to be there in warmer temps.

The hotel is run as a charity and all the rooms are named after the boys who were adopted through the charity. all profits go to this charity. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much. Good coffee and lovely set breakfasts with toasties, bio-yoghurt and egg. It is also very central in Cusco, with the main square and most museums at walking distance.
